But now she wanted more. She wanted to be good at this.

She placed the pillow under her knees and settled her legs and fanny in a comfortable position. This submissive posture ought to bother her, but for some reason it actually turned her on. It felt like her gift to him.

She took him in her hand and began to explore. She leaned forward and lightly licked the head, where a drop of fluid beaded. Matthew's hand cupped the back of her head, resting gently, neither pushing her forward nor pulling her back. Letting her set the pace.

"Dr. D's book is very enlightening," she told him, her lips brushing the shaft of his stiff cock.

"Mmmhmm."

"There were a lot of things I didn't know. For instance, did you know this part"—she rolled the tip of her tongue around the rim just below the head of his cock—"is called the corona?"

"Ah. No kidding." His voice was husky, his eyelids heavy.

"I think it means crown in some language. Maybe Spanish." She swirled her tongue around the ridge again.

"And this," she dragged the tip of her tongue along the groove on the underside. "Is the sulcus."

Her tongue painted the long ridge on the underside of that ran from his cockhead to his sac. "This is the corpus something...I forget..." She used the flat of her tongue to lick up the same path. He breathed deeply, his fingers moving on the back of her head. She glanced at his face. His features 81

were growing taut. He was definitely getting into this.

Surprisingly, so was she. She shifted on her pillow, feeling a tingling in her pussy as it heated and grew wet.

"This spot right here is called the frenulum." With the tip of her tongue she tickled an area on the underside of the head.

He hissed in a breath, and his head fell back so she did it again.

"Stop," he groaned. Surprised, Andie sat back on her heels. She could have sworn he was enjoying it.

Matthew gazed at her with lust-clouded eyes. "No, I don't mean stop." He made a sound between a laugh and a groan.

"Stop teasing me. You're killing me, baby. Take me. Take me in."

Andie leaned forward and engulfed him in her mouth. He groaned again, long and loud, his hand moving from her head to the edge of the sofa. He began to pump his hips in shallow strokes, while she moved her head up and down his shaft in time with his thrusts. She grasped the base of his cock in her fist, squeezing her curled fingers up and down in short motions while her head bobbed.

His groans made her even wetter, forcing her to squeeze her thighs together. She felt Matthew's thighs tense and his body went still as he climaxed, warm semen jetting into her mouth. He tasted musky, salty, and a little sweet.

His chest heaved, and he threaded his hands through Andie's hair as she let her head rest against his thigh. Andie kissed him there and spoke, though her words were muffled against his leg. "Was that good?"

He laughed hoarsely, pulling air into his lungs. "Angling for compliments?"

She smiled against his skin. "Anything wrong with that?"

"Not a thing." He flopped back against the cushions. "Not a thing." He sighed. "It was awesome."

They finally made it to the bedroom, and lay side by side on the bed, his front to her back, flipping through the pages of Dr. D's book. Matthew was propped up on his elbow to read over Andie's shoulder. They were browsing the pages on sexual positions.

Matthew pointed with his free hand. "That looks like a good one."

"Hmm." Andie's tone was noncommittal.

"Hey, how 'bout this?" He found another one he liked.

Andie snorted. "Excuse me? I'd have to be some kind of contortionist to manage that."

"No way, come on, we could manage it fine."

Andie turned the page with a frown. "I don't care for these illustrations."

"What? Naked people having all kinds of hot sex? What's not to like?"

Her lips quirked at his response, then turned down again.

"The people are way too skinny. None of them look as if they've had a decent meal in about three weeks."

"Hmm. I see what you're saying. They've got white couples, black couples, Asian couples doing it, but there's no diversity when it comes to size...what's up with that, they think bigger people don't have sex?" Matthew
tsked
and shook his head. "We should contact the publisher."

Andie turned her head to look up at him.

"What?" he asked.

"I think you're just agreeing with me so you'll get laid again."

He waggled his eyebrows, a la Groucho Marx. "Is it working?"

