I sure didn’t.
And now I got to go back to Martino’s Pizza, stuff my face and stare at my gorgeous new boyfriend, Nick. I could finally relax knowing that the town would not be eaten or burned or destroyed by some crazyass dragon and hopefully enjoy the rest of my summer with Mr. Hotness. A little bit of luck, good friends, and some guts goes a long way. This magical night was turning out perfectly.

Look, the moon is finally out,” Jeremy observed as he glanced upwards.
I turned my head to look up at the violet night sky and the bright, glowing moon…An enchanted end to a day full of unexpected surprises.
I glanced down at my soggy, red Converse shoes, clicked my heels three times and smiled.
