McCord and anti-Castro operations: Enrique (Harry) Ruiz-Williams was a Bay of Pigs veteran who later became a key figure in AM/WORLD or C-Day, a plan to overthrow Castro and take back the island, scheduled for November 1963. Williams has said that both McCord and Hunt became his CIA “handlers” that year.
