Chapter 4

“Please let me down.”

She squeaked out the words and she re-thought them as she realized how high up she was. The beast probably couldn’t even understand her anyways. It was a large winged creature and the word dragon popped in her head, but it was too far-fetched. Tenia must have hit her head and she wondered/hoped that the last few moments of her life was just a very realistic dream.

Instead though, the black creature started to dive towards the ground at a break-neck speed and she clung to his neck, closing her eyes for the impact. There was no impact though, only a small bump when it touched down on the ground. Its body shimmered and she slid off the beast in one fluid motion. Tenia looked at the creature in his eyes and there was a humanity there that she had not expected.

Taking a step back once her legs decided to cooperate, Tenia just stared at it in disbelief. There was less and less fear. She was pragmatic if nothing else and if it had wanted to eat her or something, she figured it wouldn’t have saved her.

Instead of running like most women would, Tenia stepped back towards it. She couldn’t help it when her hand moved forward of its own volition. Tenia just wanted to really feel the sleek body. She had been too afraid in the air to really feel anything and she was genuinely surprised when it didn’t move away. She chuckled to herself. Why would it when it could just stomp her into the ground right where she stood?

The texture was soft and a muscle underneath the area she touched moved. Tenia had a strange feeling that it was trying to scare her and she didn’t move back. The dragon lifted up his wings and stood tall, towering over her. Her heart pounded in her chest, yet she held her ground. When it finally laid back down as it was, there was humor in the black depths.

Tenia surprised them both when she wrapped her arms around its neck, thanking the beast for saving her. She wasn’t sure why it did, but she was thankful that it had decided to help her. Her fate was clear if he hadn’t have saved her. Her lips brushed the side of its face.

The dragon moved and she stepped back as it lifted off in front of her. Like it had never been there, in seconds it disappeared into the night. Her eyes strained to see it, but she felt like it was watching her for a while after it took off. She was set down by the road and it made her wonder more. The beast was obviously intelligent. It had helped her and then put her where she needed to be. Tenia shivered with the idea of what would have happened if it hadn’t been there to save her.

She walked the side of the road until the sun started to rise in the sky. Tenia heard coyotes and other animals through the night, but she somehow knew that there was nothing for her to fear anymore. When she finally looked up from staring at her feet, she was in front of a small gas station. There had been a sign for it fifty miles away and Tenia knew that she had not walked that far since she was dropped off.

Tenia wanted to kiss the side of the building and even though she didn’t have a dollar to her name, she walked out with something to eat and drink. The kind older woman who was behind the register offered to call an ambulance for her, but she just asked for a few quarters for the pay phone instead. She got back out to the phone and she paused, unsure who she even wanted to call. There was no plan for losing everything and her vehicle. A call to her parents would cause concern, so she decided to give Meeka a call.

“Hey girl, how have you been?”

The question should have been more specific because what she got was a stream of words with very few breaths in between them. When she finally settled down about telling of the new man in her life and the cute little apartment she had in Miami, Tenia got a word or two in.

“Meeka, do you have any of your money left?”

“Well of course. Hell we had a bundle when we started on the trip.”

“I need some sent to me.”

“Okay, where are you at?”

“Aren’t you going to even ask why?”

“Not unless you want me to.” Tenia thought for a moment. How would she even explain it anyways?

“Let’s just say the R.V. got stolen and then there was a flash flood and I have only what I was wearing. Oh yeah and I am in New Mexico now.”

There was a pause at the end of the line. “I shouldn’t have left Tenia. Are you going home or?”

“I don’t want to call them, you know how mom is. She will have the police escort me to the airport.”

There was a giggle. Both knew that she would do just that. “Alright I got a bit and I will have Thomas give me some more to send you. Where are you exactly?”

