“That photo is almost three years old.  I’m not with Marcella and I’m not marrying her.  I haven’t seen her in almost three weeks.”

“It’s not the only one dude.  She has dozens of the two of you together.  The last lot she posted was of the two of you at some hotel a few weeks ago.  You were walking her out of the hotel and she was all over you.  She had her hand on your ass!”

Diego sighed and hung his head in frustration.  “Kid I’m telling you I am not with the bitch.  We were never together in any sense, it was purely sex.  And me walking her out of the hotel was to protect Jay, nothing else.  Now tell me what the fuck you know about all the shit going on with Jay or I swear I’m going to do something I shouldn’t.”

The girl tossed her head at him and clamped her lips shut.

“Tori, maybe he’s telling the truth, you know how people lie and twist the truth dude and he seems to be far too upset about this wedding shit to be lying to us.”  The boy said softly from the bed.

“If he’s with Jay then he cheated on her!  The last photo the bitch posted was of him sleeping naked in his bed in the hotel!  How do you think she got the photo if she wasn’t in the room with him?”  The girl was visibly upset as she snapped at her friend.

“Shit Tori I don’t know dude, maybe the same way we were getting into his room.”  The boy snarked at her.

“Enough!”  Tag suddenly barked from the door and the room went silent.

“I can tell you with no uncertainty that Diego is not with that slut and is not marrying her and that he is Jay’s boyfriend.  That’s to say if she doesn’t take his nuts off for this shit.”  Tag growled threateningly at them all.  “Now tell me what the fuck is going on.”

“Okay dude it’s like this.”  The boy rushed to speak.  “We’ve been fans of Jay’s since long before she joined Storm Front to help them out.  She played at a Sweet Sacrifice concert we had been at and we’ve been fans ever since.  We go to a school for gifted kids and we were given a project to create a complete social media profile for a hypothetical famous person.   We decided on Jay because she doesn’t have one and so no one would know that she was in fact a real person.  Only problem was that as we dug around on the internet we started finding stuff that made us realise that she had an enemy, someone who was going all out to start a smear campaign against her.  It started off small.  Information about her posted in small obscure sites that would only be revealed if something big hit the internet.  Sick information that made it look like she was a sexual predator, a big slut and a drug addict.  Tori and I downloaded all that shit and crashed the sites as we found them because we knew, we just knew, that she would never do any of the stuff that they said.”

The girl rushed to interrupt.  “We know of all the charities she donates too, all the time she donates to volunteering at hospitals and outreach centres.  She would never do any of the stuff those sites said she did!  And their timeline sucked!  There were times they accused her of being in one place when she was in another recording with someone.  But we knew the media would not investigate it the way we did.  They would just print all the shit as if it was the truth and they would ruin her life.  She’s a good person!  She doesn’t deserve what’s going to happen to her.  That’s why we came tonight.  We have to warn her and show her.”

Both the kids looked up at them with eyes filled with hope and expectation.

Diego felt rage and helplessness surging through him.  Who the fuck was doing this shit to his girl?  And why?

“You said you hacked into the creep’s computer last night.  Do you have any proof?”  Tank asked.

The girl pulled a USB from her pocket and held it up.  “Everything we found is on here.  The creep’s timeline and the e-mails from the person he is working for to all of his private stuff.  He calls himself The Seeker, as if he’s some big seeker of the truth or something.  Instead he’s a big fat liar!”

Diego didn’t waste any time, he immediately called Clint.  It was time to shut this fucker down and find out he was working for.

CHAPTER EIGHT

Jade woke for the first time in the last few weeks feeling rested and relaxed as she stretched in her bed.  Her muscles twinged a little as she stretched but it was a good twinge.  She saw him as she turned to roll out of bed, Diego Delgado sitting in a chair drawn up to her bed, watching her.

“Hey.”  She murmured with a soft smile.

“Morning baby.”  He smiled at her as she stretched again.  “Feeling good today?”

“Yeah, I’m feeling good.  I haven’t slept that well in quite a while.”

“I’m glad baby, you needed that.”  He sat forward and took her hand in his.  “I’m sorry I’m going to have to take that good feeling away from you now sweetheart.  Something happened earlier this morning that you need to know about.”

Jade sat up in bed without letting go of his hand as her chest clenched at his serious expression.

“Just tell me Diego, I can take it.”  She grinned as his hand tightened on hers.

“I just want you to know that none of it is true sweetheart.  It’s all a bunch of lies.”

Jade felt her heart give a scared jump before she nodded and waited for him to speak.

“There’s some shit on the internet that Marcella Vincent posted saying that I’m marrying her the day after the tour finishes.  Plus there are some photos from a long time ago of the two of us together and a photo someone took of me while I was sleeping, I was naked.  It had to have been taken in one of the hotels we had stayed at during the tour.  I give you my solemn promise that I have not been with Marcella at anytime during this tour or even several months before the tour.  The kiss you saw the other night was a mistake, a mistake I regret making.  I thought if I kissed another woman I would be able to forget about wanting you but it didn’t work.  Even though she had her hand on my cock I couldn’t get hard for her, I didn’t want her.”  Diego visibly cringed as she sucked in a breath at his crudeness.