She gave him a mock glare, then her gaze softened. She rolled onto her back. "Come here, you."

Even as he kissed her, his fingers were turning back to the page he'd shown interest in before. "Come on," he urged,

"let's try this one."

"I'm telling you, I can't get my leg up that high."

"Aw, come on, sure you can." Matthew tugged at the T-shirt. "Lose this." He pulled it off over her head and tossed it over his shoulder while she continued to complain.

"Okay. Now bend your knee. Put your left leg like this, yeah, kind of wrapped around the back of my leg—" He arranged her as best he could, referring back to the book when needed. "And your right leg goes over my shoulder like so—"

"Ouch. Wait a minute." Andie started laughing. The position felt so foolish and uncomfortable. "I'm not bendy enough for this." No wonder the people in the book were so skinny.

"Whoops. Hold on a minute," Matt told her.

"Huh? What?"

"Condoms."

"Oh geez." Andie palmed the nightstand and handed him one. A crackle, the sound of a packet tearing. She held her breath.

"How you doing?" He asked her as he rolled on the condom.

"Starting to cramp. Where are you? Are you—ohhh." She felt his length slide inside her and canted her hips toward him. She didn't know if they had the position right, and at the moment she didn't care. Andie began to pant as he moved back and forth, never withdrawing completely. She moved her hips in rhythm with his, pulling back when he did and plunging her pelvis against his when he surged forward.

Sweat broke out on her hairline and upper lip. Talk about a workout.

He gazed down at her, his eyes glittering, his teeth bared.

"It's good?"

"Ah. Yesss..." she hissed, grinding herself against him. She felt the orgasm building, as the tingling sensation worked its way from her creaming center to her nipples, her lips, her fingertips, and toes. "Ah. Hurry, hurry." Something else was building up, too. "Oh. Oh. Ah ah ah..." She dug her fingers into his forearms as she came while he gritted his teeth and slammed into her, groaning as he followed her into nirvana.

Matthew collapsed, but avoided squishing Andie by rolling to his side. Andie straightened her leg, but not fast enough.

"Oh, oh, ow!"

"What is it?" He blinked as her, his expression still dazed post-orgasm.

Andie groaned in pain. "Charley horse, charley horse...ooh, it hurts!"

"Aw, poor kid." He untangled them and rubbed her calf where the muscle had seized up. His strong fingers soon had her sighing. "Better?" he asked as he massaged the ache away.

"Mmm," she murmured, her eyelids closing.

"You had me wondering there for a minute. I thought you were singing an aria or something. Ow-ooo..." he mimicked her howl of pain.

She elbowed him even as she snickered at his imitation.

"Creep. Where's your sympathy?"

"Aw. I'm sorry." He kneaded the muscle a bit more strenuously then bent to kiss her calf. "Okay now?"

"Yes. Thank you." She snuggled next to him.

"Anytime," he whispered. She felt his kiss on her forehead as she wriggled closer. "Anytime."

As relaxed as she felt, Andie realized a thread of discomfort was slowly working its way through her. What now? Should she get up, get dressed, say thank you, and leave? Or was there going to be another round? Maybe he was all right with her staying, as long as she crept out before morning. She glanced at Matthew from the corner of her eye, hoping for some clue. He lay next to her, one hand on his chest, the other arm splayed across his pillow. His eyes were closed. No help there. Andie's lips tightened. It was humiliating to be so disgustingly ignorant of booty-call protocol.

She hated to think of him looking pointedly at his watch or hinting he had to "be up early." Maybe she should make it easier for him, just slip out of bed and...

She had eased one foot off the side of the bed when he rolled toward her, grabbing her and kissing her shoulder.

"Sorry," he murmured. "Not very polite of me, zonking out on you."

"It's all right. It's late. I don't want to keep you if you need to..."

"What?" He levered up on an elbow, suddenly wide awake.

"You want to leave?"

Andie didn't know what to make of the look on his face.

His lips formed a tight angry line.

