“You’re not going to do anything disgusting, are you?”

He was happy she trusted him enough to keep her eyes closed
but… “Don’t be cheeky,” he warned, stepping between her dangling legs as he put
the toy down before he opened the applesauce. “I don’t like it.”

He was sure she was going to launch some quick retort that
would no doubt land her in trouble, so he’d figured he’d preempt the occurrence
by tipping the jar of cold sauce and splashing what he gauged to be a spoonful
on her thigh.

“Motherfu—”

“Jo.” She nearly sat up until he spoke. Then she hesitated
for a second and lay back down. “Good. Close your eyes.”

“It’s cold.”

“I know.” He also knew that her tits were the nicest, most
delectable pair he’d seen. With those designs they were totally a one-of-a-kind
pair and he wanted to feast on them. With that in mind he stepped to one side
of her and said, “Get ready. This is going to be chilly. Are you ready?”

He already knew she was. Not only were her eyes scrunched
shut, but her whole body was tense. “I’m ready.”

“Deep breath, princess.” Slowly, he drizzled a fine line of
his homemade sauce, which was more liquid than pulp, from her collarbone—he let
her catch her breath—to spill over her breast. “Don’t shake. Focus and stay
still.” He continued pouring down her stomach and ending at her hip. “Very
good. That’s one side.”

“One side?” She brought her head up and looked down at
herself.

“Shhh. Lie back. Eyes closed and concentrate.”

Ted waited for her to do as he told her. Although just the
sight of her, all silver in the darkness eclipsed by the light of the fridge,
with his favorite thing in the world clinging to her skin—to that breast, had
his mouth watering. “Ready?”

After she nodded he went to the other side of her.

Here again he started at her collarbone, trailing the same
line, making a game with himself to see if he could evenly match them, until he
got to her nipple, and right there he paused. As slowly as he could, he did a
small circle around that hardening-even-more-by-the-minute bud. Heatedly
watching as the areola around it puckered and plumped.

“Breathe.” Why he was telling her to breathe when he’d all
but forgotten to was beyond him. Slowly, steadily he made his way down to her
hip and when he righted the sauce he needed to wipe his brow. Damn, he couldn’t
wait to put his mouth on her.

“Done?”

Her voice was husky. Low and raspy. She liked this. “One
more line and then we get dessert.” He moved to stand between her legs. Picking
up the buzzer, he put it to one side of her. He’d be getting to that soon
enough, but right now? “One more line right down your center.”

He started at the base of her neck and headed south. When he
spilled the liquid between her breasts she… “No shivering. Focus.” He held up
the pour until she settled. “Very good.” Drizzling it over her stomach, he made
sure to fill her navel before he trailed it down her abdomen and over that
smooth-as-glass mound. When she quivered he whispered, “Stay still. That’s
right.” With each drop he jiggled out of the jar that splashed and slid down
her slit, her stomach muscles contracted. He loved the process and would have
continued if his mouth wasn’t aching to connect with her.

“You did really well.” He turned and reached to put the jar
on the counter. He wanted to give her room without fear of breaking glass,
because he fully intended to make her squirm. “Let’s start here.”

He smiled against her skin. Her gasp stoked him almost as
much as her arched back. She was such a sensitive little thing. He sucked up a
good bit of the sauce nearly to her breast, when he ordered, “Spine to the
wood, princess. You’re messing up my lines.” He flicked his tongue over her nipple.
“I worked hard on them,” he said before he opened his mouth and gorged on that
beautiful peak. Swirling his tongue over the desire-hardened center. Tasting
and licking. Nipping and sucking on just the one until she moaned.

“Ted…”

“No,” he said when she tried to sink her fingers in his
hair. He pulled back. “Hands over your head, Jo. The way I like them
positioned. Wrists crossed and palms open. Very good.”

He didn’t waste any time consuming the rest of that line. He
nibbled, bit and sucked his way to her hip. His only thought was devouring that
last line. Getting to the delicious bottom of it, but he had to be patient.

“Are you doing okay?” he whispered right in her ear before
he started in on the second line he’d made on her.

“No…Yes.”

“Don’t close your legs. Keep them spread.”

“But I—”

He curled his hand around her thigh. “Spread some more. A
little wider. That’s right. God, I can’t wait to get in here.” He slid his
forefinger from the top of her slit to the bottom and pressed in. “Don’t move.
Stay still.” All of her settled except for her inner muscles that clamped
around his finger and squeezed real tight. With each pulsing contraction, his
cock twitched and swelled until it pulsed with raw lust to get into her.

