The restaurant had been perfect. It looked like a little hole-in-the-wall place, but when we walked in my opinion changed instantly. It was small, but what it lacked in size it made up for in charm. Red and white checkered table clothes covered every table, along with a single candle in a tall hurricane jar that cast flickering shadows all over the walls. The service was phenomenal, the food to die for, and the wine… well, I blamed that for my current state.

I wasn’t drunk, not really. I was feeling good—and maybe a little tipsy. Matty laughed at my constant chatter and singing as we walked along the corridor to the elevator, his arm around my waist, holding me tight. When we got in the little box, he hit the button and wrapped both arms around me, pulling me into him. He didn’t try to kiss me, just held me close. I tipped my head back, chin on his chest, and smiled up at him.

“Tonight was fun.” I smiled. “Thanks.”

He ran his hand up and down my back, slowly. “Mmmmm.” He sounded sleepy. Carb coma, no doubt. I giggled at him and he grinned back. “It’s not over yet.” We got off on the top floor, and I slipped off my shoes, kicking them under the table in the foyer, my feet practically screaming in relief. I watched, amused, as Matty copied me, leaning against one closet door as he peeled socks off and tucked them in his shoes. There was something about him barefoot that was so damn sexy. Ok, everything about him was sexy. He stood, reaching for me again, and ushered me up the circular stairs.

Earlier he had mentioned that I had to see the view of the city at night. I had agreed, trying to figure out how to get him naked and into the hot tub so I could take advantage of him. When we walked onto the roof, I realized I wasn’t the only one thinking that way.

Someone, I assumed Rocker, had been busy while we were gone. There were candles everywhere; not little tea lights, but big pillars that gave the space a romantic glow. A giant white couch, one I hadn’t seen on the tour of the house earlier, was sitting overlooking the city. The small table had a bottle of wine chilling, two wine glasses, and something under a round glass cover.

I turned back to the most amazing man in the entire world, ready to tell him just that, when he reached both hands around me, grabbed my ass, and lifted me. My arms wrapped around his shoulders, and I leaned in, nipping his ear. He groaned and flopped us onto the couch.

I wanted his mouth on me, all of me, and nothing else mattered.

“Joes?” Matty pushed my hair back from my face, meeting my eyes. I smiled as I leaned forward, trailing my lips along his jaw and down his neck, as I pressed the lower half of my body onto his. I could feel how hard he was, but he didn’t seem interested in more than a make-out session. Every time I reached back, trying to grab the zipper, he pulled my hand back to his head. Sometime over the last few minutes, we had shifted on the couch and he’d laid back, pulling me onto him. He’d balled my dress up, tracing fingertips gently over my exposed thighs, but he hadn’t explored anything else. I was soaking wet and the last thing I wanted to do was lie here and kiss like high school kids, but he was taking it slow tonight. Slow frustrated me.

To keep my hands from straying, I alternated between pulling on the tie that was driving me nuts and running them through his hair. We’d been kissing so long my lips felt swollen, but I would take what he was willing to give me. “Jo?” he repeated. This time, the hands didn’t just pull the hair out of my face, they pulled my head back away from his.

I relented, sitting up and leaning back into the legs he had bent up behind me. “Hey, what’s your rush?” He looked up at me, completely serious for a moment. I shrugged, confused. Did I need a reason to want him? He grabbed the back of the couch and sat up, pulling me with him. I moved to my side, completely confused.

“We haven’t had dessert.” Before I could jump in and tell him exactly what I wanted for desert, he smiled and added, “I would kill for a drink right now. You want?” He stood, holding out a hand.

I sighed and let him pull me to my feet. I followed him to the little table, sitting while he poured us each a glass of wine, and then pulled the glass lid off our deserts. I clapped my hands once and tipped my head back, laughing hysterically when I saw the cannolis on the plate. Looking up into his eyes I teased, “Guess we’ll have to go for a run tomorrow.” I sipped on my wine.

His eyes twinkled back, and he winked mischievously. “Or, get plenty of exercise tonight.”