Tenia gave her the name of the little dirt town and the convenience store that would take a wire. When she got off of the phone five minutes later, the weight was lifted off of her shoulders. It was not long before she had cash in hand and had called a car service to pick her up and rent her a car. There was the moment that she was going to go home, but something pushed her on. The fact that Meeka sent way more than she thought she would, Tenia made the decision to go on.

She found herself backtracking to where she had been when it had all gone wrong and her mind was changed forever on stories and fables she had heard in the past. Tenia had to find that dragon. It pulled her to it without even knowing it. Armed with a backpack of supplies and the weather forecast for the next few days, she started walking towards the now-familiar canyon that she had been to before. The walk didn’t seem so bad when she had almost a gallon of water strapped to her back.

She got to the rim around noon and like before, the sun felt like it was baking her. There was none of the fear that she had felt before when she looked down. Her eyes unknowingly looked for signs that she had even been there and that it all wasn’t just some hallucination from dehydration. As the day wore on, she decided to camp out right there on the ridgeline. Tenia waited for her savior, but it never came and by morning she was disappointed and reconsidering what she had experienced that night. It was all just too real to not be.

Chapter 5

Bradey had told his brother about the woman and what had happened the night before. Raild was not happy and his dark face glowered. “You know better than to show yourself to a human. One woman is not worth our kin’s life in jeopardy. What are we even doing here Bradey?!”

“She will not say anything Raild.”

“How do you know?”

“I just do.” Bradey turned around and he still felt the woman’s arms around her, her soft lips on his cheek. He had been touched before, but never in his true form. The only people that ever saw him feared him and the man was sick of living behind his mask. There was a connection with her and though he knew it was wrong to want her, he had to convince his brother to go along with the plans. They had never broached the subject of mating, their tastes too different to ever decide. But he was the eldest brother and he had every inclination to bully him if needed. “Have you ever been touched as a dragon, with no fear?”

Raild looked like he didn’t believe him. “She touched you?”

“Actually she hugged my neck and kissed my cheek. I am telling you, she is ‘the one’.”

“I have heard that before. It will be as it always is. The council will find us a suitable mate from woman that are raised to be.”

“I don’t want suitable Raild, I want her.”

“Well you cannot have her, so you will have to think of something else.”

Bradey nodded, though they both knew he would not. Bradey would not let go of this. “Besides Brad, she is long gone by now. You will never even see her again.”

***

That night when the two studied the surrounding, looking for ground shifters that were causing the ruckus, Raild noticed a small tent in the same place that his brother had said he had found the woman. It had been a couple of days and he had started to wonder if she even existed. He found a vantage point on the other side of the canyon and waited around for hours for her to come out. He had to know what his brother saw, that made him change everything he had ever said about mating.

Raild waited until the sun was almost up before he was rewarded with her rousing in her tent. His eyes squinted to see more of her and he found himself leaning over so much that he almost fell from the top of the canyon. The noise made her look his way and even in the dimmed light, their eyes met for a moment. His heart raced and unlike Bradey, Raild took off before he could go to her. She had spotted him and he wasn’t sure what to do but leave. Her face upturned as she watched him fly away.

It took Raild some time to go back to the nest and then to their shared home with other dragon shifters. He looked around for Bradey and when he found him, he blurted out the words. “Okay, she is it. So what do we have to do?”

Bradey looked at him strangely. “You seen her?”

“At the canyon rim, right where you said you found her. Why do you think she came back? Do you really believe in fate?”

Bradey couldn’t believe the man’s words, but more than that, he could not believe that she was back where they started. He had spent most of his night looking for her, going the way that he had taken her, but she was nowhere to be found. He had gone a hundred miles in the direction and still could not pick her up. When he had gotten home that morning, he was feeling lower than he ever had before.

“So let’s go to her, like this Raild and win her over.”

The dark-haired man shook his head. “No I want to know that she can handle the real us first. If not, then we haven’t broken the worst rule of all. Only when we are certain can we reveal ourselves.”

“How can we know if we don’t communicate?”

“We just will.”

