she

stopped
and
scratched
at
his
hair,

sneered.

shoved
the

open

clang.
Freedom
beckoned
for

than
a
second
before
the
steel door
reverberated
off

wall
and
crashed
closed

toward

two

them

he
stood
direct

He crouched,
his
dirty
fingers finding
their
way into
Meeka’s beautiful
hair.
