“Daniel.” The way she spoke his name sent pleasure coursing through him and urged him to increase the pace of his thrusts. Her cunt began to spasm with each deep stroke, and she cried out his name again, this time loudly as her hips pressed down against each deep thrust he gave her and the first wave of orgasm washed over her.

“I love you, Angel.” Daniel breathed heavily as Angel cried out his name again. Pleasure flooded her face, and her gaze met his as Daniel felt her fluid warm the end of his cock.

Daniel knew they were looking straight into each other’s souls. Combined desire, passion, and love increased the pleasure, and heightened each wave of orgasmic delight that washed over her and initiated his release. His cum exploded into her as her cunt gripped him, milking the last of his seed in slow convulsions that stroked against him.

Daniel kissed Angel softly as the final shudders of her orgasm and his own subsided. He gently eased out of her and allowed her legs to lower to the floor. His body still pressed against her, their lips locked in a slow, lingering kiss. Daniel released her mouth and stared at her, hoping his expression conveyed the love he had in his heart.

“Happy with that?” he asked with a smile.

“More than.” Angel smiled back, returning the loving look he had given her.

After dinner, Daniel put a CD on the stereo and sat quietly on the sofa with Angel nestled in his arms. She hadn’t said anything about what had scared her, and he hadn’t asked. For some reason Angel looked particularly fragile tonight. She was sitting next to him. His arm was draped around her shoulders, her cheek against his chest. Her legs stretched out across his lap. Angel’s face was still pale, and under her eyes had begun to darken. She hadn’t eaten much at dinner, and her decreasing appetite was worrying him.

Angel had been through an emotional time over the previous weekend. In fact, she had experienced a few emotional moments in the time she had been with them. Daniel wondered if Christian and he had pushed her too hard in an effort to get her to open up to them. After all, when they had first met her, she had stated she had a lot to work out and wasn’t in a position to be in any sort of relationship. Yet here she was, four weeks after they had first spoken to her at the club, living in their home. Daniel worried they had rushed her into being with them, but then again it all seemed to be meant to happen as it had.
You can’t fight fate.

Angel lifted Daniel’s hand to her mouth and kissed it. She had been lying against him thinking how much she loved him. How it would devastate her if she ever lost either Christian or him. She didn’t want to lose the love and happiness that she had finally found. Angel didn’t want Adrian to take her life or her happiness away. If she went to the police, the danger she was in would increase. Daniel and Christian would also be placed in danger, and that was unacceptable to her. So, Angel had decided that Adrian could have the ledger. She would call him tomorrow and tell him she would post the ledger to him if he agreed to leave her alone, to let her live, and put a stop to whatever plan he had set in place to kill her. There was no other option.

As she snuggled against Daniel’s bare chest, she smiled to herself. There was something else she had decided. She had to tell both Christian and Daniel that she loved them. If anything went wrong with her plan, Angel wanted them to know that she had stayed with them because she loved them, because they had bought her more happiness than she had known in her whole life. If anything happened to her and they found out about Adrian, then Angel needed them to know they were the loves of her life, not a convenient hideout for a woman in danger.

“Daniel, can I tell you something?” she asked, raising her head from his chest and sitting up to look into his eyes.

“You can tell me anything, beautiful.” He smiled.

“I wanted to let you know that…well, I should have said this before, but I wasn’t sure about it, so I didn’t say anything. But now I’m sure, so I need to tell you.” Angel knew she was waffling, and the raised eyebrow coupled with the bemused look on Daniel’s face confirmed it.

“I’m listening.” He chuckled.

Angel couldn’t believe how nervous she was. It was totally ridiculous that telling someone “I love you” could be so hard. Daniel and Christian seemed to be able to say it on a regular basis…and with ease. Angel suddenly realised she hadn’t told anyone she loved them since she was seven. It shocked her that she could have gone nearly her whole life and never said it. Not that anyone had said it to her, well, except maybe in the heat of passion, and that didn’t really count. Angel had always thought that orgasms made people say the oddest things. After all, calling out “Oh God” while coming didn’t make a person religious. Angel took a deep breath and slowly released it.

“I love you, Daniel…oh, and that goofy brother of yours, of course.” Angel felt her face heat and hoped Daniel didn’t notice her awkwardness with the words.

It appeared Daniel was momentarily speechless. Angel nearly laughed at the size of the grin that had spread across his face.

“I love you, too, Angel, so deeply,” he said before pulling her into his arms and smothering her face with kisses. “I can’t describe how happy I am that you feel the same way.”

“I’m glad you’re happy.” Angel giggled at his reaction. She hadn’t expected the joy that three little words could elicit from anyone.

“That was the last thing I expected you to tell me tonight. Now, tell me when you realised you were in love with me, and my goofy brother, of course.” Daniel didn’t stop smiling.

“Well, I think I’ve known for a while but didn’t want to admit it to myself. I wasn’t sure if what I was feeling was love.” Angel looked down at Daniel’s chest before continuing. “Today I realised that if I ever lost either of you, or if someone tried to take me away from the two of you, then I would die on the inside. I never want to lose your love, and I want you to know that I will always love you and Christian, no matter what happens in our lives.”

