“I’ll be back for you later, bitch. Clean up. You can just show me your stuff,” the man said.

Twlise heard his laughter moving away, down the hall. She massaged her wrists and explored the room. The light was really dim from a single light in the ceiling. The room had a crude toilet and sink. She went over and washed her hands. She held the button that caused the lukewarm water to flow with one hand and cupped her right hand to get some water to drink. It tasted like rust and sulfur, which almost made her throw up. She let it run a little while and it got a little clearer – at least, she could swallow enough to quench her thirst. She then went over to the dusty mattress and brushed it off. She lay down and tried to sleep. She fitfully dozed off.

Robert awakened to a noise at his door, felt the paralyzing shock from the court belt and lay panting on the floor unable to move his arms or legs. He could hardly blink.

Two goons came in, grabbed him under the arms and carried/dragged him to another room with a single chair but lots of video recording equipment and other paraphernalia. They dragged him to the chair and worked up one of his sleeves. The sting of the needle startled him just as he was shaking off the effects of the electrical shock. He felt hot – flushed and floating. A bald man came in and held up a slate. He started asking him questions. Robert felt euphoric and wanted to tell him the answers – needed to tell him the answers. He told him about all his accounts and passwords. He normally had trouble remembering all his accounts but they were crystal clear to him now. The man nodded to the two men.

“That should be it. Take him back to his cell. Don’t do anything to him ‘til I check these out. We didn’t even have to use the girl yet.

Robert dimly realized the men were dragging him back to the room – he was starting to get a headache and felt sick to his stomach but also ravenously hungry. He said, “I want some food,” as they dumped him on the floor of the cell.

The men laughed as they walked out. One said, “Not hardly rich boy.” They slammed the cell door. “We’ll entertain your girlfriend though,” one said as they walked away.

Robert felt a surge of helpless anger. He was too weak to even offer a retort. He lay on the floor – too weak to get off his stomach and climb on the bed.

Twlise heard a man coming back – it only sounded like one. She heard the key rattle in the lock and saw the bald man enter with a tray of food. She was getting very hungry but not
that
hungry.

The man put the food tray in front of the door and said, “I’m here to make you a trade. You can have this food if you give me what I want.” He saw her look. “I want you to show me why Kobe found you so interesting – why you’re special down there,” he leered at her crotch.

“Okay…but you’ll treat me special afterward? I can have the food regularly and you won’t beat me like Robert did? I’ll do anything if you won’t beat me,” she said.

“Sure darlin’ – why don’t you get out of those clothes?” he said.

“Okay,” Twlise said and stood up and went to the back of the room and slowly turned away from the man and lifted one foot almost straight up and leaned her heel against the back wall. She reached up, slid her shoe and socklet off her foot. She did it slowly and dropped it to the side. She then swung that foot down and raised her other foot directly to the side that no human hip would allow.

“Holy shit,” the man said. “You are certainly limber.”

“Oh,” Twlise said. “LesMa men aren’t as…as
endowed
as Earth men. Women have to allow them easier…
access
than Earth women. Robert seemed to really like it,” she said over her shoulder as she slipped off her other shoe. She turned around to face the man directly and bent over to touch her palms on the floor. She slid her hands up the front of her legs and under the front of her blouse. She playfully pulled it up a bit and grinned at the man. She pulled it over her head and tossed it aside. She reached back behind her and unhooked her bra. She tossed it aside and thrust out her breasts while caressing them.

“Oh yes darlin’. Keep going. You’re doing just fine,” he said while unfastening his shirt.

She slid her pants down, stepped out of them, and kicked them aside. She hooked her thumbs in her panties and slid them down too. She then turned both feet straight to the side and thrust her hips forward in a way that was definitely different from anything an Earth girl could do.

The man at this point undid his belt and set his gun belt near the door. He was obviously aroused as he pulled down his pants and underwear. “Oh my girlie…that IS different.”

“Oh. I can do more than that…” she said as her crotch undulated without moving her hips. “Oh my…you’re big too.”

The man nearly tripped on his pants as her rushed over to her and pushed her against the wall. Twlise moaned and reached down. She caressed him with her palm and gently ran one of her nails from his anus to the base of his testicles. She put her other hand so her fingers played with his ear.

“Oh god darlin’ – put…” was all he said.

Her nails extended the full three centimeters from her fingers and she slashed across his throat as well as slashing up his through his perineum. He gurgled as blood gushed to fill the cell. He collapsed thrashing.

Twlise picked up his gun belt and keys and looped it over one shoulder. She started out the door, paused, reached down toward the food tray, and picked up the ham sandwich. She also snagged a juice box which she sucked dry as she walked down the hall. She ate the sandwich as she drew the handgun. She assumed no one was watching when the bald guy had come into her room – he must have turned off the camera during his ‘visit’. She examined the gun belt and noticed a pouch that was a trauma dressing and clotting pad. She carefully examined the handgun.

