He actually had to peel her off, she grabbed onto Mikala for a bear hug with the same smothering kisses. “Ouch, take it easy,” Mikala warned, pulling back.

“Oh shit, did I hurt you?”

“Long story, I’ll tell you later,” Mikala said, not wanting the first conversation they had to be about the psycho tormenting her every thought.

“Oh my god, I’ve missed you two!” Mel hollered. “Masy, get those bags inside and park that beast in the garage so mom doesn’t see it and hurry, she won’t be long.”

“Yes madam!” He saluted, rushing to the truck as the girls went inside. “No, no. I’ll get the bags, please you go in and forget I exist,” he snipped, to no one in particular.

As he opened the door and heard the familiar squeak of the ungreased hinge that never did get oiled, he looked around and laughed at the sight of his childhood home. Nothing changed, everything spotless and well preserved, like a museum. His mother liked a clean house, with a place for everything and everything in its place, he could hear her saying.

He opened the hall closet, laughing again when he saw the growth chart carefully notched out of the wooden frame, a mark for each birthday engraved without fail. Mason smirked and took a pocket knife from his pocket and held it to the top of his head, he leaned against the frame and poked it into the wood. He stood back, carefully scraping until it left a notable notch, he scratched in the date.

“What are you doing, Masy?” Mel asked, making him jump.

“Just looking,” he said, closing the door with a smirk plastered across his face.

Mel narrowed her eyes suspiciously. “You two are in your room. Mik went to freshen up.”

Mason looked at her not sure of what to say. He had promised to keep their relationship private and had no idea how Mikala would feel about the sleeping arrangement.

“Relax, Masy, Mom had your old bed replaced with two singles about a year ago. Sleep on the sofa for all I care, either way there’s no fear of knookie for you,” she laughed. “I’m going to put coffee on.”

Mason’s jaw dropped when he walked into his old bedroom. All that remained of his childhood was the blue paint on the walls. There were two twin beds separated by a small table with a lamp and a tall dresser with a TV on top and heavy dark blue linen drapes to match the bedspreads. The décor was fresh and clean and extremely simple. He couldn’t help but wonder where his things had gone; he’d have to remember to ask.

Fresh coffee wafted through the air as he came down the stairs, sauntering along the hall towards the kitchen.

“I’m so sorry we lost touch, totally my fault.” He heard Mikala say.

“Don’t even think about it Mik, you’re here now. I just wish you and my stupid brother could work out your differences.”

“Maybe, given time,” Mik said. Mason could hear the crushing uneasiness in her voice. She needed saving before Mel squeezed the truth from her. Mel had a way of getting confessions out of people like a cop during an interrogation.

“Coffee,” Mason said, as he walked straight to the carafe, pouring a cup. “You always make the best coffee, Mel. So when’s Mom going to be home?”

“She’s home,” his mom called, from the back porch doorway.

Mason nearly dropped his cup as he recklessly put it down and ran across the room to scoop up his Mom and spin her around several times, she giggled and he slid her to the floor.

“Baby, why didn’t you tell me you were coming?” she said, wiping away a tear with the sleeve of her sweater.

“Then it wouldn’t have been a surprise, Ma.” He looked at her with such love, leaning over for another hug, “I missed you, Ma,”

Marcy was a tiny little thing, easily disappearing when her giant of a son hugged her. When he finally let her loose and turned her to face into the kitchen she gasped, holding her hand to heart at the sight of Mikala.

“Oh sweetheart, look at you,” she cried, holding her arms out to Mikala encouraging her to come in for a much needed motherly hug. “My darling, Mikala, how I’ve missed you,”

“I missed you too Marcy, I’m sorry I,”

Mikala was stopped from finishing when Marcy pointed her finger in warning. “Don’t even. You never need to say sorry to me, I love you no matter what happens, or where you are or how many oceans part us. You’re always in my heart and that’s exactly where you’ll stay,” she said, with certainty. “So, how long do I get to keep you two?”

She released Mikala and they sat at the table as Mason poured them all a coffee, placing cream and sugar on the table.

“Until Sunday,” Mason said.

