Evan pulled back slightly, his lips hovering just over hers. He reached out and caressed her cheek. His breath came out ragged, as the chemistry between them sizzled.

“I love you,” he whispered.

A smile swept across her face.

He leaned in to kiss her again, and the only thing Zoey could do was melt into his embrace.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for reading my story and letting me share my work with you. There are many people out there who consider writing their “job” but I can assure you, that’s far from the case with me. Writing is my passion and my escape from the real world and it’s great to be able to share that with you.

Since I
was a little girl, I have been making up stories in my mind. I can remember doing it as young as eight years old, but never in all of that time did I think that anyone would ever care to read those stories.
