My White Billionaire

By

Claire Fenton

I stepped off the bus, awestruck by the massive Manhattan skyscrapers reaching up all around me. Warm summer wind was blowing through the streets, carrying damp air from the harbor. Lines of cabs darted to and fro, all honking and racing to ignore the people trying to flag them down.

“Fuckin’ move it, lady!” a man said, barging past me.

“Oh, I’m sorry,” I said.

He looked back at me, shaking his head a little bit.

In front of me rose the glass and steel magnificence of the Regal Tower, Manhattan’s most luxurious hotel. Heads of state, rockstars, billionaires: when they came to the Big Apple, they lay their heads here.

And today was my first day as an employee. My college friends all told me about their summer plans to visit Europe or go skiing. I was embarrassed to admit that I had to work this summer in order to afford the next semester. I’d told them I was going to Australia. To lay on the beach. My dark skin would hide any absence of a tan anyway.

I noticed a large group of photographers out front, cameras pointed at the entrance. They were waiting for someone. The entrance to the building was all glass, so you could see through and into the lobby. Maybe some senator was having a lurid affair. Politicians were always doing something scandalous.

“Can I…” the stunning woman at the front desk said, “help you?” Her forced smile told me she was sure I didn’t belong here.

“I hope so. My name is Tina Washington. I’m here for the summer position. I spoke to-“ I said.

The woman abruptly put up a finger and looked past me. “Good morning, Mr. Brundy. Did you enjoy the opera last night?”

“Yeah Denise, the opera was great. Thanks for making that happen. Was it really sold out?” the man behind me said. He was putting on his coat, getting ready to head out.

“Don’t worry about that. It’s our pleasure to serve here at the Regal Tower. Have a great day!” Denise said, flashing a perfect smile.

Perfect teeth. Perfect ponytail. Perfect eyebrows. I was beginning to see a pattern.

“You’re still here,” Denise said, like she was observing something sad and puzzling.

I tried to brush off her coldness. “I’d spoken to Joseph on the phone. He told me I could start today.” She probably just had to put on a gruff exterior to keep out riff faff.

“Joseph was fired yesterday,” Denise said, smiling and waving at another guest who walked through the lobby. “Stupid fucker couldn’t stay sober on the job. How hard is it to indulge in your vices after work?”

My stomach dropped. I was dumbstruck. “Umm, he was fired?”

“Tell me, in the flyover shit-hole you call home, do you need everything repeated to you?” she said while shuffling paperwork. She didn’t even bother to look at me.

“Did I do something to offend you?” I asked.

“Darling, you’re not capable of affecting me in any way. I’m managing a staff of almost two hundred employees. I’ve got ninety-three guests depending on me to have a wonderful stay,” she said, straightening out her shirt. “What were you doing at 2 AM?”

“2AM? I guess I was sleeping.” I could feel the panic rising in me. I’d bought a bus ticket here. My plan was to earn enough at this job to buy my ticket home with a nice amount to spare. All my plans were coming apart.

“At 2AM I was making sure our Emirate guests could have a teleconference with their partners back in Dubai,” she said. “Look, you weren’t the only girl Joseph hired.” She added finger quotes to the last word.

“Here’s your latte, Ms. Caruthers,” a young woman said, rushing up to Denise with a coffee in her hand.

“As you can see, Tina, the position has already been filled.”

The young woman beamed a vicious smile at me. Blue eyes and blonde hair, cut short and sculpted around her thin face.

Denise took a sip from her latte and immediately spat it back into the cup. “Maggie, are you an assassin?”

The young woman’s smile faded instantly. Her eyes went from blazing and proud to terrified. “What?”

“Are you an assassin, Maggie? Did someone hire you to murder me?” Denise said, turning to face Maggie. “It’s a simple question. Do you need me to ask this corn pone moron here to explain it to you?”

Maggie’s confused eyes darted to me, and if looks could kill, I’d be six feet under. I met her eyes, making it clear I wasn’t afraid of her.

