He ran his palms down her arms again, feeling her silken flesh succulent in his hands. Despite his every chance, the endearment had her tense muscles turning to mush again. His tenderness did not preclude his power over her emotions. They both knew their connection was undeniable.

His love for her cut through any gripes she might have thrown at him.

He took her hand in his and pressed a soft slow kiss to it. And then he planted another kiss to her wrist, slowly working his way up her arm to taste another lick of her sweet floral bouquet.

Roman had been so enthralled in the moment. Her tender caress against his neck quieted the leather slipping from his shoulders. "Ummmm," she moaned, as she squeezed the taut muscle of his biceps. Neither of them noticed the leather once it had hit the floor. Even as she moaned she'd felt the strength in his muscles flex as he tore into her.

His lips slid across hers so quick, she couldn't pull back. Not that she wanted to. She wouldn't have even dared to.

Roman didn't stand a chance of taming his voracious eyes, his hands roving over her exposed flesh, inciting their own sensual journey. The breeze was cool and gentle on her aroused skin, but all she felt was a volcano erupting. This time, he was kissing her--and he meant every bit of it--his heart was totally in it. He wouldn't dare pull back this time. Roman was purely a sensual magnet to her sexual desires.

She slid to the hull of the marble beneath him in a torrent of sweat, as their bodies magnetized the heat that was swelling their insides. She felt his abs rise and fall as he pressed into her breastbone and levered closer. Her legs glided over the course of his body towering hers.

"You're absolutely gorgeous," his words sparked the steam that was already smoldering the leather they layered on top of-- succumbing to an all out meltdown.

His eyes roved over her body, then his lips pressed tight into strawberry flesh.

From that moment on, her body held a mind of its own.

Chapter Nineteen

Barely a moment later, his body had completely levered over hers, their passion wafting closer and closer to the rim of the spa by the second. The cool marble moderated their sweat, and the gentle breeze melted ice to their spirited tongue wrestle.

Roman lifted his mouth from hers, as they both floated fresh sea air back into their lungs.

"All I'm capable of is loving you with my whole heart," he whispered when he lifted her head slightly just before he kissed into the curve of her neck, "My whole heart... and
nothing less
." He hadn't flooded such emotion from his heart. His desire had been pent up for so long. But, she could see that he'd meant every word. So touched by the look in his eyes that had suddenly left her speechless.

His warm breath reclaimed its position, finessing her neck in erotic fantasy, as his spiced cologne swathed every bone in her body.

Her thoughts were swirling. Oh, how she'd waited for this moment. That afternoon in the garden just brought it all back. All the love that made her know she'd already fallen in love with him. But, what he'd just said, told her he'd felt much more. In her soul his words meant more than, 'I love you.'

Looking up at his tantalizing masculinity sent her emotions soaring. His strong muscles puckered against her palms. The light hairs peeping over the hem of his v-neck sweater had incited a journey that she was already well into-- the path towards his heart. Pure femininity had aroused itself before his plans had even come into action.

She'd lost all sense of place, feeling every jutted sensation ripple through his denim, tearing through to her flesh. His mind was on a journey; while his fingers probed the depths of her skin beyond every rip and tattered thread stimulating his mission.

Wanting to see more of her... taste more of her. If only they hadn't been on this mega yacht, no matter how private their little alcove was, he hadn't nearly gotten a taste of what her love was capable of. But, he didn't want to have to think about that now. But--
he did
. Any man naturally would have. Even if this was the closest thing to
love
that he could finally
feel
.

Roman dipped into the hollow of her breastbone. And then she felt him kiss her again. A kiss that started tingling a smooth vibration relaxing every insatiable cell in her body.

"God this feels so--" She could hardly edge the words. But, the look on her face said it all-- It was
blissful paradise
. He was running kisses across the outline of her lips. "Don't stop," she pleaded. "That feels so good," she murmured, looking up at the way he was continuing to run sweet, soft kisses across her cheek, trailing down to the dips in her collarbone.

Suddenly, she could feel every bone in her body ascending another layer of paradise. Oh, so intense. She felt a quake rise up through her chest, as her muscles turned pliant against him. "I want to feel you closer," she said softly. Danielle tightened her arms around his downy torso. She was barely aware that his hands were tightening a strong embrace around her lush curves by the second.

