But suddenly he felt lost again. Because even if Xavier had come in his mouth, it wasn’t because he’d given him good head. Basically Xavier had used his mouth to get off. Carson hadn’t done much more than struggle not to choke and gag.

“It’s okay.” Aidan coaxed him up, stroking his hair, kissing his forehead. “You don’t have to do that.” Fuck, he looked so worried. Carson wondered if he’d made a face, or if was just his hesitating that made Aidan think he was about to burst into tears again.

Carson smiled, knowing he was probably acting as embarrassed as he felt, but hoping he didn’t seem like he was freaking out. “I know. But I want to. Really, really want to. I just…don’t know what I’m doing. As usual.”

Aidan’s smile was unbearably adorable in that moment. “If you want a lesson, you’ve got the best mentor you could ever hope for,” he said. For a second Carson thought he was bragging, but then he realized Aidan meant Dario. An incredible, infectious grin lit up Aidan’s face. “I have an idea. But it’s a little kinky.”

They did it. Arranged themselves, reclining on the mats, so Dario was close enough to kiss Carson’s cock, and Carson still had his face pretty much in Aidan’s lap. At first, Aidan wouldn’t let him do anything.

“Just lie still and enjoy, for a minute. You won’t believe what Dario can do with his mouth.”

God, Aidan was right. As soon as Dario had sealed his lips around Carson’s shaft, just behind the ridge, he was sighing and panting in a pleasure that was almost agony. Excruciating, but unbearably gentle, tormenting with the need for more, even though it was the most overwhelmingly wonderful sensation he had ever felt. Not brutal like the shattering jolts of pleasure that had hammered him while Xavier had tormented his prostate. This was an almost lulling pleasure that felt like happily drowning.

It would be amazing to be able to make Aidan feel what Dario was making him feel. Carson kissed Aidan’s belly, kissed the top of his thigh. Touched the clear bead of liquid swelling up from the slit with the tip of his tongue, startling at the taste, at the way the taste—or maybe the thrill of the act itself—supercharged the electric sparking of his nerves under Dario’s mouth. Then he sank down on Aidan, startled by how the sensation of his cock filling his mouth amplified the effect of what Dario was doing to him.

It was too fucking amazing, this blissful torrent, not only sensation, but sense. Intimately entwined, connected with both of them at once, Dario caressing Carson, pulling him into his velvety mouth, Aidan stroking Carson’s head as Carson tried to mimic the incredible pulling, tugging, sucking caress Dario was giving him, all of their sighs floating into the air and playing together. Aidan’s gradually intensifying groans, his caresses increasingly urgent until he was grasping, gave Carson hope that he wasn’t totally failing his lesson.

Each time he got overwhelmed, picked up and swept away, helpless in the pleasure, Dario abandoned his cock, and asked Aidan, “How’s our pupil doing, love?” or, “Carson, do you hear how Aidan is crying out? I think the student is surpassing the master.”

And Aidan, voice tight and uneven, said, “It’s not exactly what you do, Dario, but—fuck, you need to feel this. But next time. I’m too greedy to stop him.”

When Carson had calmed enough, Dario’s mouth engulfed him again. Something about sucking Aidan while Dario was blowing him made Carson slip away from himself. Away from his thoughts. Those moments were purely corporeal, spiritual. A weird, wonderful, transcendental floating.

Dario didn’t let him finish until Aidan came, so sweetly—passively, nothing at all like Xavier—Aidan stroking Carson’s head gently even as he cried out and convulsed. Then—Jesus, Carson couldn’t believe he was doing it, but he wanted that immersive feeling back, wanted them all connected, as completely as possible—he shifted, and together he and Aidan kissed and licked and sucked Dario. Almost as soon as he was there, kissing Dario’s cock, kissing Aidan’s lips, their tongues brushing against each other as they worked over Dario’s thick shaft, his engorged, seeping head, Carson started coming. Dario didn’t abandon him, this time, but went on noisily nursing at his head, torturing the knot of nerves just behind with the tip of his tongue as he seized and erupted. Really like dying, like floating up out of his body, mind empty, deaf and blind, all his senses failing, except the feeling of Dario engulfing him, and filling his mouth.