“Baby you’re it for me, however hard I’ve been fighting to stay away from you I can’t do it anymore."  His took a big breath and then he totally rocked her world.  "I love you Jade.  I know you will always love Val and that what you had together was very special and I would never try to take that away from you.  All I’m asking for is a chance, a chance to see if you could love me as I love you.”

Jade didn’t listen to more she just launched herself at Diego, throwing her arms around his neck and straddling him in the chair.

“Oh God Diego!  You have no idea how long I've wanted this.  I love you!  So very much!”  His arms snapped around her pulling her tight into him as he stood and fell down onto the bed with her, his arms going out to keep the weight of his body off her.  He stared down at her and then his head dipped and his mouth was on hers, feeding ravenously from her.

Lips, teeth and tongues clashed as they kissed while their hands roamed each other’s bodies.  Diego shuddered as she pushed her hand under his shirt and ran it up his back.  Wrapping her legs around his waist Jade pulled him into her and she grinned against his lips as he groaned while slowly pulling his head away from her.

“I have wanted to do that for years.”  He rumbled as he placed little sucking kisses all along her jawbone and down into her neck.

She shuddered as he pushed his hips forward and his hardness rubbed against the soft cotton covering her softness sending small ripples of ecstasy through her body.  Running her tongue up his neck she drew his taste into her mouth and sighed as she held the man she had wanted for so long in her arms.  She arched her back and rubbed herself all along the front of him grinning as he groaned and pulsed his hips against her.

“Baby I want to fuck you so bad right now but we have to finish our talk before we go any further.”  He whispered in her ear then lifted his head to look down into her eyes.

Only Diego would talk to her this way, Val never did, to him she had always been a fragile little girl that he wanted to protect.  She knew that she had to tell him about what had happened between her and Val all those years ago, he needed to know how close she had come to walking away from his brother forever.

"I need the bathroom before we talk."  Jade whispered as she lay beneath him.

Diego grinned as he let her up and she raced into the bathroom getting through her business and brushing her teeth.  The minute she stepped back into the room he grabbed her, kissing her deeply as he lowered her back down onto the bed, his hips falling through her open legs and his very obvious arousal hard against her.  He lifted his head slightly to look down at her.

"I love kissing you baby, I really do but we need to talk."  He said softly.

“I know we have to talk and there is something I need to tell you about Val that only a few people know about.”  Diego was going to move away from her but she clamped onto him.  “Please don’t leave, stay with me just like this, it will make it easier to tell you.”  She pleaded and he nodded and relaxed back onto her, keeping his weight on his forearms as he looked down at her with love in his beautiful eyes.

“Val and I had an easy relationship at first.”  She began.  “I was young and understood less than nothing about the sexual needs that could drive a person and he was so careful with me.  Never pushing me too far but nevertheless pushing my boundaries, testing me to see if I could be comfortable with what he wanted in the bedroom.”  She closed her eyes as Diego frowned heavily.  “Val was a sexual dominant, just like Tag and there was stuff he wanted me to do that I just wasn’t comfortable doing.  He told me it wasn’t a big deal, that he was satisfied with what I could give him and that we could explore more of the stuff I felt comfortable with.”  Sighing she opened her eyes to look up at Diego.  “I researched the shit out of it Diego and some of the stuff I found I just couldn’t imagine doing and I told him so.  He just laughed and said he loved me and that what we had was enough.”

Running her hand over Diego’s shoulder she stared past him at the ceiling as it all came rushing back.  “Five months before we got married we found out that I was pregnant and we were both over the moon about it.  I had never seen him so happy!  He was planning how we were going to tell the media about us and how we were going to let the family know that we were pregnant but I asked him to wait.  I had read about how a lot of pregnancies spontaneously terminated in the first trimester and I wanted us to wait until we were past the danger period.”  Diego’s hands clenched hard where he held onto her waist.  “I was just over two months along when one of my gigs got cancelled and I came home early.  I knew something was wrong the minute I opened the door because there were women’s clothes scattered all over the floor and there was this sickly sweet smell of heavy perfume in the apartment.  I could faintly hear the shower running as I stood there, knowing what I was going to find.”  Jade swallowed the bile that still rose in her throat as she saw the scene again in her mind’s eye.

“I walked into our bedroom and there was this naked woman tied to our bed.  I was so freaked I walked closer and saw more than I ever wanted to see of another woman’s guava.  Ugh!  She had a ball gag in her mouth and there were red whip marks all over her chest, abdomen and thighs.  Her legs were wide open and I saw that she had a...a...a plug up her ass and her thighs and other parts of her were wet with stuff.  Her eyes were filled with hate and laughing at me as I stood at the bottom of our bed.  I screamed and screamed and Val came rushing out of the shower.  I backed away from him and into Tag who had come running from his room with a gun in his hand.  Before either of them could say anything I ran, I ran out of the apartment and when the lift wouldn’t come quick enough I took the stairs, running down them.  I was almost at the bottom when I tripped and fell, rolling the rest of the way down the stairs and into the foyer of the building.”  A soft sob escaped.  “I lost our baby because Marcella Vincent sneaked into our apartment and set Val up.  She and two of her slutty friends got into the apartment and set up the whole scene I walked into.  I still don’t know if she knew I was going to be home early or if she had just wanted to try and get Val to bang her.  What she didn’t know was that Tag had installed cameras in all the rooms in the apartment the week before because Val had been convinced someone had been in there and had gone through our stuff.”

