She stopped
at her favorite fast food place on the way home, Taco Bell, and headed to her apartment. She wasn't surprised when she saw Phoenix standing against her door. He had his tie and jacket off. His brown hair was in his face, covering his midnight eyes. As she got closer, he looked up at her, and he stole her breath.

“I thought I was
taking you out to eat.” She didn’t say anything; she just put her keys in the door and unlocked it. She left the door open and walked into the kitchen. “Jennifer, please don’t ignore me.”

She sat the bag on the table and turned
to look at him. “I wasn’t sure how long you were going to be with her, and I sure the hell wasn't going to wait around.” It hurt her more that she thought it would when Melissa said she was going to marry Phoenix someday.

“T
his is about Melissa?” She met his dark blue eyes and didn’t say anything. “Darling, the only women I want is you. You are all I can think of.” Jennifer knew she was being stupid, but she couldn't help it. She felt his hands tilting her head back so he could meet her eyes. “Darling angel, your ex-boyfriend is an idiot for cheating on you. You are amazing, and caring.” He closed his eyes. “I don’t know what I feel for you. When you smile it does something to me right here.” He placed a hand on his heart. “Jennifer, I never let anyone get close because I knew we couldn’t have more than one night. It was different with you from the start.” Even if she didn’t get those three words from him, she knew he cared for her.

She felt her eyes burning with her tears, and she knew without a doubt she loved him. She moved away from him and grabbed
her food. “I figured you would be waiting for me, so I got you a few soft tacos.” He looked at the food and frowned. “Please tell me you have had Taco Bell.” He shook his head, and her mouth dropped open. She took out a soft taco for him, and handed it to him. “Here, try it.” He looked at it and shook his head. “Please.”

“You know this
stuff is really bad for you.” He arched an eyebrow at her and held up the taco.

“Just eat it.” She
took a bite of hers own. Phoenix unwrapped the taco slowly, and glared at it. Jennifer snorted trying to hold back her laughter. He sniffed it and took a bite.

He stopped and looked
at her. “It's really good.” He took a larger bite this time, and she smiled.

After they were
done eating, she walked out of the kitchen and took off her shirt. His eyes were glued to her and she smiled. The next thing that comes off is her bra. “I'm going to take a shower.” She stopped the take off her pants and she bent to give him a show with her butt. She was thankful she has a pretty thong on.

Jennifer heard
him groan, and she slowly stood back up. “I think you are trying to kill me,” Phoenix said, sounding closer to her. She looked over her shoulder at him and he was behind her. She smiled and he turned her around. “I want to take that shower with you.” She reached down to take off her thong, and he stopped her by grabbing her hands.

“Oh no
, I want to do that.” She smiled up at him, and he dropped to his knees in front of her. Slowly be pulled her underwear off, and left a trail of hot kisses down her body. “I haven't been able to get your taste out of my mouth since the first time I ate your pussy.” She felt her cheeks burn when he talked dirty to her, and she moaned when he breathed on her core. Jennifer looked down at him and all she saw was his brown wavy hair. She groaned and arched her back giving him more of her. He looked up at her and smiled.

He took a finger and rubbed her clit. This was
what she wanted all day, her release and his hands giving it to her. She knew that she wasn’t going to last long; Jennifer already felt her release building. She looked back down at Phoenix and found him watching her. He gave her a heart melting grin and he lowered his head to lick her clit, she threw her head back and whimpered out his name.

She felt
his stubble rub against her, which made her moan. She felt her knees grow weak and knew she wouldn’t be standing for much longer. He was extraordinarily amazing at pleasing her. “Phoenix.” She moaned and he looked up at her.

“I got you, darling angel. Put your back against the wall and your legs on my shoulders.” He moved his mouth far enough away so he could talk. She didn’t question, she just did what he said. She placed her back against the closest wall and he walked to her. His eyes seemed to be burning into her and she felt heat rise up to her face. He knelt in front of her, and she put her right leg on his left shoulder. He put his hands on her ass to hold her as she put her other leg on his left shoulder. At first it felt awkward, but as soon as his tongue and teeth started licking and nibbling at her thigh she quickly forget about the awkwardness. He groaned when his mouth found her core and she arched her back. He replaced his tongue and teeth with his fingers. “Darling I want you to come in my mouth, and I want to fuck you against this wall.” She didn’t trust her voice, so she nodded.

Phoenix took his fingers away, and put
his mouth back on her. She held herself back until be gently pushed a finger inside of her. She couldn't hold back anymore. She screamed out his name, and he tightened his hold on her. He moaned against her and she felt her legs quiver from her release.

He took her legs off of his shoulders and wrapped an arm
around her back to support her. He took her face into his other hand. He kissed her and she could taste herself on his lips, when he pulled away and grinned. “Darling, wrap your legs around my hips, and your arms around my neck.” She did what he said. His hands were under her butt, and she felt his tip against her.

“Please
, Phoenix.” She begged him, and she watched him smile.

“I love it w
hen you say my name.” He thrust gently himself into her, and she screamed out with another orgasm. Jennifer kept her muscles tight in her vagina, and it was now his turn to moan. She closed her eyes to enjoy the pace he has set. Nice and slow, in and out. “Look at me.” He demanded against her ear, and then he nibbled on her lobe. Groaning she opened her eyes and his face came back to hers. She smiled at this beautiful man that was all hers. She moved as much as she could to kiss him. He met her half way and when their lips touched, he sped up his rhythm. She pushed her tongue into his mouth and he gently sucked on it. Jennifer felt another orgasm building; she tightened her hold around his neck.

