I was feeling very tired; the activities of the night before combined with the stress of the evening had wiped me out.

"If everyone can excuse me, I need to go to bed.  I'm feeling very tired.  Please don’t stop the celebration on account of me."

Kayden followed me into the bedroom.  "Are you okay?" he asked nervously.

"Yes my love, I am fine."  My hand went to his face, tracing the lines of his beautiful features.  He took it and kissed it on the palm.  "Go and finish up with your family, then come back to me."  My words were filled with love.  He felt it, because he closed his eyes, breath deeply, and then left.
