Chapter
One

“Come
on, Dakota. You aren’t even hard for me.” Bitty, a club pussy girl who got
around with all the
members,
was doing some kind of
grinding dance on his crotch. They were at The Brothers of Menace clubhouse,
many of the MC members either in the back fucking some club pussy, or getting
drunk and high.

“I
told you I’m not in the mood,” he said and took a swig of his beer.

“They
always say they aren’t in the mood, but you know I can get this big dick of
yours hard as rock.” She went to grab his crotch, but he snatched her hand
away, held her wrist in a loose, but forceful hold, and stared at her overly
done made-up face. Bitty was rough around the edges, looking like she had been ridden
hard and hung up soaking wet. She was in her forties, had bleached blonde hair
with black roots coming through, and stank of cum. Yeah, she really fucking
smelled like she was covered in the shit. Out of all the club pussy that hung
around at the club, she was by far the roughest, oldest, and just plain rundown
of the girls. But she pleased the other brothers, fucked them any which way
they wanted, and apparently they didn’t give two shits about what a female
looked like, or hell, felt like. But Dakota hadn’t put his dick inside of her,
wouldn’t either. She just screamed nasty.

“I
can make you come in five minutes, baby, maybe even sooner if we go in one of
the backrooms and have a little privacy.” She tried to rub his crotch with her
other hand, but he pushed her off of him. She fell to the ground, picked her
skanky ass up, and huffed out. “Fine, you don’t want me. There is a club full
of other bikers here that would be happy to tap my ass.” She turned and walked
over to the club members that were on a run from California, sat her slutty ass
down on one of their laps, and turned to stare at him, as if she were thinking
he’d be jealous.

If
she knew anything about him she’d realize that he had no intentions of ever
sticking his dick in her toxic pussy. It wasn’t just because every brother here
had been with her ten times over, but because since coming back from his run
the only thing he had been able to think about was Tawny Stoker.

Tawny
Stoker, this little blonde with a curvy body that drove him mad, was the
daughter of one fierce and protective Grizzly MC member. She was also the woman
he had been lusting after over for the past few years. It was like this
sickness inside of Dakota, because when he was with a woman, if he could even
get it up for her, all he thought about was Tawny.

But
Dakota didn’t want to call it, or even consider it a sickness, because wanting
the Grizzly girl was right on so many levels. It
felt
so right. He just called it a sickness because of what it did
to him. He wasn’t with her, had never told her, or anyone else for that matter,
that he was so in deep with his feeling concerning Tawny that he couldn’t go a
day without thinking of her. He felt like he was obsessed, infatuated with her,
like he couldn’t fucking concentrate without her image popping into his mind.

He
went over to the bar, grabbed the bottle of Jack from the prospect, and started
chugging right from it. Dakota wasn’t like all of the other members here. He
didn’t fuck random women just for the sake of it, didn’t drink and get high to
pass the time, and certainly didn’t throw his emotions around as if they were
nothing. What he felt for Tawny was real, the most real thing he had ever felt
in his life. It scared him, to be honest, and there were not a lot of things in
this world that scared Dakota. He had grown up to be this hardcore biker, the
son of an enforcer, and working towards that life for himself as well. Dakota
also had taken lives, had helped in bringing down men that had meant to hurt
his club and the people that the MC protected. The truth was he wasn’t a good
man, and although he knew Tawny deserved someone much better than he was, he
also knew that he couldn’t just walk away. He might be a chicken-shit for not
just confronting her with how he felt, but that didn’t mean he would just back
up anymore. He wanted her too badly, and sooner or later he knew that need for
Tawny would eat him up inside until he snapped.

“You
okay, man?” Lucien asked. The president of the Brothers of Menace was still
just as dangerous, just as built and powerful as he had been two decades
before. But having a family of his own, with a woman who was the daughter of
Kink, the VP of the club, and also having a couple of kids of his own, had made
the hardened biker softer in a sense. Lucien was still one mean motherfucker,
though, and ran their club with an iron fist and a smart as fuck mind that kept
them at the top of the food chain.

“I’m
good.”

Lucien
stared at him, this hard, unreadable expression on his face. He turned and
grabbed a shot that the prospect had waiting for him, tossed it back, and then
he looked at Dakota again. Even though the president was in his sixties, an old
man compared to Dakota, he didn’t look over forty. How in the hell the man
managed to stay looking so young, to still have his body in shape after all
these years, was a mystery.

No, it’s not.

No,
Dakota supposed it wasn’t so much of a mystery. Lucien kept in shape, had love
and family in his life. And it was clear it did the man good. His silvery
colored eyes regarded Dakota strangely.

“Nah,
you’re not cool. In fact, I’d be willing to bet just about anything that the
reason you look like you got kicked in the balls is because you’re
jonesing
hard for a woman.” Lucien grabbed another shot,
tossed that one back, and then tipped his empty shot glass over on the counter,
signaling he was finished. They stared at each other, and when Dakota didn’t
answer right away Lucien grinned. “Yeah, female trouble for sure. Hell, man, I
know what you’re going through, believe me.”

Dakota
grunted, not knowing what to say but not about to lie either.