Mel and Mason made dinner, while Mikala and his mom made plans for Saturday to do an antique hunt at some local auction houses. Marcy worked for the historical society; she was in charge of decorating a few of the houses for next month’s fundraising dinner and tour. She needed period pieces at a reasonable price and Mikala loved to trail along on shopping trips. Marcy excused herself to make a few phone calls while Mikala went to freshen up.

Mikala had been gone for some time and as a result Mason was worried and decided to go in search of her. She was standing at the fireplace in the living room when Mason slipped his arms around her waist, mushing his face into the crook of her neck and inhaling her scent.

“Look,” Mikala instructed, as Mason followed her gaze to the fireplace mantle.

A silver picture frame holding Charlie’s photo with First Grandson engraved down the left side, sat proudly on display in a place of honor with Mel and Mason’s baby pictures on either side. It choked them up to see it. Mason was unaware that Mikala had sent his mother a photo. He was happy that his mom was proud to display it and sad that she never had a chance to hold her grandchild and cradle him in her arms.

“You okay?” he asked, guiding Mikala against his chest.

“It still hurts like hell Mason. Why did it have to be our baby?”

“I don’t know, sugar.” He kissed the top of her head holding her for several minutes until footsteps coming down the hall had them splitting apart, and darting to opposite sides of the room.

“Hope I’m not interrupting anything,” Marcy said, looking from Mason to Mikala and back again. Not exactly a suspicious look, but she was wondering what they had been up to, like a mom checking on horny teens that couldn’t be left alone for five minutes.

“Just talking, Ma,” Mason said.

“Dinners ready,” she said. They followed close behind, holding hands for a brief moment.

They sat around after dinner drinking brandy and fancy liqueurs that Marcy usually only brought out at Christmas time. They joked about starting a club called the four M’s and how only people whose names started with M could join. That was when Mel confessed that she was seeing a man whose name did not start with M and the club just wouldn’t work. She was well on her way to being wasted, as her mother started a line of questioning about this mystery man that even had Mel’s head spinning. Mason the only sober one at the table, started capping bottles and transferring them back to the liquor cabinet before things got too carried away. As is turned out, he ended up pouring his mother and Mel into their beds.

He then scooped Mikala into his arms and started up the stairs to their bedroom for the night. She was playfully drunk, not intoxicated to point of passing out or being unaware of what she was doing, but playful in a sexy way he forgot about, a way that he gladly welcomed grinning into her face.

Her tongue licked his neck as she busied herself with the buttons on his shirt, when she ran out, she turned her attention to her own until her blouse hung open and Mason stood at the door to his room with a hard-on as hard as granite.

“Get the door, sugar?”

“Uh huh,” she panted, swinging it open.

Mason kicked the door closed and Mikala giggled a
shhh
as he lowered her onto the closest bed.

“Not on the bed, someone might hear,” Mikala said, sliding clumsily onto the floor with a clatter as she giggled more.

“Wait,” he said, snatching a blanket from the chair in the corner. “We may as well be somewhat comfortable.”

He spread it out and watched as Mikala crawled to the center of the blanket, shrugging off her blouse and throwing it across the room. She lay on her back with her tongue held at the corner of her mouth and slipped off her jeans and socks chucking them in the opposite direction.

Her hands disappeared behind her back unclasping her bra, her hands reached under the cups of her bra and she licked her lips as she playfully kneaded her breasts before throwing her bra to Mason. Mason continued watching the show knowing where it was leading next, unzipping his jeans before they burst apart from the sheer force of his hard-on.

Mikala inserted her index finger into her mouth, sliding it in and out seductively several times, she smiled teasingly, trailing it down between her breasts, down to her navel and into her lace panties. Her eyes focused on his as her mouth formed an O and she let out a moan as her fingers caressed her folds beneath the fabric.

Not able to take anymore, he stripped off his clothes, crawling over her. Face to face he could feel her hot breath on his face and whispered close to her lips, “Lose them, baby.”

She smiled wickedly wiggling under him, slipping out of her panties holding them to his face.

“Gonna be nice and quiet, right baby?” he asked, taking the panties sniffing them with a smile.

“Mmm…” she moaned.

“I’m gonna make your head spin, but you have to promise not to be loud.”

“Uh huh,” she purred, with one finger over her lips slipping the other finger from her wetness into his mouth. He could taste her sweetness as he sucked her finger until she pulled it away with a loud pop, giggling.