Jennifer felt like she could
n't take any more pleasure but she hadn't felt Phoenix feed yet. She knew when he did he would have to feed from someone else. She moved her lips far enough away to say, “Phoenix, feed.”

She felt
his power pouring into her, taking what he needed. She didn't even have a warning this time when her orgasm explored around him and he cried out her name. Jennifer lost herself when she felt his hot release inside her.

His
scorching breath was coming quick on her neck, and she buried her face into his shoulder. After a few minutes his breathing got back to normal and he carried her to her bedroom. There was just no way could she walk after that. Her legs felt like jelly, and she giggled against his shoulder.

He sat her on her bed and grinned
at her. “You know, guys don't like to hear the girl they just fucked giggling.” She smiled.

“Sorry.” She bit
her lips to stop herself from giggling.

He shook
his head. “You are the first one to ever giggle.” He leaned down and kissed her lips. “I do love that sound.” His voice was deeper, and she had a good feeling he was getting hard again. She felt her eyes getting heavy. “Darling, don’t fight it.” She felt his warm, hard body snuggle up to hers. He put his around her stomach. “Sleep my angel.” She shut her eyes, and fell asleep listening to his breathing.

Jennifer jumped
up; there was a pounding at her door. She glanced at the clock and it was 10:03. Megan was at the door and she wasn't going to be happy that Phoenix was here. She looked at him, and he propped up on his elbow, the blanket was covering right below his hip.

“Are you expecting
someone this late?” His voice was dripping sex.

“Umm--” she shook
her head. “Yeah, that will be Megan.” She grabbed her sweatpants and a tan top that had a built in bra. She turned around and saw him getting up. “No, I need you to stay here.” He arched his eyebrow at her. “She doesn't like you, and I don't want to lose her for good. Please Phoenix.”

“Fine, but I won't
hide in here all night.” He glared at her.

Jennifer knew she hurt him, and felt bad.
“Phoenix.”

She rush
ed to her door, and opened it. Her best friend was standing there.

Megan smiled at her, and she returned
it. “I didn’t want to use my key.”

“Meg, this i
s your home too.” Jennifer moved out of the way to allow Megan to pass.

She w
alked to the couch and sat down. Megan smiled at Jennifer. “Phoenix is here, isn’t he?”

Jennifer sighed and nodded
. “Sorry we fell asleep, and woke up when you were knocking.”

Megan started
laughing. “So, your hair is messed up from the sex or sleep.”

Jennifer smiled
and shrugged. “Both.”

Megan looked at Jennifer and her smile fell
. “I'm so sorry Jen. I am such an ass.” Tears started to fill her eyes.

“Oh Meg.” She sat on the couch and grabbed
her best friend’s hand.

Megan shook
her head. “No, I said some hurtful things and I hate myself for that. I’m just scared for you. You're pregnant with twins and to add to that Phoenix is an incubus.”

Now was the time to her Megan the truth. “And I’m a Nephilim.” She was
so frightened that her best friend would take off again.

“What is tha
t?” Megan asked.

Jennifer smiled
, “I am an angel's child.” Megan took back her hand and covered her face.

She started
to laugh. “Your babies are half angels, and half demons.” Jennifer smiled, she already thought of that. “Jen, can you get Phoenix for me? I want to tell him that I’m sorry for being an ass to him.” Jennifer stood up, and walked towards her bedroom.

She walked in and he was
dressed and sitting on her bed. He had his phone in his hands. He looked up at her and didn’t offer her a smile. “Oh Phoenix, don’t look at me like that. I just didn’t want her to freak out.”

He stood up and walked
over her window. “I know I’m not good enough for you, and Megan sees it.”

Jennifer's mouth drops open. “What! You
’re everything to me, Phoenix look at me.” He slowly turned around. “Phoenix, I love you. I have never felt this way before, and I never want hear you say you're not good enough for me. I am the one that doesn't deserve to be with you. You are perfect in every way, and I don’t come close to perfection.” Jennifer felt her heart beating faster.

Phoenix closed
his eyes. “You can't love me, you are too pure.”

Jennifer walked over to Phoenix, and touched
his face. “I do Phoenix, I love you.” He opened his eyes and she smiled at him.

He put
his hand on her face. “Darling, I don’t know if I can ever return your love. No one has ever given it to me before.”

She smiled
at him. “I just want you.” He kissed her sweetly, and she pulled away before they both wanted something more. “Megan wants talk to you.” He made a face that made her giggle. “Hey now, she just wants to tell you that she is sorry.”

He sighed
. “Fine. I'll do it for you.”

“See Phoen
ix, you care about me.” He took her hand and lightly squeezed it.

“Darl
ing, I care about you.” He opened the door and they walked out holding hands to see Megan.

Chapter Nine

Megan was
where Jennifer left her, on the couch. “Megan?” Jennifer said and her best friend turns around. She smiled at them.

She stood up and met
them before they could make it to the couch. “Phoenix, I wasn’t fair to you. I saw how Jen was after you left her, and I wanted to kill you. But, now I can see you aren't a slime ball. I’m sorry for acting like I did.” Phoenix tightened his hand on hers, and then let go.

“I wasn’t fair to you either, and I don’t blame you for protecting Jennifer. But I want you to know if I had to I would give up my life for her and our babies.”
If Jennifer weren't in love with him she would have fallen, right then.