“But it’s not time for that…yet.” He gave her tight little
channel an intimate caress as he withdrew. “Are you hungry? Open your mouth.
Come on, part those— That’s a good girl. Lick my finger clean. Suck on it.”
When she closed her lips around him, it was almost as good as her other wet heat
squeezing on him. “Oh yeah, suck it just like that. Perfect.”

Too perfect. His dick was so hard he feared it was going to
break.

“Mmm…”

That sound shot right through him. Damn he had to finish
this. Now. He made short work of the rest of the second line and moved between
her legs to devour the third. “You’ve got the nicest tits.” He licked the
valley between them, gathering the warm and tasty liquid up with his tongue. “I
just love…” He couldn’t help it. Her designs were too much of a temptation.
Especially when he noticed her nipples spiking up in the center like a beacon
in a heavy storm.

He sucked on her good and hard until her legs shook. Hell,
his own were almost shaking so he figured he better wrap up playtime and get to
the heart of the lesson. Otherwise if kept up with all that he was doing he’d
be tempted to peel her off the table and fuck her against the cold shelves of
the fridge.

Damn, he was actually considering that. Not good.

“You taste sweet even without the applesauce. Real sweet.”

She cried out when he latched back on to the last line and
nibbled and sucked. Licking good and thorough until he got to her mound and
then lower to her slit. He was careful not to part her. He was gentle as he ran
his tongue down one delicate lip and then the other, over and over again as he
watched her react. Her back arched and her toes curled. It was her breathing
though that stoked him. Her rapid breaths came out hoarse and sexy as hell. And
when her slit glistened without being parted he knew it was time for the
lesson. He gave her one last lick. His saliva replacing the sheen he took from
her.

“You’re doing so well.”

“Ted?”

“Shhh.” He put his finger through the buzzer’s cuff and
flicked the tiny switch. “I want to show you something. Something you’re going
to have to—”

“Jesus fu—!”

“Jo!”

“Oh God.”

“Stop moving your legs. Don’t close them. Jo. That’s right.
That’s better. Here.”

“I can’t…I can’t.”

He found the spot and applied pressure with the device.
Waiting. Watching. Gauging and just when her body tensed for the inevitable
build for completion he pulled the little finger buzzer off her.

“Jesus.”

“Jo.”

“Darnnit,” she whispered and wet her bottom, then top lip
with her tongue. “What are you doing to me?”

“Open your eyes.” He curled down over her and kissed the tip
of her nose. The fact that she did as he told her made him smile. “Hi.”

She didn’t smile back. Probably because he’d left her high
and dry, well, not dry but…

“Hello.”

“You sound grumpy. Are you okay?”

“I’m as good as any torture victim, I suppose. Can I move my
hands now?”

“Yes.” He stood up, “In fact, give me your left hand. No I’m
not going to pull you up with it. Relax.” He put a hand on her stomach and
pressed down until she settled. “Good. Now—”

“What’s that?”

Tsk, tsk.
You’re such an impatient little thing.” He
finished sliding the vibrator on her index finger and held her hand up between
them so she could see it. “This is your new best friend.”

She squinted. “What is it?”

“A vibrator.”

She squinted harder. “It looks like a piston.”

“Piston?” He tried to see that but couldn’t. “It’s
ergonomically designed for maximum enjoyment.”

Now she smiled. “You don’t say. And do you get to return it
within thirty days if you’re not completely delighted?”

“Yes, so let’s see if we can delight you.” He pulled on her
hand, but she pulled back. “Jo, don’t. I want to show how to use this
efficiently.”

That got her attention. “Efficiently?”

“Yes.” He rubbed the back of her hand with his thumb. “From
now on, you’re going to bring this wherever you go and when I text you the word
‘now’, you’re going to stop whatever you’re doing. I don’t care what it is, so
don’t bother to tell me because there’ll be no good excuse ever, and you’re
going to get yourself off with this.”

“W-what?”

“Relax. I’ll show you how, but there’s something important I
want you to do every time you take this out.” He tapped the clear device and
said, “From the moment you put your hand on this until you’ve come, I want you
to silently repeat my name over and over. This first time I want you to do it out
loud so you understand what I’m asking of you.”

