One of the not-so-nice moments on

, partaking in the Bite to Bite Bushtucker Trial. Revolting though it was, I still won dinner for all of us at the camp.

‘Biggins!’ was the cry as the winner was announced – and I was somewhat overwhelmed.

was born in Oldham and raised in Salisbury, the elder of two sons. His television work has encompassed everything from drama to presenting, both in the UK and the USA. He has played leading roles in the theatre all over the world, not to mention more than forty years as Britain’s most loved pantomime dame. Biggins is also a respected director, and has written numerous articles for British newspapers and magazines. After winning