“Jesus baby!  Fuck!”  Diego felt as if a huge block of concrete had been dropped on his chest, he had trouble breathing but he had to endure for Jade.

Diego kissed her softly as she sniffed the tears back then continued.  “It took Tag showing me the footage to get me to agree to talk to Val.  What I had seen had freaked me out to such an extent that even though he was innocent of any wrongdoing I wanted nothing to do with him.  I loved him Diego but seeing that slut laid out like that on our bed and losing our child killed something in me.  I didn’t know if I could ever trust him again even though he never did anything to break that trust.  It took three months to convince me to marry him and when I did he looked so relieved, so happy and contented that I knew then that he would never ever do anything to hurt me.  We had one day and night of total happiness before it all ended.  The rest you know as you’ve been there for it all.”

Diego dropped his head onto Jade’s chest and lay there deep breathing as he fought his rage.  He didn’t want her to see it in his eyes therefore he only lifted his head when he had control over his emotions.

“This is why you hate her so much, she cost you your child and she almost ruined what you and Val had together.  Fuck baby I’m sorry!  I never knew anything about this.  I’m disgusted with myself that I ever touched her.  Why didn’t Val or Tag tell me what happened?  I was fucking with her at the time all of this happened!. Why did no one tell me?”  Diego felt dirty and disgusting as he tried to lever himself away from Jade but she just held on tighter.

“Val was worried about you, he said you had come back from Afghanistan missing something and if fucking the slut helped you to get over it then we could deal with it.  He made us promise we wouldn’t tell you until the time was right.  When he died we decided to let it go with him, no one was going to win by exposing her as the manipulating bitch that was indirectly responsible for the death of your brother’s child.  Tag was sure you would move on to someone else soon enough and he was right, you did, several someone's in fact.”  She frowned as he snarled and ripped himself out of her arms, sitting up on the bed.

“Seven years baby!  Seven years that I should have known about this shit.  I put my dick in that dirty, disgusting snatch!  How can I ever touch you after I’ve been with that piece of shit?  God, I feel as if I should go stand under a boiling hot shower to try and get her scrubbed off my skin.  She’s been an easy fuck for years.  Fuckin’ years!  The only bright spot in all of this is that I have only fucked her four times in the last two years and the last time was more than ten months ago.”  Diego rubbed his hands over his face as he shuddered with disgust.

Jade went on her knees behind him wrapped her arms around his shoulders and laid her cheek against his back.  “You’re not dirty babe, there’s no way her dirt could ever rub off and stick to you.”

Diego put his hands over hers and squeezed.  “I want to end her baby, I want to use everything we have to throw her to the wolves but if I do that then we throw you out there as well and I just can’t do that to you.  So we are going to have to find another way to stop this shit she’s been pulling.”

With a sigh Jade slid around Diego and into his lap curling her arms around his neck.  “I think I’ve hidden away long enough Diego.  I’ve talked to Luis and we’re going to go public with who I am.  I’m tired of hiding behind Jay Gallado, tired of hiding the fact that I was married to Val Delgado and that I am now in a relationship with his brother Diego Delgado.  I’m older and wiser now and I can handle the media as long as I have you beside me.”  Diego groaned as she hugged him and shoved her face into his neck.

“I want nothing more than to be able to stand beside you and say that you’re my girl baby.  Whether we do it with you known as Jay Gallado, Jade Galloway or Jade Galloway Delgado is your decision, I’ll be happy with what ever you decide.”  Diego kissed his way along her neck and then bit her softly, making her shudder with reaction.

Lifting her head Jade looked him in the eyes and nodded as if she had reached a decision.  “It’s decided then, we are going out with all our guns blazing.  I want that bitch to back off and stay out of my life forever, and if it takes putting that video of her out there and telling my story to force her out then I’ll do it.  I just want to tell the band first before we go public with who I am because they’ve had enough bad publicity with all the shit Richie pulled.”

Diego cupped her face in his big hands and kissed her softly.  “If that’s what you want baby then that’s what we will do.  We’ll call a meeting with the band and you can tell them who you are before we lay all of the shit the slut’s causing out for them.  Between those two fans of yours and Clint we’ll find more shit on her and have her ass sewn up so tight she won’t be able to wriggle out of it.”

“What fans?”  Jade frowned.

“Shit I forgot!  This morning two of your fans tried to get into my room, which they mistakenly thought was yours, and told me that they had hacked the guy who has been posting all that shit about you online.  They passed what they had found onto Clint and he assured me that sometime today they would have the fucker and they would sit on him until he gave up his source.  All the kids want in exchange is a chance to meet you and spend a little time with you.  They’re pretty damned clever little buggers.”  Diego grinned.
