2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano leaves (dried)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
½ cup olive oil
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetables, cheese, and olives.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a smaller bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
For best results, the salad should be served within a few minutes of completing preparation.