“This is crazy. I can’t—”

“You can, Jo. You will, for me because I want you to do
this.” When she nodded he said, “Good, now give me your right hand. That’s it.
I want you to…” The second he got her hand between her legs and made her
fingers spread her slit, his heartbeat kicked up speed. Her wet pink flesh was
engorged and ready. Waiting for some attention.

“Pull back a little. Up. A little more. Yes,” he whispered
as his eyes remained fixed on the most private part of her spread and
contracting in the cooler air. “Now you turn this on and—”

“Oh God.”

“Say my name. Say it.” He pressed her finger with the
vibrator cuff up against her clit so firmly she quaked and panted.

“Ted.”

“Again.”

“Ted.”

“Again.” He was merciless as he found the sweet spot just
under the hood and crushed the full width of the buzzer over that bundle of
nerves, pleased when she slickened and slickened more.

“Ted, Ted, Ted, Ted…”

While she continued to chant his name and flex and pivot, he
watched her. Through half-closed lids he focused in on her energy. Waiting for
the signs, and when they started he ordered, “Louder, Jo. Let me hear you.”

“Ted. Ted. Oh God, Ted!”

The cream that came out of her couldn’t be ignored. This
wasn’t planned as part of the lesson, but right now it couldn’t be helped. She
was quivering and squirming all over the place as the ebbing convulsions came.
“Hands above your head. Wrists crossed and palms open. That’s a good girl. Let
me give you something,” he bent between her legs, “to bear down on. Deep
breath,” he said, before he stabbed his tongue right into her. Catching her
hips as she shot up.

“Ted.”

Chapter Nine

Jo sat at table number twenty-two and tried to look
interested in what was going on, but truth was, this awards dinner was the last
place she wanted to be. All day she’d been awash with excitement, and it had
nothing to do with this, and everything to do with where she planned to go
after she left here.

She looked down at her phone for the hundredth time and
shivered. The anticipation was a killer. Last night, before she’d left Ted’s
place, he’d been very specific about what she was to do when he sent his
special text. Just the thought made her tingle. And although she’d spoken to
him three times already today, and was going to see him the minute she could
get out of here, it wasn’t enough. She wanted more.

“Are you going to stare at that thing all night?”

“Sorry.” She gave her dad an apologetic smile and brought it
closer to her. Still unwilling to put it in her purse for fear of not hearing
it.

“It’s a good thing Anjay couldn’t sit with us. I’m sure he’d
be jealous of your important client. It’s Saturday night, Josephine. Time for
family and friends.”

“This client is a friend.”

The lights dimmed and her dad held up his hand. “Anjay is
the first one up to receive an award.”

Jo looked between her mother and father and decided they
couldn’t be any more different at the moment. Where her father was like an
overgrown child sitting on the edge of his seat waiting for Anjay’s name to be
called, her mother was staring at her wineglass. Fiddling with the stem as if
she were a million miles away.

“And this award goes to Dr. Anjay Patel.”

His name being announced and the accompanying applause drew
her attention to the stage. Holding her breath, she watched him walk to the
podium. She didn’t know what to expect. After not seeing him for three years
she thought she’d feel something. Fear. Loathing. Disgust, but there was
nothing. Just a—

“Aren’t you so proud of your future husband?”

She exhaled but didn’t answer, and when her father turned
back to the stage, she shifted to examine her mother’s pale face. She was
nervous. Jo supposed she had every right to be. Why was she prolonging the
inevitable? Her dad had his heart set on Jo marrying the guy, but it wasn’t
going to happen and at this point, if getting Anjay out of their lives meant
spilling the brutal truth no matter the outcome? She’d do it. She’d kept quiet
too long and for what?

Her father clapped and Jo had her answer. One look at how
lit up he was now that Anjay was back in the picture brought home what was at
stake. Everything. She didn’t want to think about it. It was too messed up.

Buzz
.

She slapped a hand over her phone and pulled it down onto
her lap. There against the white linen tablecloth edge she read the one lit-up
word.

Now.

She looked at her parents. Neither one had noticed the
disruption. That was good. Shaking her hair behind her shoulders, she listened
to Anjay explain why he was garbed in full surgical attire. An emergency, he
said, and she couldn’t help but wonder how many emergencies the guy had to
handle his first week back stateside. By her count, there’d been three so far.
Not that she was going to complain about them. With him tied up it meant she
didn’t get stuck having to see or spend time with him now that he’d returned.

Once Anjay exited the stage she dropped her phone in her
purse and said, “I have to go.”

“But you’ll miss the rest of the awards.”