I choked. Matty jumped forward, slapping my back hard. Coughing, the cool liquid fell out of my open mouth. I was mortified.

He only laughed. “It wasn’t that funny, Joes.” He gave me a wry smile, then stood and walked to the other side of the table. He sat and gave me that serious look of his. “I love you.” He said it casually, like it was something he’d say to any friend. I was actually quite positive he’d said it to me before in a laughing manner when I’d done something absurd.  I stopped breathing, not sure if I should reciprocate or even acknowledge he’d said it. Before I could respond, or over analyze more than I had, he shook his head at me and shrugged. “I do.” Then he added that heart-breaking smile of his. “I love you, Joes. I’m in love with you,” he clarified.

I couldn’t keep the smile from my face. I wanted to hear it again and again. I was pretty sure that I would never get tired of hearing those words come out of his adorable mouth. A stray thought drifted my mind and must have reflected on my face because he stiffened.

His eyes narrowed briefly. “Don’t do it.” I raised an eyebrow, unsure of which it he was talking about. “Don’t ask me why. Don’t think about it. Just tell me you love me back.”

I shook my head. That wasn’t my problem. I vaguely remembered him telling me he wanted me the night we went to the bar, but he’d never said the words that made my heart thump and my belly tighten. I leaned over the table, one eyebrow still raised. “Say it again.”

“I fucking love you, Joes.”

“Then, I love you back!” I grinned. Then I shivered.

“You cold? Wanna go in?” I shook my head. It was beautiful out here. Yes, anyone in one of the handful of tall buildings around could look out and watch us, but I felt like we were in our own little world. I didn’t want to leave. I picked up my glass, taking a small sip, and looked out into the city. “How ‘bout we take a dip in the tub?” His voice was suddenly husky, and I turned quickly, just in time to see his eyes watching me, dark again. I stood as I nodded, reaching around to unzip my dress. “Hey! I’m pretty sure I told you I wanted to take that off you. Slowly.” I giggled like a little girl as I grabbed his hand and walked to the other side of the roof.

He opened the whirlpool before he turned to me. I watched as steam rose into the air and the smell of chlorine filled my nostrils. I could feel the humidity and couldn’t wait to sink into the purple lit water. Stepping up behind me almost silently, he leaned in, touching my neck with his lips. My breath caught instantly as his mouth moved down to my nape and onto my shoulder, nudging the silk out of the way. His hand wrapped around my hair, twisting it gently and lifting it off my back, before he kissed from one shoulder blade to the other. Then, he moved up onto my neck, mirroring his movements from just a few minutes ago. I groaned.

He moved closer then, but his body still didn’t touch mine. He wrapped his hands around my waist briefly, and then moved them up each side onto my back, fingers light as they traced the skin at the edge of my dress. When I shivered again, it had nothing to do with the temperature outside. He slid the zipper down, slowly, and leaned in, trailing his tongue down the middle my back.

I closed my eyes when he pulled away, unsure of where I’d feel him next. I heard him move slightly, and then he was in front of me. Fingers skimmed up my arms, into the shoulders of my dress, and eagerly pulling the material down. He stepped closer and I bit my bottom lip, trying to hold in the sounds my body wanted to make as his pheromones worked their magic on me. He chuckled at my reaction and my eyes flew open.

I had planned to say something sassy, but as my dress pooled around my feet, his laughter died instantly, and the look on his face made me forget my retort. He didn’t move, just stood in front of me, hands slightly out as if he was going to reach for me. He was staring. I felt more than a little self-conscious as his eyes roamed over my barely clad body. Knowing that we’d finally have sex again this weekend, and wanting to make it a little more special than the drunk version of me stripping naked in front of him, I’d gone shopping. The white with black lace strapless bra wasn’t a typical choice for me; the cups were almost so short they barely held me all in. The effect of the plunge was dramatic, and made my breasts look bigger than they actually were. The black lace cheeky panties I’d paired with it weren’t quite a thong, but they sure as hell didn’t cover anything. Together, the lingerie was quite a sight. Not overly naughty, but it definitely screamed ‘fuck me and do it now’ loud enough so even the seemingly clueless man in front of me would get the message.