Danielle was just taking it all in. The way his angora wool mingled the shade of midnight, threading wispy tickles against the soft curve of her nose... And just how radiant his bronze lit her eyes in every sifting of moonlight. She couldn't stop the swirling thoughts. The feelings she'd felt every time his muscle probed a forbidden place that hadn't felt love like this-- well, ever.

The way he was built, so strong and virulent, he was her knight in shining armor--
her gorgeously handsome prince--
a testament to fairytales coming true.

Danielle threaded her fingers through his hair with the thought,
oh my god... his touch... his kisses could be forbidden
. She'd almost burst from the thought, as her palms raced all the way up his arms and met his back in a sweeping frenzy. Her eyes just rolled somewhere near the point of thrilling satisfaction and sensational passion.

She wanted him, and he wanted her. The volcano had now erupted, sending another quake up her thighs. Nothing had ever felt this good.

But here she was thirty, in the prime of her life having gone without it for so long. It was one more reason she was frustrated about the way she'd let her life get out of hand. And this was one more reason she had refused to make the same mistakes again.

And now, she was about to make up for lost time.

Time that was nearing closer to the looming peril by the minute... But right now, the night was young, and they had no intention of letting up-- just yet.

Roman's hands swept the curves of her bosom, lifting his head for another breath of oxygen.

"You have no idea how much I want you," Roman whispered between kisses, as she shivered, wanting him to tell her again-- feeling the words echo inside of her need.

She gave him a soft kiss followed by, "I want you too."

His seductive praise prompted her tantalizing smile, along with the brush of her hand across the flecks of stubble covering his jaw. She wasn't the kind of woman who'd give in to a man, but maybe this man was about to change all that.

His eyes closed, and when he lifted his head from her curves, he was momentarily lost in her beautiful quintessence. Taking her breath away all over again, she answered with her legs wrapped around his muscular thighs. Moving mere inches grounded his calves that were strong against hers. Her slender finesse was gentle up and down his thighs, slowly stroking a fusion of quivering impulses back up and down again.

If circumstances had been different, they would've been shellacked like lacquer to canvas.

Their eyes locked into a hypnotic trance, the moment his hands moved behind her back again. She suddenly arched, and then her head fell into his palm like a pillow on the marble.

"You're so gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous," he said. "How on earth could I have
ever
resisted your sweetness this long?"

"Yeah, how on earth could you?" was her response, but she was smiling the brightest smile at him, knowing he'd realized where his heart finally belonged.

"Only a fool would have," he said softly. "But, I'm not that man anymore. I won't ever hold anything back from now on." She could feel his warm breath sink between her lashes as he took her into his arms with a hold, kindled in passion.

The next second, he was kissing her everywhere with a voracious hunger, rolling against the rim, back to the hollow core patterned in a circular mosaic. Spangled glimpses sifted the sleek interior, highlighting their tousled hair, while coarse denim grinded a heavy rhythm that climbed the rocking of the waves.

They were escalating a heavier, titillating sizzle by the second. Their hands stripping each other's desire to an all out satiated pleasure. As his hands ran up through the rips in her fashionably chic jeans, poking through to her sensitive flesh, one kiss kept turning into another. One kiss kept following up with her fingertips pianoing his biceps in a kinky rhythm.

She had never felt so loved. Her desire was so big, so overpowering, that she momentarily lost all concept of time. Pushing her hair out of her face, she was on top of him. Her hair was draped across his chest in long, soft flowing curls that swept against his mouth in off and on caresses when he looked at her to kiss her again.

Sliding slightly lower down on his body, she was looking at him with such a naughty smile. If they had mashed the comforts of a cushy bed instead... things would've turned out quite differently when she said, "Show me how much you want me." She moaned and nearly caught his soft gasp the moment she'd said, "I want you Roman."

Stars crazed the sky, but it in no way compared to the lightning they blazed over each other in the night. The thunder that quaked between them bit a hunger. It kept a man wanting ... craving. It kept a woman yearning the desire for more.

Roman lifted her to his chest, moving against the marble seat, he turned his body as she eased hers underneath his. Levering over her, his hands rounded the curves of her fitted jeans, seesawing their motion.

"Did you hear something?" she asked, her eyes suddenly widening.

