“Cool. I do, too.” She tilted her head back to look at the ceiling, her red hair flying everywhere. He still couldn’t believe this lady and his boy were brother and sister. “I didn’t want to like you, but you make Tate happy, you know?”

“Uh. Thanks.” He was also an exceptional alpha, and she knew it, so he gave her the side eye but let it go at that. “You all packed and ready to move into Tate’s place?”

“I am. Get your shit out.” She winked at him.

“Yeah, yeah.” Tate joined them, leaning in against him when he wrapped an arm around that lean waist. “You can wait one more weekend.”

“Just have your sex up here, please. That man odor is tough to get out.”

Tate laughed, cheeks heating to a dark rose. His boy had really come out of his shell in the last few months, the deep reserve Rand had sensed in him to begin with falling away with his new status in the pack, and in his submission to Rand.

Tate truly was a total bottom boy who loved to be on his knees. His ass was almost constantly pink.

Rand snapped his teeth at Mairi. “No discussing our sex life, missy.”

“No more than anyone does.” She patted his arm. “Okay, I’ll get the guys to come get the furniture moved in. They made you a bed. A big one.”

“Mmm. Good deal.” The pack had welcomed Rand with open arms once they saw he wouldn’t be like Farrel. God knew, some days he wanted to toss his hands up and scream, but Rand tried to be tough but fair, and to hear all complaints. “Thanks, Mairi.”

“Anytime. I’ll see you two tomorrow at supper.”

Tate nodded. “Bring bread. I’m making shepherd’s pie.”

“Yum.” Mairi waved and slid out of their new cabin, leaving Rand and Tate to finish the tour alone.

Rand twirled Tate around to face him, grinning into those gray eyes. “You ready to move? Not upset about leaving your little place?”

“I go where you do,” Tate said, supremely confident now in Rand’s care. “You’re mine just like I’m yours.”

“Good. I love you, baby.” Rand meant it. He loved Tate fiercely, more and more every day. He hadn’t been looking for trouble when he walked into that bar all those weeks ago, but he’d gotten it.

Rand couldn’t ask for anything more.