At least, I’d thought he would. But, Matty was still standing there watching me instead of ripping them off with his teeth. I twisted my lips, debating on my next move. I put my hand on my hip, arched an eyebrow, and asked him what in the hell was wrong. Keeping his body motionless, he moved his eyes to meet mine. After a few seconds, they got huge, and he looked around frantically, as if he were looking for someone. Then he dropped to his knees in front of me.

I inhaled sharply. Out of all the scenarios I’d played out in my mind, this was not one that I’d thought through. His hands ran up my calves, the backs of my knees, and then he grabbed my upper thighs hard, pulling me toward him. I felt his breath, hot and wet, on my lower stomach before he leaned completely in and kissed my skin. The noise he made, low and incredibly sexy, made me shake with need. I knew if he kept going I was going to come apart at the seams.

Then, sighing, he pulled away and his hands slid further up my sides. When he touched my ribs, I realized that he was pulling my dress back up. I gave him a questioning look when he got to my arms, not understanding anything that had happened in the last few minutes. He only winked back. Then, without zipping me up, one arm came up under my legs and I was in the air, being carried across the open space, into the stairway, then onto the elevator, and across the hall into his bedroom.

It wasn’t until the door was firmly shut and locked that Matty set me down. I barely had time to register what he was doing before he moved his hands over my shoulders and the silk fell into a pile around my ankles again. This time, though, he let out a low whistle. I grinned and I cocked my body to one side, moving my hip and shoulder into a pose, holding out my hands. “You like?”

He stepped back, giving me an appreciative look. Then, smiling, he shrugged. “Yeah, it’s ok.” His lips twitched and I couldn’t help but laugh. I stepped into him, my fingers joining his on the buttons of his shirt. I loosened the tie and opened each hole from the top down while he started on the bottom, working up. We met in the middle, and I immediately pushed my hands inside the material and began tracing the pictures and words on his body. Starting at the lonely cross, I worked down slowly until I found the little phrase that drove me wild at the start of his v. He made little gasps and pleasure sounds as my hands discovered him, pushing at his clothes until completely naked.

He was hard and as ready as I was, but when I closed my fingers around him, he pulled away. I was in his arms again, this time as he climbed into the middle of the bed. Then, he was on top of me, holding my hands above my head as he focused on the little bra and then my nipples after he moved the lace out of the way.

His hands trailed down my arms, to my shoulders, and then my nipples as his mouth traveled south to my belly. By the time he got to the top of my underwear, I was panting. Fingers stopped squeezing my nipples long enough to give my panties a tug and I heard the delicate fabric give way. “Holy fuck.” Matty said the words slowly, as if he couldn’t believe his eyes. I smiled, shifting my legs open a little. Light as a feather fingertips circled around my belly button, and walked slowly down the rest of me to my now hairless sensitive spot.

T
he mattress dipped under his weight as he moved up over me, legs burrowing between mine, hands next to my shoulders so he could hold himself off me. “Are you trying to kill me Joes?” His voice was low and coarse. He moved then, hard against soft, and I arched my back and tipped my head back to meet his mouth. His lips, urgent and rough, were gone as quickly as they’d come.

He moved hurriedly, pushing himself down me, closing teeth around a nipple. Waves of pleasure rolled over my body, but I didn’t even have time to moan before he let go and closed teeth around the other. He unclenched his teeth, circling the sensitive nub with his tongue before sliding it down the slope of my breast and settling his chin in the valley. He looked up at me, meeting my eyes for a fleeting second, before his hand came up and cupped the tingling area his mouth had just left.

He moved his body down again, this time never taking his mouth off my skin. Alternating between skin-nipping bites and soft wet kisses, he made his way to the soft part of my stomach, and then kept going. As he got lower, I jumped, realizing where he was headed, and attempted to close my legs. He lifted his head up, resting his chin on my pubic bone, and made eye contact.

He raised one eyebrow at me, seductively, pulling the hand away from my breast. That was it, I needed him to fuck me and I needed him to do it now. I arched my lower body against his chest and groaned. “Matty, please?”