"Is that what this is?" he demanded. "Another hit and run?"

"No! I just—"
don't want to look needy. Don't men hate
that?
"I don't want you to think you have to—"
See, this was
the problem with talking. So much better to say nothing at
all.

He stared at her. "You think I want you to leave?"

Did he expect her to answer? Andie felt humiliated enough without having to give chapter and verse about how inexperienced she was in these matters.

She lifted her chin. No. Hadn't she decided she was done with apologies? "I don't know what you want. I only know what I want."

His eyes narrowed. "What do you want, Andie?" he challenged in a silky voice.

She hardly believed the next words that came out of her mouth. "I want to work my way through that." She gestured to the book on the nightstand. "With you."

Matthew's eyes glinted. "Yeah?"

She refused to look away. "Uh-huh."

"Then let's do it."

"Uh..." A quiver of uncertainty ran through her. She glanced at the book again, unsure what to say next. "That's a tall order. You sure you're up for it?" God, who
was
this bold woman?

A smile played around his lips. "I'd sure like the chance to try." His hand covered hers. "Andie, stay with me for the weekend."

"Huh?" Here? The whole weekend? What had her big mouth gotten her into?

"When is your father coming back?" he asked.

"Monday night. I'm picking him up at the airport."

"Okay. That gives us tonight, Sunday and most of Monday." He glanced at his wrist watch. "It's already Sunday.

The library's closed for Memorial Day, right?"

"Yes. What about Daisy?"

"We'll take care of her. Hell, she can even come over here and hang out with the girls. She'll have the time of her life."

He quirked a brow at her. "Come on. We're having fun, aren't we? Why not go with it. What do you say?"

Fun. That's all it was. But she must be doing something right if he wasn't giving her the bum's rush. Hey, why not go with it? It was daring, reckless and completely unlike her—

which was precisely why she needed to do it.

"I say there's no way we'll get through that entire book in one weekend," she told him. "But we can hit the highlights."

"Highlights it is." He gave her a devilish grin.

"Well, hurry up, then." She reached for him and pulled him down on top of her. "Time's a-wastin'."

Chapter Eight

Early the next morning the phone rang. Matt was an early riser and picked it up in the kitchen. Andie was still asleep.

Heh heh
. He'd worn her out.

"Hey, Wash." It was Adam on the line. "Kim is dragging my ass to some god-forsaken lake out in East Butthole someplace, and she wants to know if you want to come, too."

"You make it sound like so much fun," Matthew snorted.

"She wants to go on a
picnic
." His tone was as disgusted as is she had suggested they learn to river dance. "'Oh, it's a holiday, let's go on a picnic.' What the hell kind of holiday is Memorial Day, anyway? I say she wants a picnic, let's throw some hot dogs on the grill out back. She says I want any sex in the near future we gotta haul ass out to this lake two hours away."

"Ouch. That's harsh, dude."

"Yeah." Adam's voice was resigned. "So, you coming or what?"

"I thought you didn't want me as the third wheel anymore."

"It's not like I'm gonna get any action today. Kim's too pissed. Anyway, it was her idea. She feels sorry for your mopey ass."

"Well, tell Kim thanks, but I'm gonna take a pass—"

"Lucky bastard," Adam muttered. "So what you gonna do, sit home and watch the 'Little House on the Prairie'

marathon?"

"Go to hell," Matthew answered, torn between irritation and laughter. Adam was such an asshole sometimes.

"You know what, Wash Boy? I think what's her name took your balls as a souvenir when she dumped your ass."

Which wasn't far from the truth. But with Andie, Matt knew he was on a fair way to getting them back.

Adam was still pontificating. "So you need to grow a new pair and get out there and find you some premium tail."

There was some noise in the background. "Eh, Kim's bitching me out. Says I'm a pig."

"Too true," Matthew laughed. "You two have fun on your picnic."

"Yeah,
right
." Adam tried to slough it off, but Matt suspected it was his brother rather than Kim who was truly concerned about him.
