If only the blonde would give her a sign that it was what she wanted too.
Lucy was hiding something. Even after a few hours together, Sam could tell when she struggled to keep emotions in. If they’d left the vibrator on, she’d have a chance at getting it out of her. Naked in bed, they only had each other. At least for a few more hours.
She nodded and wrapped her arms around the petite woman. After a moment, her body relaxed beneath her and her quick breaths evened out and became more rhythmic. Sam blinked away the tears threatening to spill onto her cheek.
What’s wrong with me
? One night. That was it. She’d expected to have a little fun and then move on. Madame Eve had described her date as timid and unadventurous. Her job involved pulling her out of her shell and showing her sex didn’t have to happen on the bed. After that, she’d need to find other women to employ her new methods with. She’d responded so well to every aspect of their night, as though every little touch made her that much hotter. Now, she couldn’t get the brunette’s face out of her mind. Part of her questioned whether that would fade away after more experimentation. Doubtful. After spending time with a number of partners—both experienced and apprehensive—she knew how hard it could be to find someone like Lucy.
She couldn’t imagine repeating the night with someone who didn’t have the same sense of wonder.
It couldn’t be just one night. It wasn’t fair. She couldn’t ask for more, though. They’d signed up for a no strings attached experience. If she asked, Lucy could say no. She wasn’t sure she could deal with the rejection.
“Are you still awake?” Sam kept her voice hushed. If she didn’t speak up now, she might lose her nerve. Second chances didn’t come around often, and she didn’t want this to turn into one of the moments she’d regret for the rest of her life.
“Uh-huh.”
“How do you feel about getting breakfast in the morning?” Nothing big. A simple invitation without any extras. If Lucy said no, then there could be no hard feeling.
Please say yes
.
“That depends.”
“On what?”
Now you’ve done it. She doesn’t want to, but she’ll agree to make you feel better.
“On whether the strap-on will be coming with us.”
“You don’t have to wear it if you don’t want to.” Sam would take what she could get for now. Pushing would get her nothing.
“I don’t.” The woman rolled over and stared into her eyes.
She tried not to let her disappointment show in her body language.
“I want you to wear it.” The suggestive tone of voice the dark haired vixen used made her feel weak.
She’d never been the wearer, at least not in public. Once or twice on her own to test one out and get a feel for how it worked, but never as the receiver of an experience like what she’d given to Lucy last night. Had the other woman been this nervous the night before? Nausea and excitement coursed through her. “If that’s what you’d like.”
“I think that would be perfect.” She brushed her lips across Sam’s.
“And then what?” She hoped Lucy couldn’t hear the shakiness in her voice.
“Well, I think you might have a few more ideas up your sleeve. Maybe we can arrange a meeting to test out one or two of them. I’ve got some free time in the coming weeks.”
Sam couldn’t suppress her smile. “That sounds like an excellent plan.”