Chapter 6

The two men agreed that they would go to her that night. Bradey was afraid that she would be gone, but he knew that fate would have its way, one way or another and if she was truly the one, she would be there waiting for them and she was.

***

Tenia stayed around the canyon and she even moved her tent to the bottom of the dried-up riverbed. It was amazing to her how normal it all looked, like it had never happened. There was a small sense of fear and danger, but after a different dragon left her that morning, she was hoping that her savior would come back. It made no sense what she was doing, but her heart told her that she needed to be right there. Maybe it was what was in the dragon’s eyes, but she had to see it again. To see that there was more than one, made her question her sanity a little less.

She waited anxiously as the day wore on, keeping herself busy with a hike and some reading. Tenia had picked up a couple books on dragons and any information she could find at the local library. They just had to come back and she waited until the sun was dying on her side of the world. Then she saw a shadow go across her campsite, the dying light extending the size. When she looked up, there were two in the air that circled around her like a buzzard would a rotting corpse. Tenia had a moment of indecision and she feared what would become of her. Waiting around for a dragon to return, suddenly did not seem as brilliant of a plan as when she had first thought of it.

The blonde woman stood her ground, her eyes on the movement above her. The dragons were getting closer and then like before when she was riding one, they barreled towards the earth below them straight for her. She felt like she was being tested and instead of cowering like her body’s first idea was, she stood there assured that they would not hurt her. The control displayed by them left her breathless and they both stood tall over her, their eyes dark.

Tenia immediately recognized the one that had saved her and her hand went to touch him softly. She realized then that she considered it a him, adding to the humanity in his eyes. The creature shimmied his soft scales to her touch and then made a sound. The other dragon was a slightly different color, but just as beautiful. She touched the other one as it moved closer to her. If she was dreaming, Tenia never wanted to wake up again. It was all too perfect and then everything changed.

The deep blue colored one changed underneath her touch and a man stood in front of her. She took a step back and fell into the arms of another man. Tenia tried not to scream, but the sound was out of her mouth before she could stop it. It echoed off the canyon and went on for miles.

“See I told you that she would freak out. Everyone does.”

Tenia’s eyes were large and though the hard, muscled arms around her were heaven, she righted herself. “I am not freaking out. I am just surprised is all. It is one thing to see a dragon and quite another for it to then become human. Kind of a freaky situation. There has to be a better way to inform someone of your differences. Don’t you think?”

Bradey chuckled behind her and she turned around. “So you are my savior. I came back to thank you for helping me and I figured here would get your attention.”

His black eyes twinkled and though he was wearing very scant clothing, it was hard to pull her eyes away from his. He made her feel warm inside and the pull that she had felt before was even stronger when he looked more like her. Turning around, she hugged Bradey again, though that time the feelings were far different. She heard him groan and when she pulled back, his lips met hers. Lost in the moment, Tenia almost forgot about Raild and jumped when she felt him come up behind her.

Tenia pulled back and her body leaned back against his hard chest. It felt to her in that moment, that everything else had led up to that night. Bradey had thought there would have to be much more conversing involved, but it seemed that his body wanted to win her over by itself and seemed to be doing a damn good job of it.

“What is your name? I am Bradey and this is Raild.”

“Tenia.”

“Why did you come back here Tenia?”

The question came from Raild and she shrugged, her eyes never leaving her knight in shining armor. “I wanted to thank him for saving me.”

Raild shook his head, a little exasperated at the attention she was paying his brother. She turned towards him and touched his cheek. The man stopped, his face softening with the touch. “I felt a pull to him, much the way I do to you. It makes me want to do strange things. Do you feel it too?”

He was speechless, his strong jawline moved as he gritted his teeth. She moved forward slowly, her lips moving towards his, wondering if he would give her the same surge of feelings that Bradey did. He did not try to stop her and once their lips met, his hands snaked around her body and pulled her closer. Tenia’s curved body molded to his hard contours and she could feel the hardness against her stomach. It had been too long for her and her insides watered at the mere suggestion.