“No. I’m not an assassin.” Maggie said, muttering.

“Then why,” Denise said, enunciating every syllable with excruciating clarity, “did you bring me a dairy latte? I told you soy milk. I’m sensitive to dairy, you stupid cow.”

I’d never heard anyone speak like this to anyone. Was the whole city like this? Was this what constant 24/7 activity did to people?

“I’m sorry Ms. Caruthers, I won’t-“ Maggie said.

Denise raised a finger to silence her. “Now, Tina, it seems I spoke too soon. If there’s one flaw I have, it’s always giving people the benefit of the doubt. Will you let me down like Maggie did?”

“Absolutely not,” I said. I didn’t feel good about saying it, but I needed this job. I needed it bad enough to fight for it. I saw Maggie tearing up, rage building up inside her.

“I like your confidence,” Denise said, “but talk is cheap. This will be an internship for the next two weeks. The better employee will get hired and given the backpay for the internship.”

“And the loser?” Maggie said.

“The loser will get the fuck out of my hotel and not return unless she’s sucking the cock of some casino magnate,” Denise said. “My hotel is the top end experience for top end clientele. I need top end employees. Personally I think this will be a waste of my time, but competition brings out the best in people.”

“I’m ready to start,” I said, pulling my suitcase closer. I didn’t have anything against Maggie, but I’d be damned if I was going to go down without a fight.

“Excellent,” Denise said, “Maggie, why are you standing around? Do I have my soy latte?”

Maggie grabbed the delicate china cup and saucer and ran as fast as her stiletto heels could carry her. She disappeared around a corner, yelling at some unseen staff member to make way.

“Leave your things,” Denise said, waving dismissively at my luggage. “I’ll have Cal bring them to the staff room. I have a special job for you, though,” she said, pulling out a leather manifold case. Inside was a single piece of paper. “We have a very important VIP arriving. Have you ever heard of Stannis Media?”

“Sure,” I said. It was a lie.

Denise eyed me suspiciously but said nothing. “Mr. Stannis himself is staying at our hotel this evening. We need him to sign this document. It’s just a security deposit to cover any…unforeseen issues.”

I took the leather case, glancing at the document. My jaw fell open when I saw the amount of the deposit. “A million dollars?”

“Remember where you are. Wall Street is two blocks away. The world’s money is right here. Have some grace and tact. If you can’t manage that, I’m sure Maggie can.” She picked up the desk phone as it began to ring. “Yes, alright.”

I took off my coat and laid it on my suitcase. I looked down at my outfit. Tight short black skirt and a white button down blouse. Black stockings and red wedges finished the ensemble. I’d been worried this would be too provocative, but now I thought it was frumpy.

“Showtime, Tina. Don’t you fuck this up. Just get the signature, and don’t piss him off. He’s downstairs in the catacombs.” She picked up the phone and waved me off.

I walked off in the general direction she pointed me. Where was I going? The walls were dark burgundy color, with white carved accents. Gilded mirrors were positioned all over, giving the rich and famous plenty of opportunities to look at themselves. I turned a corner and found a staircase leading down. I descended into the maze of hallways beneath the Regal Tower.

After several panicked minutes of running around, I saw a door flanked by two very stern looking men wearing suits and sunglasses. I approached, putting on my friendliest face. “Hi, I’m looking for Mr. Stannis. My name is Tina, I’m with the hotel.” I extended my hand to one of the men.

They both looked down at my hand, then looked at each other. One of them opened the door a crack and spoke into the room. Then he motioned me towards it.

“Thank you,” I said, walking into the room. Finally, something was going my way. I’d show Denise and Maggie. This was going to be a great summer.

It was a bathroom, unmarked on the outside. A large porcelain and gold vanity was against one wall, the entirety of which was a mirror. I could also see a toilet, biddy and sauna.

