Yvonne Jocks , the author of twenty novels and a scattering of short stories, lives in Texas and teaches literature and creative writing at a community college.  As Evelyn Vaughn, she won the 2005 Rita Award for Best Novel with Strong Romantic Elements from the Romance Writers of America.