He was headed south and laughed when his lips got to her navel and he looked up to see her with her hand clamped tightly over her mouth and her eyes closed tight.

He nosed her runway strip of pubic hair and breathed in the sexy scent of her arousal. His tongue glided between her hot sopping wet lips and Mikala let out a moan he was sure would wake the dead. His hand reached up covering her mouth as his tongue worked its magic, flicking her clit the way she liked. Mikala combed her fingers threw his hair imprisoning a fist full with a don’t-dare-stop hold gyrating her hips to match each lash of his tongue. The muffled sound as she grew closer to orgasm had his head whirling with the need to be inside her, but Mikala held him captive as she flew over the edge, climaxing a stream of warm liquid over his chin.

Mikala tugged his hair forcing him to crawl over her body smiling into his face, his lower lip and chin looked like a glazed donut and Mikala licked her tongue along his jaw with a wicked smile. As her tongue licked across his lower lip, she stilled. He dropped to his elbows holding his weight from her chest.

A feeling of panic struck Mason and he stared into her eyes looking for a warning or a clue of what was happening. She blinked dreamily and then placed her hands on either side of his face slowly touching her lips to his. Mason pulled back and met her eyes, she had a sweet smile on her face, her green eyes sparkling the way they did the first time he kissed her and he swore his heart skipped a beat.

“Make love to me,” she softly whispered against his lips, pulling him into the most heart stopping kiss of all time.

Mason spent what felt like an eternity with his lips locked to hers. He missed the intimacy of her kiss, the way it completed them as a couple and made her his. The sheer madness of communicating emotions by way of such a primitive act was mind-blowing. His tongue parted her lips, he sighed when her tongue collided tenderly with his. This was the moment he had been waiting for. As great as the sex was with Mikala, it was just the act of sex and left him unsatisfied when he couldn’t share a kiss with her.

Lost in the unadulterated pleasure of the moment, Mason sucked in a huge lungful of air when Mikala’s warm hand reached between them wrapping around his solid pre-cum dripping cock and directed him to her hot wetness. He lowered his hips feeding his thick cock into her, until she was perfectly filled. He had to happily close his mouth over hers to swallow her cries of bliss.

Mikala set the pace as she clamped her hands to the cheeks of his ass guiding him in after each pull out. Gasping for air past locked lips, every moan she made Mason matched with a grunt or groan. As Mason picked up the pace ramming unremittingly into her, the slap of his balls against her bare ass sounded through the room, her grasp tightening until her nails dug painfully into his flesh.

He couldn’t hold back, unable to give warning, as a magnificent tingle scattered along his spine. His balls constricted almost painfully and he jerked without delay from her opening, exploding his seed down the inside of her thigh.

As Mason’s lips peeled away, his eyes opened and Mikala smiled smoothing her hands up his back into his hair. “I’m sorry, baby.”

“The only thing you have to be sorry for is making a mess,” she giggled. “I hope that wasn’t your mom’s favorite blanket.”

Mason rolled onto his back and laughed, “May not be her favorite, but now it’s mine,” he winked, “wait here.”

With a dampened face cloth and towel in hand, Mason wiped Mikala clean and then helped her into bed. She reached her arms up pleading him to come to her, he was more than happy to oblige as he sat on the edge of the bed sliding his arms under her. She gave him a sweet gentle kiss, her eyes fluttering as she fought the idea of sleep.

“Goodnight, sugar.”

“Goodnight, sunshine,” she drowsily whispered, rolling away onto her side. “I love you.”

Shockwaves battered his already emotionally spent heart, fighting back a lump in his throat as he tried to determine if his mind was fucking with what was left of his brain. Did she mean what she said, or was it brought on by great sex and too much alcohol? He had to wonder forcing his mind to shut down for the night as he climbed into his bed. Looking over as she slept soundly, he rolled onto his side to face her direction and whispered, “I love you too.”

With a face covered in shaving cream and a razor held a few inches from its destination, Mason stood staring into space in front of the mirror, unaware that Mikala was watching him from the doorway. Lost in thoughts of last night’s sexual encounter, the kiss she bestowed upon his long waiting lips and the

Mikala shared without realizing, he questioned if it could be good again, the way he remembered and then in the matter of a few moments, he was biting back the fear of it all going wrong and the fact that it would probably be his doing.
