Slowly regaining her consciousness, Rene felt weak. Her vision was blurred and a misty fog lifted from her mind.
Talk about giving mind to someone.
The smile spreading across her face spoke volumes. “I did come for you—I mean back to you.” Sitting up, she noticed coldness between her legs and on her ass. She was soaked through her underwear. “Oh, shit, I need to go to the ladies room.”

“What?” Tommy yelled back, unable to hear over the music.

“I need to use the ladies room!”

Again he held his hand to his ear, showing he couldn’t hear her.

With the fade of the music Rene yelled, “I HAVE TO TAKE A FUCKING PEE.” At least everyone knew where she was headed now. She let her hand brush across Tommy’s face, grinning at him.

“Okay, hurry back—” he tapped his pink watch “—we don’t want to miss our teleporter.” Tommy sat watching the crowd shuffling around the dance floor, waiting for the music. He seemed very much in his element. People, dancing, music—Tommy appeared happy and ready to show off.

Rene turned, started toward the bathroom and saw the redheaded woman struggling to stand up. Jared was nowhere to be seen and she was obviously disoriented.

“Here, you need a hand?” Rene reached her hand out to help her up.

“Fucking A. Can you help me to the restroom? I feel drunk. My legs are gone.” The redhead grabbed her small pocketbook from the floor where it had apparently dropped and staggered with Rene. She held her arm to maintain balance whenever her knees weakened.

Rene went pee, then to the mirror, cleaning herself up. She could hear the redhead sitting down and a slight sigh as she began to go to the bathroom. Now baseball players hold it for restroom breaks, concert performers do, as well as some speakers and stand-up comedians. This woman must have held it for days, like a camel.

The woman did the bathroom ritual. With a cleansing breath, she regained her composure and stepped up to the mirror beside Rene.

“Holy shit!” The redhead stepped back. “I saw you in my head.”

“What are you talking about?” Rene asked, confused.

“That guy I was with. The, ummm, the fucking sex god. Before he stuck that monster in me, he told me to close my eyes. In my dream I saw you.”

“He came here with me,” Rene answered.

“Well, sweetheart, he came inside of me and I have never had sex like that before. I could swear I was in a dream. Over and over he just…shit, my Lord, I mmmmmm, can’t describe the feeling. It was like he became a part of me. That cock entered me—

hurt like hell—but he entered me like he was touching my soul. I was scared he’d explode through my diaphragm. You are one lucky girl.” The woman had a blissful smile on her face.

“We’re not lovers. We just met.”

“Well fuck the friends shit. You need to jump that horse and ride him like a rodeo.

If I wasn’t engaged and this my bachelorette girls night out, I would. Hell, I thought he was my present.”

After a few moments of girl talk and freshening makeup, Rene and the woman left the bathroom, laughing at their own private joke.

A large man stood at the end of the short hallway leaving the restrooms. He had a big smile that was directed at Rene. “Heya, sweetheart. I couldn’t help but notice you walking in with those two faggots. You looking for a real man?” Arrogance filled the air. As did the smell of a few too many pitchers of cheap beer.

The other woman piped in. “Bubba, how would you know they are fags??? Are you a fag expert? Been doing your research?”

“Shut up, bitch. I’m talking to this little lady here. Not the bar whore.”

“Fuck you, asshole.” Apparently unsure whether to kick him in the balls or slap his face, the redhead reached her arm back and had it grabbed by one of her girlfriends who saw the argument beginning.

“Come on, Rose, he’s not worth it.” Her friend tugged at her arm.

“You come with us!” she reached out for Rene’s hand and the man slapped it away.

“She’s staying right here for now.” His snarling smile was enough to make Rene ill.

“Who’s that over there? He’s waving at you?” Rene pointed her arm out, and the dumb lug turned to see Tommy waving to Rene. She saw her chance, ducking by the man and scooted to where Tommy was.

Turning away, Tommy didn’t see the big goon grabbing for his shoulder.

Riiiiip…

Rene turned back to see the man with a handful of Tommy’s new jacket in his massive paw. The man burst into laughter.

“Awwwww, pretty boy got a tear in his widdle coat?” He laughed aloud causing everyone to turn to look.