The man behind her touched and teased her skin, thick palms coming up from behind to cup her breasts. She moaned into Raild’s mouth and his hands tried to push her towards him. Tenia was left in the middle and her needs went through the roof with each touch. She pulled away and turned to the side to kiss Bradey again. The two men pressed in and her body was wedged between the two of them. They looked a lot alike, both dark and handsome, with hands that knew how to touch her in all the right places.

Tenia was beside herself and though she knew it was coming, there was a bit of shock when she felt eager hands trying to get her out of her tank top. She wore nothing underneath and revealed her naked front to the man she had been kissing. “So beautiful Tenia. I knew you would be perfect.”

His head leaned down, as his body gave her a few more inches of breathing room. His hot mouth closed over her nipples and she squealed out in pleasure. It was just what she needed and paired with the hot mouth on her neck, Tenia could feel her pussy flood and the aching need that came with it. Raild pushed down her shorts slowly, going to his knees as she stepped out of them. With a hand on the inside of her thigh, she opened her legs for him.

Tenia was not expecting him to touch her on her ass, manipulating the round cheeks in his hands. When she felt a hot tongue delve in between her cheeks, she squeaked out loud. “Oh god.”

“No, but I like the sound of that.”

Raild’s fingers touched on her quim from behind, as his tongue teased her heated flesh. Bradey was going from one tit to the other, his hungry mouth sucking on her hardened tips. It was almost too much for Tenia and the touches to her core sent her over the edge.

The lapping behind her continued as she squirted a bit of clear fluid onto Raild’s face. His lips sucked and licked on the inside of her thighs. She whimpered and her thighs started to close on the man. “Yes oh god.”

A finger pushed inside of her from below as Bradey’s lips met hers, silencing the desperate sounds that she made. His thick digit pressed deep and gripped the upper part of her quim. His mouth pushed between her thighs and leaned her towards his brother so he could get a better taste. Her thighs were pushed open wide, and her body overcome with pleasure. Her body writhed between them and without their strong arms holding her up, she would have fallen to the ground with her wobbly knees.  Bradey seemed to realize that and he moved back to let her go down slowly.

Tenia went to her hands and knees, unable to move back from the hard grip that Raild had on her. She tasted too good and it drove his senses mad. His hungry mouth devoured her wet center, his tongue and fingers pushing deep inside of her. Neither was fully satisfied and Tenia begged them for more.

Bradey pulled back the cloth that covered his manhood, revealing a thickness that made her eyes widened. It was bigger than normal, bigger than anything she had ever seen before. Her mouth opened with another moan and the large man moved forward with his hard prick in his hand. She engulfed the head and moaned around it as his brother’s touch pushed her closer and closer to the edge. Another orgasm and that time, no one could hear her screams over the large meat that was in her mouth, silencing the sounds.

“Fucking hell Tenia.”

The man was lost in her heavenly mouth, unable to stop cum that boiled in his balls. His teeth ground together and his body stiffened as he pulled away suddenly. He couldn’t handle her that way and once his cock was freed, her sounds echoed off the towering rock once again. Her thighs opened wider and she cried out her climax, again and again. She whimpered with the loss on her quim, needing the pleasure Raild was giving her.

“Please don’t stop.”

Bradey pulled her up by her arms, his hands holding her as they kissed again. He was trying to push his fervor away, but even kissing her seemed to tempt him more. He turned her away from Raild’s touch, taking possession of her and pushing her back against the limestone cliff. Her arms went to his neck automatically, going to her tiptoes to reach his seductive mouth. Raild was forced to watch from the sidelines, unable to penetrate her until Bradey had marked her himself.