Thank God.
“And I’m really upset about that, but I
have to go. My text came in.”

One major upside to leaving right at the beginning of a gala
event? The halls and lobby of the convention center were virtually deserted.
She found the nearest woman’s restroom and went inside. Going to the last
stall, she locked herself in. Was she really going to do this?

Yes she was, and the moment she put her hand on that clear
vibrator her only thought was Ted, Ted, Ted. Lifting her skirt, pulling down
her panties and doing exactly what he’d taught her to do, she leaned back
against the wall of the cubicle and closed her eyes. The little finger sleeve
was humming and thrumming, and in no time at all she was wet and shaking.
Trying to keep her panting to a minimum, even though she was sure she was
alone. She shifted and moved the device just as he showed her, and the second
it touched that sensitive spot at the top of her clit, she had no choice in the
matter. Her body gave in and she came. Her orgasm was hard, fast and efficient
as she mentally repeated his name until it was a part of her.

“Fu—” Her eyes snapped open and she blinked. She could have
sworn she heard him say, “Jo” in that deep tone of his when she attempted to
swear. She hadn’t of course. It was all in her mind, which made her frown. He
was getting into her head and she wasn’t sure how she felt about it. “Don’t be
a pain. You’re too old to be swearing like this anyway.”

Then just as she promised to do, she texted him the word,
Done.

Perfect. I’m here waiting. I’ll want to spread your legs
and feel your heat when you get here. Hurry.

I will.

She took a deep breath to steady her rapidly careening
pulse. The visual she had of him doing that to her had her all jittery again.

Creak, whoosh.

Right. She heard the outer door open and realized she
finally had company. Time to get herself together. Straightening her clothes,
she dropped the vibrator into the small bag Ted had given her and zipped up her
purse. Clutching it between her arm and rib cage, she leaned down and flushed
the toilet for good measure before exiting the stall.

“Hello, Jo-Jo. I thought I saw you come in here. I worried I
was going to miss you. It took the doorman a few minutes to let me through
without my ticket.”

Anjay stood not ten feet from her. Looking no different than
he always had. Five foot eight, slender build with perfectly unblemished skin.
She’d always been amazed that there wasn’t a mole or freckle on his face. He
looked more like a teenager than a guy going into his thirties.

“What are you—”

He stepped in front of the only exit and she panicked.

“W-what do you think you’re doing?”

“Having a private conversation with my fiancée.”

“Fiancée?” She scoffed and tried to appear confident. She
hated feeling like that devastated sixteen-year-old all over again. “Let’s get
real. I’m never going to marry you.”

“We’ll see about that.”

“You will see. I already know it’s never going to happen.”
Jo wasn’t going to show any fear. She could handle him if it came down to that.
This time there’d be no drugging involved, so he was going to have a fight on his
hands if he tried anything. Thanks to Ted insisting she take those karate
classes, she was more than capable of dealing with him tonight. Just the
thought of getting a piece of him had her adrenaline climbing. “If you had even
a drop of decency you wouldn’t push this with my family. You’re playing on a
confused man’s pipedreams. And a foolish woman’s regret. I’d hoped being away
you’d have time to think about the things you’ve done. To me and my family.”

“I did.”

She heard laughing as some people passed outside the door,
but she didn’t dare shout out, that would show weakness and Anjay would be all
over it.

“If you’ve thought about it then you have to know there’s no
way in hell I’d ever agree to it. Your blackmail days are over, asshole. I’ve
spent too many years protecting my father when what I should have been doing is
protecting myself.”

Anjay smiled. “I don’t think so. That’s not your style and
besides his heart would be broken.”

“Aren’t you worried that I’ll go to the police? The award
you got tonight will look real nice on your prison-cell wall.”

He came toward her and she didn’t back off. She stood her
ground.

“No I’m not worried about that. It’s your word against mine,
remember? In the end you had to agree with me. You had to take it back. Don’t
tell me you’ve forgotten the noble reason behind that momentous decision, Boo
Boo.”

Hearing him call her by that pet name was demeaning. It
brought back all their history in a flash. He knew exactly what he was doing,
the bastard. And when he stopped close to her she could smell his breath, it
was laden with garlic and disgustingness. “If I were you I’d be worried. I’m
not the same wo—girl I was before.”

“Oh.” He reached out to touch her hair and she jerked away
from him. “I know that. I pride myself in having a hand in the change in you.”

She glared. She wanted so badly to hit him. Beat him. But he
was here for a reason and she wanted to know what that was more.