Suddenly greedy, Aidan took possession of Dario’s cock, and Carson kissed around his hip bone, drinking in the wet sounds of Aidan’s slurping kisses, Aidan’s grunts, Dario’s sighs, the sight of his sweat-sheened belly rising and falling, then twitching and contracting as he curled and groaned. Wonderful, weird, sitting up after, all of them kissing, the taste of them mixing in their mingled kisses.

If they’d asked him, if they’d seduced him, he would have said yes. He would have given in to anything. Everything. Because no matter how heavy and fragile that crumbling thing at the center of him was, his want was bigger. Not just arousal. He wanted that sweet warmth, that feeling of belonging, of tenderness, so much he would have risked shattering into a hundred pieces to feel it again.

There were kisses, little touches while they got dinner ready together. And after, while they washed the dishes. When they converged a few hours later after scattering to work on their respective projects.

And when they went to bed, all three together as if it hadn’t occurred to any of them that Carson might sleep alone in the other room. But even in bed, they kissed and touched him, and even each other, as if those kisses and caresses were all that was possible, all that was needed to express all their affection.

But the next day, after breakfast, after Aidan left for a recording session, Dario gave Carson a lingering, warm look, then an irresistible, boyish smile. “Want to go upstairs?”

Every part of Carson went warm and full. Wild, wonderful the way a look and four words could drive his blood pressure to the roof.

Carson answered by taking his hand. Dario must have felt Carson’s shaking, because his smile softened, and then he gave his hand a gentle squeeze. “You don’t need to be so nervous. We’ll just lie down and kiss a little. It doesn’t have to be more than that.”

He wanted more than kisses. He wanted everything, even if he was scared to death.

Upstairs, Dario gave Carson a soft, sweet kiss on the mouth. “We could undress. I’d love to feel your bare skin against mine while we kiss. But only if you want to.”

Carson wished it wasn’t so hard to say things out loud. He wanted to tell Dario that sounded amazing, that he was dying to feel their naked chests brush against each other while they kissed. But he couldn’t make himself say a single word. Not even, “Yes.” Instead, he smiled and pulled his shirt off. Grinning, Dario did the same, then waited. Only when Carson started taking off his pants did Dario unbuckle his belt, like it was a game of follow the leader.

In bed, for a long time they lay on their sides, looking at each other, Dario caressing Carson’s arm, stroking his hair, tracing the features of his face, now and then giving him a soft kiss. It was such a strange feeling, this warm joy that hurt. It was so weird, too, feeling closer to Dario after just a few days, than he’d ever felt to anyone in his life. Dario, and Aidan, too.

“Dario?”

Sweet, soft kiss. Luminous smile. “Hmmm?”

“Is it okay that we’re doing this while Aidan’s not here? Should we wait for him to come back?”

We can wait for him, if you want to. Is it nicer for you when it’s the three of us?”

Carson laughed. “It’s all nice. I want it all. Just you, like this. The three of us, like yesterday…”

“You and Aidan, just the two of you?” Dario asked with a playful grin.

Wouldn’t that make you feel jealous? Wouldn’t Aidan feel jealous if he knew you were lying in your bed with me, naked and kissing?”

Dario’s gentle laugh. “I hope you won’t think I’m indiscreet, but I told Aidan I was going to try to lure you up here while he was gone.”

Out of everything that had happened between the three of them, why did that shock Carson so much?

And he doesn’t care?”

Dario caressed his cheek. “Aidan knows I’m attracted to you. That I care about you. That I’d love to make love to you, if you want that, today or some other day. And Aidan also knows, whatever happens between you and me, or between you and him, or between the three of us, he and I will still be just as in love as we were last week. Aidan and I will be us.” Dario’s serene gaze sharpened slightly. “You know that too, don’t you?”

Carson’s face went hot. “Of course.”

Dario’s gaze softened, and his smile was bright and playful again.

“I only asked, because I’d never forgive myself if I hurt you by being careless. I know all this is new to you. The way Aidan and I are. How fluid some of our boundaries are. But at the heart of what we have together, we’re a couple. It’s the two of us.”

