Matt Walker
is a native East Coaster currently held hostage in California as Senior Editor of
Surfing Magazine.
A lifelong devotee to both the ocean and the written word, he plans on using his
Chicken Soup
paycheck to buy yet another surboard, perhaps for his son McRae—if he’s lucky.

Nathan S. Woods
received his bachelor of arts degree from Loyola University in 1999. He is a hip-hop artist, poet and writer in New Orleans. He enjoys walking, people-watching, video games and good conversation. He plans to write a book of poetry. Please reach him at

Jennifer Zambri-Dickerson
, a New Jersey native, is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. Jennifer currently lives in Dover, Delaware, with her husband and two children. She is working on her first novel. Jennifer can be reached at

Liz Zuercher
moved from Chicago to California after earning her English degree from DePauw University. She put writing on hold to raise two sons and operate a graphic-arts business with her husband. Recently, she returned to studying writing, authoring short stories and essays, as well as editing colleagues’ work.

, of Fairview, North Carolina, is the author of more than seventy nonfiction books on a variety of topics.