But then she'd felt his warmth rove over her, journeying the curves of her hips again, silencing whatever questions were stirring. The moment she shivered, her mind started despite the feeling. "Did you hear that Rom--" Her words stopped the instant she'd felt his kiss press into the soft tissue of her breasts swelling over the hem of her taut bustier. Strapless, stretchy and pliant, just like her muscles felt every time his mouth dipped into its glittery texture.

"Sweet...Lovely." His words fell away as he massaged his gentleness in between kisses, over her buttons that he was slowly unfastening.

Her waist was slender as he slowly enfolded his warmth inside her, reaching his fingers through the grainy texture that prickled his tongue in silken gold. His hands pressed a heavy heat into her flesh as he murmured, "Sweet," against her skin that felt as smooth as porcelain. His palms sculpted genius -- her body as the clay to his work of art. Absolutely. Sexy genius.

He could feel her heart pulsing heavily against his palm, as he kissed his way down the buttons he'd already parted halfway open. Her soft moan tightened the urge to quiver, until she felt his lips probe deeper.

His groans were muffled against her taut bodice, as she quivered against the slippery marble, "Yes!"

Danielle's arm flung toward the mosaic edge glistening akin to her pearly polish, as she grasped a nearby rail. "Right there. Yes!" she said. "Keep going. Don't stop." Feeling his breath heat her skin as he kissed his way up the insides, just yielded her pent up desire from ages ago.

It didn't matter that he was caressing and ruffling all over her. She realized in those moments, how incredibly wrong she'd been not to trust him. And yet, she couldn't deny the warmth that spread so much passionate sensuality through her body.

Despite how long they'd been riding each other in their own little quaint cubbyhole of pleasure, it had been long after midnight since love had found its way back to their hearts again. But now, Thursday's horizon had begun to creep in-- yet as of now, still neither of them was intent on reining in such,
Sweet Love--
just yet.

"Kiss me," she moaned as he oozed a juicy taste again. His lips sprung toward her, barely a second later. She could've immersed herself in his kisses that seemed infinite.

"You haven't seen anything yet," he told her in a low voice that rumbled a sensual caress all through her, just before he'd kissed her with an even more intense passion.

That kiss was hotter and deeper than all the ones before. She couldn't bear to come up for air and she didn't care to. At that moment, his mouth-to-mouth was loosening her grip on reality and on the edge of the marble-- even more.

They both immersed deeper, her stilettos gaining ground from where their lips once stood. Pencil tips of glittery metallic fought peaks in the tides below.

As her hand threaded the slats of railing, she felt him come back again with his juicy deliciousness. And at that moment, the rail had become her anchor with every groan echoing another sweet and sultry echo.

She felt brazen. Wild.

She felt like a woman full of life.

How could she have ever doubted him? How could she have spirited her qualms. Except for the look in his eyes that drove lasciviousness. It did nothing but surge her focus for the sensual, the provocative, shameless lust that thrilled her womanly desires.

She wanted him. There was absolutely no doubt. That is, her body told her that more than her mind that swirled countless questions. But, still her brain clicked into overdrive whenever he touched her that made her heart want him more than he'd ever know.

It didn't matter that it was only days ago since they'd met.

Roman paused, before his lips ascended on hers, just enough for her to taste, "Umm, chocolate," she said softly. Danielle hummed a delight of her senses… a likeness to her earlier indulgence that had nearly flooded her pockets with the scent of rich vanilla, cassis and mimosa. She hadn't once thought about the warm decadence melting between their thighs, wafting a potent zest of flavor that he trailed all the way from his mouth to hers.

She couldn't keep her body from quivering every time he dove into her hollow, streaming his spiced kisses that were oh, so smooth and gentle. Roman made her feel like a woman again. He brought her back to the life she was missing.

Her moans spun big tawdry leg kicks that jut clear over the lip of the mosaics. She didn't feel the slightest chill anywhere, as long as his warmth enfolded her. But, as steamy waves caressed the midnight breeze between them, his spirited primal magnetism wasn't anywhere nearing its close.

Fortunately, what came next only hedged the excitement. Damn. Could it get any more delicious than this?

She couldn't stand the thought of precluding what they had started. But suddenly, as she peeped over his shoulder, midnight had long begun to fuse sapphire to its skies. She knew time was running short and they had to unravel the rest of the suspicion and corner up the proof they needed before Trumball, Barton, and his goons fled the scene.