Leaning up against the vanity was Mr. Stannis. He was wearing a button up suit shirt and nothing else. His back was thick with powerful muscles, his arms like corded steel ropes. His ass was stunning, with just a light downy coating of hair. His legs were like tree trunks, long and stalwart.

“I don’t recognize you,” he said. He looked at me through the mirror. Impeccably trimmed black hair and dark brown eyes, the kind you could get lost in. His voice was deep, powerful in some way.

“I’m new. It’s my first day,” I said, smiling broadly.

He turned to face me. His manhood swung through the air with the motion, hanging low between his legs. He was huge.

I tore my eyes off it, but too late.

“What can I do for you, New?” he said.

“No, sorry. My name is Tina. Uhh,” I said, trying to keep my cool. Was this normal?

“Is that for me?” he said, picking up a watch from the vanity and putting it on.

“Yes, Denise from the front desk asked me to bring it down,” I said, unfolding it and taking out the piece of paper.

“She asked you?” he said, looking at me.

“Yes, it’s the-“ I said.

“You’re sure she asked you?” he said.

I swallowed. “Yes?” I said.

“Because Denise isn’t the kind of person who asks. Did she ask you to do this or did she tell you to do this?” he said, walking over to me. His lack of concern over his nakedness was incredible. I’d known guys who were confident, but that was a facade compared to this. This man was an alpha in all things.

“She told me,” I said meekly.

He took my chin in his hand and looked down at me. He was an easy eight inches taller than me. I could smell his cologne, something like vanilla and sandalwood. “New, when you deal with me, you speak with accuracy and precision. I won’t be pleased with anything else. Do you want me to be displeased?”

“No, sir.” I swallowed. “I just want to make you happy.”

“Good girl. My life is very stressful, New. When I come to New York, I like to unwind. The Regal is like an oasis from the shark pool that is the rest of my life,” he said, walking closer.

I took a step backwards and my back hit the door. I gasped as I felt him brush up against the front of my skirt, his prick getting hard. I moaned, not able to control myself. I could feel my pussy getting wet, leaking my juices to form a damp spot on the front of my panties.

“Mr. Stannis, I don’t want to lose my job!” I said. I wanted to give the image of propriety, but my deceit was uncovered as he put his thumb against my lips.

“Open your mouth and suck,” he said. There was a strong power to his voice, an authority. He had a brazen masculine quality that would not be denied.

I don’t know what came over me. I opened my mouth to take it in, tasting his thick digit. I wrapped my lips around it, sucking it. I lightly bit down on it, imagining it was his cock between my lips.

“Good girl, New. Good girls do as they’re told. Good girls are rewarded,” he said, leaning down to speak into my ear, his husky voice hot and deep.

I felt his stubble scratch my cheek. I realized that I wanted him. I barely knew him, but I knew he was powerful and dangerous. Something about the way he carried himself. What kind of man can just pounce on a girl they just met, their cock rubbing against her skirt?

I needed him to take me, to fuck me here in this seven figure bathroom. My pussy ached, crying out for relief. The stress of the day, the uncertainty of my job, all of it needed to be washed aside by a primal joining with this man. My hand closed around him, feeling his girth.

“You presumptive little bitch,” he said, pulling his thumb out of my mouth. He backed off, turning around to go back to the mirror.

Shit! What did I do? “I’m sorry,” I said. “I’m sorry Mr. Stannis. I…I thought you…” I was stunned. I didn’t know what to say.

He pulled a pair of Italian trousers from a small suitcase next to the vanity and put them on. He tucked himself in and zipped up the fly.

“Put the piece of paper on the vanity next to me.”

Eyes tearing up, I did as I was told. I felt the heat of humiliation, the blaze of embarrassment. I’d be fired. I’d be called horrible things by a horrible woman in the lobby, in front of all those people. I watched him sign the piece of paper and go back to getting dressed. “I’m sorry if I presumed, Mr. Stannis.”
