He eased up on my arm enough that I could turn my head and look back over my shoulder at him. My cheek was pressed against the damp grass, the scent of earth overpowering in my nostrils.

The sight of Kage straddling me like that, dominating me so completely, made my belly drop like I was on a roller coaster ride. He snapped the band of his shorts down and released his cock, hard and huge and intimidating as hell. He pressed it down into the channel between my ass cheeks, and my muscles spasmed in anticipation.

“Is this what you want?” he asked.

I nodded, my cheek scrubbing against grass and clotted earth. Warm tears collected in the corners of my eyes, and I squeezed them away, feeling the embarrassing tracks they left on my skin.

Kage yanked my shorts down halfway down my thighs with no thought for comfort. I watched him as he spread my cheeks and dripped saliva onto me. The feel of it hitting the sensitive flesh of my hole and sliding all the way down to my balls was excruciating.

He wet his hand and his cock, then he reached under my body, lifted my hips until I was halfway up on my knees, and pushed his thick cock straight in, burying it to the hilt. There was no preparation this time, and there were no apologies. Kage pounded into me with an intensity that put his previous efforts to shame. He kept my body just clear enough of the ground that I could reach beneath me and squeeze and stroke my own painfully hard cock.

Neither one of us lasted long. When Kage let loose, he wrapped and arm around my waist and just quivered there behind me. I felt the strong pulsations one after another and he emptied himself deep inside me while my own cum spilled out onto the grass below.

Just as my body was coming down from the intense adrenaline rush, Kage pulled out of me and stood up. He ran a hand through his loose hair and let out a long, heavy sigh, then pulled his pants up. Dimly, I heard the sound of a car horn in the distance, but my brain was too rattled to register what it meant.

Then, as I lay there recovering, my pants still shoved down around my knees, Kage turned and started walking toward the side of the house. Toward the front yard, where headlights illuminated the road out front, and a car horn blared again.

As I watched him walk away, I realized he was actually leaving. That his cab was here, and he was going to leave. Just like that, without a word to me, and without looking back.

He rounded the front corner of the house and whistled at the cab, lifting his hand to get the driver’s attention. That’s when it became real and the tears started to well up in my eyes.

Kage— the man I’d only hours ago claimed as my soulmate, the man I’d changed everything for, the man I felt like I would die without seeing for eleven days— was walking out of my life. And all I could do was lie there in my parents’ backyard, with my pants around my knees and my heart in my throat, and cry myself dry.