“What do you want, Anjay?”

“Originally I had plans that you and I would pick up right
where we left off but certain things have changed.”

Certain things? I’ve changed
! She wanted to scream at
him. Swallowing the urge she said, “Everything has changed.”

“Everything for you changed the way I wanted it to. I did a
great job of dividing you and your family, didn’t I?”

She didn’t think it was possible to hate him more than she
already did, but she was wrong, because what he said was a truth she had to
live with for years. A knowledge that ate a part of her she’d never get back.
Her mother had been everything to her until…until he stepped into their lives
and punched a hole through the idyllic world she’d been living in. Her mother…
Bile rose in her throat and indignation churned in her stomach. The “Dad’s not
strong enough” excuse Jo always depended on to justify her mom’s decision to
drop the matter didn’t cut it now that she was old enough to know better. “I
never should have confided in you.”

He pursed his lips and the deep lines around his mouth made
him seem much older. Maybe not older, but bitter. “When you did it was a new
beginning for me. A chance at a fresh start with things.”

“By raping me?”

“I didn’t rape you. You didn’t put up a struggle as I
recall. You just laid there like an obedient slut and let me do it.”

The gripping terror of that moment, the revulsion and fear
crept into her and took hold.
Deep breath, Jo. You’re no longer defenseless.
“You drugged me, you fucking coward. I couldn’t move.”

He ignored her as if she hadn’t spoken. “My fresh start came
the night of the accident. Before your parents had that crash, your dad was
going to cut me off. He caught me with one of his med students in his office.
She cried, telling him she didn’t want my attention, but I know she did. I
should have drugged her too.”

Jo watched how the light in his eyes went from glowing to
dark. How his tone went from conversational to angry in an instant.

“Your dad was quite disappointed. I don’t know what he
expected. That I’d be a virgin for you or something? He swore that I’d never
get near you again until I proved myself to be hardworking and decent. Don’t
you remember that summer? At the beginning, when I was always at work? He made
me go. He said he was cutting off a percentage of the financial support he’d
been giving me. He’d been too easy on me. Insisting if I wanted to attend
graduate school I’d have to earn some of the money myself.”

How was this possible? Her father loved Anjay. He always had
even more so after—

“Then fate stepped in.”

“The accident.”

“Yes. Suddenly I was the man of the house and I loved it.
With your dad clinging to life and your mother spending every waking hour by
his side those first crucial months I put school off for half a year, which
meant there was only you and I at home most days. Watching you walk around in
your skimpy outfits or running into you in the hall when you were all wrapped
in terry towels fresh from the shower, it was hell. I had to make a move, but
when I did and you turned me down that’s when I went through real hell. You
were my lifeline toward a solid future. A way back in with your family should
your dad survive and most definitely if he didn’t.”

“You were like a brother to me. I trusted you.”

“You shouldn’t have said no to me. Do you know what I went
through seeing you with that guy? Guy? No, more like a kid. What was his name?
Your little boyfriend. Brad, Brian?

“Brent.” Jo remained calm even as her heart pounded inside
her chest. Was she finally going to get an answer as to why he’d done what he
did to her?

“I fumed watching you flirt with him…with that lowlife. He
was nothing. Poor grades and a pothead. The more I watched you hang on to that
piece of dirt when you could have had me, the more I came to hate you. You
didn’t deserve me. You didn’t deserve all of what you had. Everything was so
easy for you and you didn’t even appreciate it.”

So easy for her? Was he insane? “I was sixteen to your
nearly twenty.” But he wasn’t listening. He was staring right through her.

“I came to hate you and the idea of making you pay for
rejecting me became an obsession. I fantasized about how I could get back at
you even as I had the additional worry of your father recovering. When he did
he’d find out I didn’t leave at the end of the summer like I promised him I
would. I knew he’d kick me out. But then fate stepped in again. Your little friend
went away on Thanksgiving, leaving you alone. Right at the very time your
mother had agreed to take your dad off the ventilator.”

Her mother took him off? Hadn’t—?

“You didn’t know about that, but I did. The night of the
fall dance she planned it. She didn’t want you to know until after it was done,
because there was always the chance he could die immediately, and given that
risk she worried you’d put up a fight. She asked me to take you to the civic
center. To keep an eye on you until she was sure your dad was going to be able
to breathe on his own. I was going to refuse but then I began to see it as an
opportunity. A chance to make you suffer for turning on me.”