He watched his brother move slowly, wishing silently that he would hurry up and take her. Once the bond was made, she was fair game and it seemed like his brother was stalling. From someone who had never believed in it, he knew that she was made for them and that fate had smiled on them with her presence. After all of the years they had waited, it seemed like the family line would continue after all. The fact that she had to agree to it after the mating, slipped his mind or more specifically forced out by his own desires.

Then she was lifted up and impaled by Bradey’s long length. The width stretched her walls and the cockhead pressed hard against her womb. Tenia shook against him, her legs wrapped as tightly as her arms were. Bradey’s hands gripped her soft flesh hard, leaving marks but she didn’t care. All she cared about was the burning need to feel him fuck her hard and fast. She needed it that way and when she asked, she was giving much more than she had anticipated.

Bradey’s mouth searched out hers as his hips crushed into her again and again. He could feel her shaking around his length and was unable to keep himself at bay any longer. With one last hard thrust forward, his cock started to empty out inside of her, filling her with his potent seed. He pulled away to bellow out as he came, thick ropes of sticky seed filling her insides.

They couple stayed liked that for several minutes, Raild on the sidelines almost vibrating with need. When she had asked for it hard and then the moans that came out of her had his blood boiling in his veins. Raild was quick to move forward, his turn finally there and he couldn’t wait. As he moved forward, he had to remind himself that she was to be their mate, not just another human that he could toss aside when he was done.

He caught her body as she was left to stand by herself. Her knees gave out and Raild was there in a fluid motion to pick her up and gently set her down. She laid back on her own accord, her thighs slightly trembling and open for him. His hands pushed them further apart and he moved his body forward to wedge between her thick thighs. Tenia was shaking inside, but her hands reached out for him to come to her. As his body settled against her, so did his heavy meat as he pushed against her impossible wetness.

He moved slowly, his eyes closed as he felt suffocated in her silken folds. She gripped him with her walls so tight that each inch felt like new, the extra wetness only making his descent easier. Tenia moaned underneath him, the sound driving him crazy as he was pulled down for a kiss. Her thighs wrapped around him and squeezed him, inside and out. “Damn woman.”

His voice was gruff and then his lips were soft against hers. Tenia rolled her hips, urging him in deeper, needing more of him. She was completely full, but still needed to feel his body against her with all of him. She needed that extra inch that she could fit and forced him forward with her legs. Whimpering he made a new place inside to fit, rubbing against her womb, preparing it for him.

Her eyes closed to the pleasure, her insides pulling him in, gripping him as he started to pull back. Tenia clenched him as hard as she could, his length taking a bit of her out with him. Raild move slowly back in, agonizingly slow to her senses. She needed more and after the fourth stroke, she begged him for what she wanted. “Please Raild, take me how your eyes say you want me.”

He shivered and immediately ripped out of her quim. She gasped and then she was flipped over onto her stomach, with his hands rushing her ass upwards into the air. Then he was in her, pushing deep and pounding into her until she was screaming out her bliss, clamping down on his shaft. He growled and moved faster, rutting into her until she begged for his cum. “Please Raild, no more. I can’t take anymore.

The man chuckled and pulled out of her. She mewled, knowing he wasn’t ready to come yet. She looked over and saw him lay down on the ground next to her. Her eyes fed on his hard length standing upright between his legs and she licked her lips, wanting to taste him too. Her mouth took in the head, convinced that she could get him off in that way. The only problem was that it caused a throbbing ache inside of her and before she knew it, she was crawling over his body, straddling his cock. She was taking what she said she could not any longer, moaning loudly as she sank down onto him.

Raild played with her bouncing tits, rubbing and massaging the tender skin underneath them before pulling on the hardened tips. He let her go at her own pace and twice she pushed herself over the edge, before his hands went to both sides of her hips and pushed her down as he thrust upwards. The movement took her breath away and it was all she could do to stay upright. When she felt the hand pushing her forward onto Raild’s chest, she saw Bradey behind her. It was clear what he wanted and she opened wider, trying not to clench both holes too tightly.