“You
want to talk about it?” he asked Dakota.

“Not
in the least.” Dakota looked at Lucien and smirked. “Let’s just say that the
one I want has a back-up of men that are like her big brothers, and a father
that will gladly kick my ass and rip off my balls for even thinking the things
I have about her.”

Lucien
was silent for a moment, looked at the club and all the debauchery going on,
and then exhaled. “I am going to take a wild guess and say she is part of The
Grizzlies?” He didn’t look at Dakota right away, but Dakota also didn’t deny
it. Lucien was a smart man, and had gone through his own hell in trying to keep
his woman.

Dakota
ran a hand over his face and knew he needed to shave, but didn’t give a fuck at
the moment.

“Listen,”
Lucien said and faced Dakota again. “I won’t tell you what you should or
shouldn’t do concerning your love life, but I will say this.” He paused for a
moment. “If you want something so much that it consumes you, takes up your
thoughts, and the very idea of another man touching what is yours sends you
into a blind rage, then you go for it, fight until you are bloody and can’t
stand up, and never back down.” Lucien rose to his full height. “Love is worth
fighting for. Your woman is worth fighting for.”

And
before Dakota could respond the front doors opened, and in walked Lucien’s
clan. Callie wasn’t in tow, but his three kids walked in. Gabriel, the oldest
Silver son, was twenty-two, already thick in the club, and just as mean as his
father could be. He was also a big motherfucker, and still growing. Maverick,
Lucien’s other son, and only twenty, was following in his big brother and
father’s footsteps. Maverick was getting deeper into the club now that he had
graduated. And then the last one to walk in was Ava, Lucien’s sixteen-year-old
daughter, or his little girl as Lucien declared her.

Yo
, Lucien, you know your kids were coming?” Dakota asked.
It wasn’t unusual for the boys to show up, especially since they had shown an
interest in the club, but seeing Ava walk in was a bit of a shock. Lucien did
not allow her within the club unless he knew she was coming, mainly because
their president didn’t want his daughter seeing all the shit the club members
did and also because he wanted to make sure it was safe for her to be here. Of
course the clubhouse was the safest place for any of their loved ones,
especially during a lockdown, but right now there was a shitload of drugs,
booze, and blatant sex going on.

Lucien
cursed out, pushed away from the bar, and charged toward the three Silver
offspring. Dakota turned in his seat to watch the show that was sure to go
down, and then realized that the whole clubhouse had seemed to freeze. He
looked
around,
saw Kink and Cookie’s son, Marcus,
sitting on the edge of the couch, a woman on his lap, one who couldn’t be more
than eighteen, and a joint between his lips. At twenty-four, Marcus was an
already patched in member, tough as nails, and not discriminatory when it came
to showing the club girls attention. Marcus looked over at Dakota, lifted his
hand to pinch the joint between his fingers, took a big hit, and then tipped
his chin in greeting. Marcus was a cold bastard, maybe even colder than Lucien.
He fit right in the club.

“Are
you boys fucking kidding me right now bringing your baby sister here?” Lucien
said in a deep, angry voice. He stopped in front of Gabriel and Maverick,
crossed his thickly muscled arms over his chest, and stared at his sons.

“You
act like you don’t know how Ava acts when she wants her way,” Gabriel said, and
crossed his arms, too. “She’s stubborn as hell, and demanded that we take her,
or she’d catch the bus.”

Lucien
growled out, and Dakota saw Maverick eyeing the pussy in the club. When he
looked at Lucien again it was to see him pulling Ava into the protection of his
body, and successfully blocking out all of the shit going on behind him.

“I
need to talk to you, Dad. You aren’t answering your phone, and Mom’s driving me
up the damn wall over this Brandon thing.”

Dakota
heard Lucien growl at the mention of the guy Ava had been talking about going
out with, on her first date Dakota might add. Lucien ran a hand over his head,
pulled Ava closer, and Dakota smirked. It was a little funny to see a strong,
take no shit man like Lucien getting all jittery at the idea of his daughter
going on her first date.

Lucien
steered Ava away from the main room and into the meeting office, and barked out
that he wanted all this shit cleared out before they returned. And then he shut
the door behind him and his daughter. The room grew even more silent. Everyone
glanced at each other, and then Marcus started laughing. He was clearly drunk,
because everyone was looking at him like he had lost his damn mind. Laughing at
Lucien when he was clearly upset over Ava being around all this shit, and when
their president was in hearing range, wasn’t smart, and no one would do it
unless they were fucked up.

Dakota
looked at Gabriel and Maverick again, saw them arguing about knowing better
than bringing Ava here, and then headed toward the back of the club. Yeah, this
was just one thing that seemed to always happen around here. The club was a
place of brotherhood, of family, but it was also a place they got fucked up,
screwed club pussy, and where shit always got started whether it should or not.

This
was his life, and what he’d be bringing Tawny into if he went after her. Sure,
she may be a Grizzly girl, had grown up around hardened bikers, but Dakota saw
himself as dangerous for her, too damn dangerous because he wanted her the way
he did. Being away from her hadn’t lessened his desires for Tawny, but made
them grow to obsessive levels.
