Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
■
2 lbs. Stew Meat (sliced into bite-size pieces)
■
1 can or fresh Mushrooms (sliced as desired), optional
■
1 pkg. onion soup mix
■
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
■
1 (12oz.) can Ginger Ale
■
1-2 Tbsp corn starch
■
1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream, *room temperature
■
1 pkg. *Egg Noodles
Directions
Place stew meat in pressure cooker
Add mushrooms, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and ginger ale and stir
Close and lock the lid and set the timer for 15 minutes
Release the pressure manually and open the lid.
Mix 1-2 Tablespoon of corn starch with a small amount of water and add to thicken
Add sour cream to taste (optional)
Cook egg noodles according to the package directions
Serve the stroganoff over *noodles and enjoy!
Apple Sauce BBQ Chicken
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
■
1/2 t ground pepper
■
2/3 cup chunky applesauce
■
2/3 cup BBQ sauce (I used Brown Sugar/Hickory)
■
2 T brown sugar
■
1 t chili powder
Instructions
Place chicken breasts on bottom of the pressure cooker
Mix all remaining ingredients together, and pour over chicken.
Close and lock the lid and set the timer for 12 minutes
Release the pressure manually. Serves 4.
Pressure Cooker London Broil
Ingredients
■
1 1/2 pounds London broil
■
2 cloves garlic, minced
■
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
■
1/2 cup water
■
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
■
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
■
1/2 teaspoon salt
■
Add all ingredients to list
Directions
Place the London broil in pressure cooker; add the garlic, mushroom soup, water, basil, oregano, and salt; cover and lock the lid amd set the timer for 20 minutes. When cooking time is done wait 5 minutes then release the pressure manually.