For some reason, Dario’s speech made the pleasant, heavy warmth in Carson’s chest swell up even bigger, made him smile. He’d assumed everything Dario was saying, anyway. But the way he said it, Carson could just about taste how in love with Aidan Dario was. Delicious and nourishing.

“I know I seem like a lost waif. But I promise, I’m not looking to be adopted.”

Dario laughed, and the last lingering trace of anxiety dissolved from his gaze.

They went back to kissing, to touching, Dario nuzzling into Carson’s hair, brushing his lips over his face, giving him a soft, lingering kiss now and then, then finally parted his lips with a teasing press of his tongue. Shallow, wet kisses, his caresses just as tender and sweet, palm gliding down the length of Carson’s arm, sliding slowly up his back. Resting a few moments on his hip before moving lightly up his side. So patient, so gentle. Almost innocent. But Carson was hard, aching, wishing, with every kiss, every touch, that Dario’s hand would venture lower, over his ass. That he’d touch his nipples, stroke him, kiss him more deeply.

Carson didn’t know what to say, and he was too shy to touch Dario more provocatively than he was being touched. With every kiss, now, every caress, he couldn’t help moaning, couldn’t stop himself from writhing under Dario’s hand, under his mouth.

“Fuck, you turn me on,” Dario panted.

Carson burst into tormented laughter.

Dario grinned. “Don’t worry. I’ve noticed you’re not exactly bored. All that squirming and groaning is exactly what’s got me so fucking hot.” Dario looked into his eyes, then looked down at Carson’s hard cock, and, barely touching, ran the pad of his finger down the length of it. “And this, too, of course.”

Another sweet, soft kiss.

Dario asked, “Should I touch you more?”

Carson put his hand on top of Dario’s, and just barely flexed, lightly pushing his cock against his palm.

God, that smile. Dario’s fingers encircled and caressed him. And every time Carson’s body broke loose from his will and he greedily pumped into his hand, Dario sighed, or smiled, or kissed him more urgently, until Carson was huffing and squirming, ready to come.

He pushed Dario’s hand away. With that maddeningly charming grin, Dario kissed his way across Carson’s chest, down Carson’s belly. And then, God, that wet, sucking kiss inside his hip bone startled him with an alarming surge of pleasure that warned him he would come the second Dario took him in his mouth.

“Stop,” he panted.

Gazing up at him from under his dark lashes, Dario gave him a taunting grin. But instead of teasing him about his fear of coming, Dario made his way back up to him, slowly, kissing as he went, lips touching him as lightly as flutters of a butterfly’s wings, making Carson squirm and gasp and whimper over and over, even before he got to his nipples. Pausing there, slowly circling one with the tip of his tongue, then teasing it over and over. Then just barely touching the very tip with the point of his tongue until Carson was so overwhelmed that he grasped two fistfuls of Dario’s hair and pulled him up and kissed him hard, so hungry he felt crazed. Like he couldn’t have stopped, even if he’d wanted to.

Dario loved Aidan. Carson knew that. But he felt loved when Dario looked at him.

You don’t want me to give you head?” Dario asked, voice low and soft.

Carson shook his head.

“What do you want?”

He tried to say it. “I want…I want us to…”

“Do you want to make love?”

He blushed. He would have said,

fuck.’ But Dario was right. He wanted to make love. To move together with all that tender warmth they’d been wrapped in since they’d stripped and gotten in the bed.

Yes.”

Dario’s smile made him feel so good, so happy, it felt almost like needing to cry. And that kiss, filling up all the empty places inside of him.

His patient smile altering into a teasing grin, Dario reached to the side and got a condom from the drawer. Carson’s heart jumped, then started thumped faster, faster, harder, harder. Gaze steady, grin intact, even though something in Dario’s face told Carson he’d seen the flare of fear, Dario held the condom between them. “Do you want to put this on?”

Heat rushing over his face, surging to his cock. Yes. Fuck yes, he wanted that, too. To feel Dario under his body, to feel the tight embrace of him, holding his cock as he moved. But something was making him panic. He couldn’t speak. Couldn’t move.