Daniel placed his hand under Angel’s chin, lifted her head, and stared into her eyes. She hoped he could see the love burning within them.

“Angel, there is nothing that will ever make Christian and I leave you. We both love you with all our heart and soul. And if anyone ever tried to take you away from us, then we would fight them to the death. We would be lost without you.”

Angel ran her fingers down the side of Daniel’s face.

“Do you want to know something else?” Angel smiled as she moved over Daniel and straddled his lap.

“What?” Daniel replied, running his hands over the soft silk robe she wore.

“You and Christian are the only men I’ve ever loved. And until I tell Christian that I love him, you are the only man that I ever said those words to, so I’m going to say it again. I love you, Daniel Shore.”

“Oh, Angel, you humble me. I’m so honoured that you chose us to love.” He pulled her close and folded his arms around her. As Daniel held her, she never wanted this moment to end.

Angel stirred from a deep sleep as Daniel stood up from the sofa. He held her tight as he began to walk through the house.

“I want to wait up for Christian,” she said sleepily.

“He won’t be back for a few hours yet, so you can sleep until he gets home. I’m going to work on some files. I’ll tell him to come and wake you when he gets in,” Daniel stated as he sat Angel down on the edge of Christian’s bed.

Angel didn’t argue. She slipped off her robe and climbed under the blankets.

“I love you,” she said as Daniel bent down to kiss her on the lips.

“Will you love me forever?” he whispered as he released her.

“Yes,” Angel replied thoughtfully. “For as long as I live.”

Chapter Twenty-One

Christian stared down at Angel in his bed. She looked so peaceful he didn’t want to disturb her sleep, but he was well aware that she expected him to. All Daniel had said to him was “Trust me you want to wake her,” before adding, “Then we need to talk.”

Christian hated not knowing was happening. Obviously something had transpired throughout the evening, and his brother was offering no indication of what that was. Christian thought how beautiful Angel looked. The soft light from the hallway caressed the curve of Angel’s spine as she lay on her side, bedding scrunched in front of her and hugged to her chest, her naked bottom exposed for his viewing pleasure. Christian decided to shower before waking Angel. It was nearly midnight, and he was exhausted. Still, despite the exhaustion he felt, the sight of her naked body had his cock rising to attention and demanding relief. Maybe he’d make the shower a cold one.

“Wake up, sleeping beauty,” Christian spoke softly in her ear.

Angel smiled drowsily, exhaling a soft moan as his fingers began teasing her nipple, causing it to harden into a tight bud.

“I wanted to tell you something,” Angel said quietly.

“Speak,” Christian stated while kissing down the side of her neck and moving his body over her own.

“I wanted to tell you, oh, stop making me horny.” Angel pressed her hand against his chest in a vain attempt to distance him.

“Mmm, not sorry about that, now, go ahead. Tell me what you need to.” Christian chuckled as he moved his body to lay over hers, easing her legs apart with his knee as he did so. He stared down at her and smiled. He could feel the wetness of her pussy slip against the hardness between his legs but tried to remain focused on what Angel wanted to say. He realised he wasn’t making conversation easy, but he was having fun teasing her.

“I love you.” Angel pushed the hair back from his face with her hand as she spoke. Christian felt his eyes widen in surprise.

“Tell me again,” he demanded gently as he stared down at her.

“I love you, Christian.”

Christian swallowed her words with his kiss, his tongue pressing between her lips and roaming tenderly through her mouth. He felt her hands run through his hair as she pulled him closer, deepening their kiss with a soft moan.

“I love you, too, Angel, with all my heart,” Christian finally replied. “Now tell me again.” He could see the love and desire filling Angel’s eyes as he ran one hand down the side of her face.

“I love you.” Angel smiled.

“Again,” he mumbled into her breast as he sucked her nipple into his mouth and nipped at the enflamed bud. Angel moaned the words once more.

Christian kissed and licked his way back up to her neck, delighting in every soft sigh and moan that escaped Angel’s lips. He pressed his lower body against her as she raised her legs to encompass his hips. The head of his cock slipped between her wet lips and edged at the opening to her cunt.

“Again.” He laughed as he slid inside her and began to gently thrust. His mouth found the side of her neck, and he bit her hard, sucking the flesh between his teeth.

Angel let out a cry as he took her before professing her love again. The folds of her sex stretched around him, holding him tight as he plunged into her, her hips rising to meet each thrust with a wanton desire that urged Christian to take her deeper and harder. Christian loved that she screamed out his name as the first orgasm ripped through her body. He pounded into her with wild abandon as her wet folds sucked and convulsed around him and she continued to come. It wasn’t long before Christian joined her, coming with a loud cry as he filled her with his seed before slumping over her.

Both of them lay breathless for a long moment before Christian finally rolled to his side and pulled Angel back into his arms. She felt his fingers run over the side of her neck, inspecting the large, dark mark he had left on her.