Tommy looked down. His body tensing to the shame the worthless slab of meat was testing him with. “Apologize,” he said quietly.

“WHAT? You’re kidding, right? For what? I tore your jacket, queer boy. Big fucking deal.”

“I have been looking for a jacket like this for almost a year. They don’t make this style anymore. It means a lot to me. If you would just apologize, I’ll leave.” His eyes began to lightly glow a magenta shade. His demeanor had become almost demonic. His glare was burning and anger radiated through him.

“Come on, Tommy, let’s just go.” Rene tried to move Tommy. She didn’t want him hurt.

“Yeah, listen to the little cunt. She needs someone to tint her hair.”

“Fuck you, asshole!” Rene was seriously pissed now.

Jared had finally pushed through the crowd and stood between the big bonehead and Tommy. The man was a little more intimidated by Jared’s size, but a bellyful of beer made him dumber than a rock.

“What’s this? You here to protect your little bitch boyfriend?” A bunch of the guys from around the bar were laughing with him as the crowd grew.

“Actually I’m trying to stop you from getting…well, killed.” Jared didn’t want to sound too silly by warning a six-foot-five-inch, three hundred pound musclehead about a five-foot-ten-inch blond man.

“Jared…he ripped my coat, my new coat. Now he won’t apologize.” Tommy’s voice had lowered three octaves to almost a growl.

The man reached over and grabbed a full mug of beer. After taking a swig, he tossed the remaining beer at Tommy then threw the glass against the wall. “Why don’t you just get the fuck out of here so I can kick this little bitch-boy’s ass and get back to drinking?”

“Okay…I warned you.” Jared patted Tommy on the shoulder. “See you outside in a few minutes. Don’t make too much of a mess this time.” Jared grabbed Rene’s arm and pulled her away from Tommy’s side.

“You aren’t going to leave him there alone are you?” Rene was slightly panicked.

“Who? Tommy? You must be kidding. That guy doesn’t stand a chance. I just hope he doesn’t try to fight dirty, he’ll just piss Tommy off.” Standing by the doorway, Rene yanked free from Jared’s arm. “Stop. Just stand here. I don’t want Tommy to get hurt.”

A crowd surrounded the two men, leaving them a large circle of room to fight in.

The man’s friends all whapped his back and cheered him on. The bartender was frantically trying to contact the police on the phone at the bar.

“Go easy. Don’t fuck him up too bad.”

After you kick his ass, can we fuck him like a goat?”

The banter was pathetic.

Tommy stood motionless in the middle of the floor. Beer dripped off his blond locks of hair. His anger causing his blood to heat and steam rose from his wet hair.

Rene stared at him. She could sense his rage—in fact, she began to become enwrapped in it. The mental mind-fuck had somehow linked her to Tommy and his burning anger began to boil within her also.

“Okay, bitch. Let’s get it on.”

Tommy looked up, eyes radiating a red ember like the coals of a fire.

The man stepped back and then lunged his fist in a roundhouse swing.

His large, pillar-sized arm swung hard and hit flush against Tommy’s hand. It was as if he hit a brick wall, the man’s fist cracked and broke. He swung upward with the other hand and hit Tommy flush in the stomach. Again, the man whimpered as he crushed his hand into a true six-pack of abdomen muscles.

The man wrung his hand and stood back. He wouldn’t be humiliated by a smaller, less physical man. Apparently blocking out the pain, he rushed Tommy and bear-wrapped him in his arms. He raised him up, and Tommy arched his head back and firmly head-butted the brute, breaking his nose and causing him to loosen his arms.

Tommy punched him square in the solar plexus with a crunching sound. The man gasped. The goon fell to his knees, trying to catch his breath. With a thud, he fell to the floor. With a straight jab, Tommy smashed the man’s nose further. Tears filled the goon’s eyes as the pain swelled in his face. Blood drained from his broken nose and he was humiliated.

Reaching his hand back, Tommy swung his open palm across the man’s face. The slapping sound made the crowd cringe. A hand impression glowed red across the brute’s face. Tommy turned, leaving the man sprawled out on the ground in a bloody, gasping heap.

Tommy tossed him a napkin from a table and said, “Wipe your face, it’s a bitch to get blood out of a cotton shirt.”

Tommy walked toward the crowd that split apart in a caricature of Moses at the Red Sea.