The two men were sitting at a table playing cards when Twlise stepped through the door. Evidently, baldie had turned off her cell’s monitor for his escapade because they seemed totally surprised. She must have seemed like an apparition because she was covered in blood and totally naked. She had a trauma pad clutched to her belly and appeared to be dragging a leg twisted at right angles to her hip. She moaned, “Help me,” to the stunned men. She uncovered the pistol and shot them both in the chest. As they fell back, she slashed their throats with her extended nails.  One of the guards had had a boot knife that she strapped around an ankle. She took off one of their gun belts and looped it over a shoulder. She knew the shots would draw any others immediately. She quickly scanned the monitors and after a few seconds figured out the numbered cell indicators from the mapped console.

She saw a man lying on the floor and hoped it was Robert. She ran down the indicated direction and came to the cell. She saw a man on the floor in a fetal position. “Robert, it’s me. Robert. Get up.”

Robert had heard the voice like in a dream. He heard a rattle of keys in the door and braced himself for another shock. He gritted his teeth and shut his eyes.

“Robert.” she shook him. “Robert. It is I – Twlise. Robert. Get up quickly,” she said.

“Huh,” he tried turning his head toward her. “Huh…couldn’t be…must be drug….”

He felt the shackles being clumsily removed and the shock belt unbuckled. He was rolled over on his back and finally, really saw Twlise – seeing her all bloody. “…you hurt? How…” he gasped at her.

“No time for that. Get up quickly. We must get away. Others will be coming. Get up!”

Robert sat up and the room spun around him. He put his head between his knees. “Hurt? All bloody?”

“It is not my blood. I killed three. I have a gun for you. Let me help you put it on,” she said and buckled a gun belt around him.

“You don’t have on any clothes,” he said.

“Glad you noticed. We must go quickly. I think I know a way out. Let’s go.

“I’m not sure I can walk,” Robert said.

“MOVE ROBERT. We stay here we die. I have killed three,” Twlise said and lifted him to his feet and put his left arm over her shoulder. She half walked – half dragged him out the door and toward the back of the building into the scrub bushes.

The path away from the building seemed to take forever but it couldn’t have been longer than thirty meters. Twlise grabbed some rusty wire from the ground as they left out the back door and moved into the thick undergrowth. She tied one piece of wire at ankle level from one tall hedge to another. They moved deeper into the scrub brush.

Dorin and Marius Dumitru were brothers working with an assemblage of eight motley mercenaries. This group had been flown into California as foreign firefighters but that was their cover. The mercenaries had been together for a month and were beginning to get a feel for each other. Dorin turned to the other eastern European guys when the alarm went off. “I’ll bet its Frank and that female. The boss just wanted those account numbers and I’ll bet our bald dickhead got more than he bargained for.”

“Shut up Marius. Get your gear on. We have to cover a big area but they couldn’t have gone more than a few hundred meters. You and your brother cover the back and we’ll sweep the building just in case they’re still in here. Then we’ll spread out in the brush. We’ll flush them out. Let’s move!” shouted the heavily built man.

They moved out smoothly. They had been masquerading as firefighters when they were brought into the States – easy to do during droughts. Dorin and Marius were crouched down at the edge of the bushes behind the building.

The radio spit out. “Both the prisoners are gone and it looks like they’ve been killing hogs in here. All three of our guys are gutted – two handguns gone. Bodies are pretty cool so it’s been a few minutes. Kobe still shouldn’t be in any shape so it must be the female or they got help. We’re coming out the back – copy.”

Dorin responded. “Copy you’re coming out. They have two handguns – maybe help.”

The three mercenaries in the building came running out the back in different directions and squatted at the start of the underbrush where they teamed with the Dumitru brothers. “Micha – you sweep left – you two (indicating the brothers) go straight in and we’ll parallel on the right.” He whispered. “We move in twenty meters – stop – Micha, key the mic’ on your radio one time if its hear something – we can see which radio it is,” he said. They all keyed their mics’ to confirm. “Move out,” he said.

“Robert. I hear one on our right and several off to our left.” Twlise picked up a rock and threw it as far to her left as she could and then threw another. She waited a few seconds and the sounds on her left seemed to be moving away. “Moan a little,” she whispered.

“Huh,” he said and then grunted as Twlise poked him in the ribs before she disappeared into the bushes.

There was a stumble and crash with profanities yelled out as someone evidently tripped over the rusty wire. Micha heard the moan and moved toward the sound. He saw Robert on the ground, and crept toward him. Twlise jumped out, slashed across Micha’s eyes with her nails, and slit his throat with the knife. Micha fired a round high as he collapsed and bled out. Twlise stripped the radio off him.

The radio silence was broken, “Micha. Talk to me Micha.”

Twlise gave the radio to Robert. “Let’s go Robert.” He didn’t move. Twlise heard the mercenaries coming closer when they suddenly stopped and started moving away. She heard several loud pops and then smelled smoke. “Robert. They’ve lit the brush off to our sides and next to the buildings. I think they’re trying to burn us. They want to just kill us. Let’s go.”

Robert looked at her, crawled over to Micha’s body. He ripped a square box container off the man’s belt and started searching through Micha’s pouches and pockets. He took two smoke grenades off that belt and a lighter out the dead man’s pocket. “We’ll need these. The wind is in our face but isn’t too strong. Here Twlise. Hold this lever down and pull this ring – after you pull the ring – throw this as far as you can over there. I can’t right now – I’m too weak. Do the same with the other one.” He pointed in the other direction. “I can move a little. I’ll light the brush behind us.”
