1 9x13-inch dish

 

Ingredients:

2 packages frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed

1 pint Sour Cream

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

16 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ cup finely chopped Onion

½ cup Melted Butter

Salt and Pepper, to taste

 

Topping:

1 sleeve buttery round Crackers, crushed

¼ cup Melted butter

½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine all of the casserole ingredients.
  4. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  5. Combine the ¼ cup butter and crackers.
  6. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
  7. Bake for about an hour, or until browned on top.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 5-10 more minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup White Sugar, divided

1 Egg Yolk

24 Bread slices, crust removed

3 tbsp melted Butter

1 tbsp Cinnamon

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, beat the yolk, ¼ cup sugar and cream cheese, until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine the cinnamon and remaining sugar.
  3. On one side of each read slice, spread the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the slices, forming cylinders.
  5. Brush the outside with melted butter.
  6. Coat in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  7. Place the rolls in a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Freeze for 2 hours.
  9. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, until well-toasted.