Three of the goon’s friends stepped beside their fallen friend behind Tommy. They were apparently torn as to wanting to defend their friend and getting their asses kicked by this slender man.

The goon held his arm up, motioning them to stand back. He pulled his body upright and groaned quietly in pain.

Behind Tommy, the shattering sound of a beer bottle echoed through the room.

Bubba was going to fight dirty. “GO FUCK YOURSELF! Fucking fag, I’m gonna cut you a new asshole.”

Tommy turned back around to face the large, bleeding hulk.

The watching crowd had grown, and the room felt alive with cheers and screams for the fight.

The big man spit blood on Tommy’s Italian boots and waved the broken glass around.

“Ahhhhh, my boots! Do you realize these are Italian? Like from Italy, you fucking brainless, testicle sucker!”

Rene felt his rage building stronger but could only watch as he stepped up to the man. A futile swish of glass cut Tommy’s jacket. Before anymore damage was done, Tommy grabbed the man’s neck and tore his throat open. Blood began to squirt out from between the man’s fingers as he tried to hold his wound closed.

Tommy then reached over and grabbed the big, bleeding moron’s hair, tearing it loose from his scalp, making him turn around. The drunken guy was totally vulnerable with blood streaming down his neck, covering the front of his shirt.

Tommy raised his hand up behind Bubba’s ear, tightening it like a tiger claw. With lightning speed, he struck the man’s lower back causing him to lose control of his bladder and urinate in his pants.

Seeing an imported beer on the small table next to him, Tommy grabbed it and breathed in the scent of the barley and hops. With a tug and a tear, he yanked the man’s 34

pants down leaving him exposed and leaking. The man fell to the floor in a fetal curl with his ass upwards. Tommy took a swig of the fine imported beer then shoved the beer bottle into the guy’s hairy ass.

The crowd of onlookers became silent. The pool of blood from Bubba spread across the floor and his followers stepped away from their fallen warrior.

Tommy took off his jacket and flung it over his shoulder saying, “No…
YOU
go fuck yourself.”

Chapter Five

Rene shook her head as the three of them walked toward an ATM booth illuminated in a neon glow.

“Remind me to never piss you off,” Rene joked. “How did you do that? Where did you learn to fight like that?”

“Can you fix this?” Tommy held up his sleeve showing the rip on the shoulder and the cut along the biceps. “I really love this coat.” A tear seemed to fill his eye. Within three minutes Tommy changed from a menacing, violent monster into a caring, sympathetic…well, he was back to his old self.

“Of course. I owe you one. Thank you for everything.” She leaned over and kissed Tommy’s cheek.

“We need to get going. We’ll miss the window for the transporter.” Jared tugged at Rene and Tommy, guiding them down the sidewalk.

“Oh, shit! I need my bag. I need my supplies.” Rene pointed to the truck as they walked past it.

“Okay, hurry up.”

She grabbed her bag from the truck and they rushed to the ATM booth.

Tommy stepped into the booth first, followed by Rene and Jared. Rene felt like a hot dog with two sets of buns around her.

“Don’t tell me we need money to go to your anus?” Rene snickered as she spoke.

Tommy punched a set of keys and nothing was happening except a droning beep echoing through the cramped booth.

“I can’t believe it. Dammit, Tommy, you forgot the ATM code again, didn’t you?” Jared was angry and squished in against Rene’s ass.

She didn’t mind.

Tommy pressed in the code numbers for the third time and a faint screeching sound became louder and louder. Tommy turned and stuck his tongue out at Jared.

Rene second guessed herself and for an instant thought,
Fuck this, I’m outta here
, but before she could speak, a blinding light filled the booth. She looked down at her hands, and they became transparent before her eyes and she suddenly felt euphoric. With a last blast of light, they were gone. Instantly she was in darkness and heard a clomping sound.

“Ouch, dammit, Tommy, you left the light off and I hit my toe on the table.” Jared fumbled around for the light.

The room became bright with a neon-like glow. It wasn’t much bigger than a walkin closet. All that was there were a few hooks on the wall and a bench on either side.

“How did you guys do that? How did we get here? Where the fuck are we? You must have drugged me.” Rene dug into her bag for her pepper spray.
