I grab the corner of the curtain and I pull it back a ways. Levi’s naked back is angled toward me, his arse is hanging out of his jeans and the wings of the giant angel adorning his flesh seem to ripple, as the muscles in his shoulders bunch and tense. He throws his head back, working his fist furiously up and down his very large cock.

I stare in mouth-gaping shock, unable to look away because … Hello! Hot rock star holding the giant sausage hostage.

A groan from across the room draws my attention and I realise that, oddly, Levi’s not alone. I carefully try to pull the curtain wider, but it won’t budge. I’m not going to see anything that way, so I just open the curtain from the middle and I’m faced with Cooper’s lean, evenly muscled back. His feet are planted firmly against both sides of the aisle and his arse is hanging out of his jeans, in much the same way Levi’s is.

Zed is across from the both of them, one leg planted on the floor, the other propped up on the couch, and he’s jerking off into a cup. I blink, not really knowing where to look, and wanting to leave but being so damn turned on I can’t make my feet budge.

Someone groans again—at this point I’m not entirely sure who—and Coop grunts, “Dude shut the fuck up, you’re totally putting me off my game.”

I laugh. “What the fuck are you guys doing?”

That was really the wrong thing to ask, because all three of them turn in some way to face me. Levi’s body jerks and hot creamy semen spurts from the end of his cock, landing on the floor at my feet. Not just the floor, in actual fact, but my foot. His spunk is touching my actual flesh. Zed manages to paint the window with that shit, and Coop? Well, Cooper watches me as he comes, his eyes narrowed in on my tits, and then up to my seriously pissed off face—which for some reason brings out that smirk that I loathe so much—as semen spills from his cock and splatters on the floor, thankfully not near me. Not that it really matters, because right then the bus takes a sharp bend in the road and we all go flying. I grab onto the curtain, but it doesn’t stop me from falling. Face first. To the floor. To the floor that’s sticky with the semen of two members of the band Taint.

“Oh. My. God!”

“Are you okay?” When he gets his footing, Cooper rushes over to help me up, but I shove him away.

“No. Do not touch me.”

“Oh shit.” Levi laughs.

I climb to my feet and Zed throws a tea towel at me. I hastily wipe my face clean, and then I glare at them.

“Ali, I’m so sorry,” Cooper says, covering his mouth in an attempt to hide the smile.

“You know that would be a whole lot more sincere if you weren’t laughing through it.”

“Look, come angels.” Levi says pointing to the imprint of my face in the mess of come staining the floor. All three of them crack up, though I can tell they’re trying hard not to.

“Please tell me there’s a shower on this bus?”

“Right at the back, near the main bedroom.”

I turn sharply and walk towards the back of the bus, only when I reach the back door I open it and find Deb stretched out and snacking on popcorn as she watches the Kardashians. She takes one look at me and bursts into peals of laughter. I close my eyes and suck in a deep breath through my nose.

“Oh honey, you walked in on a circle jerk?” she asks in a condescending tone.

“Fell into it is more like it.”

“Is that come in your hair?”

“Well, it’s not conditioner,” I say, my voice raised, my eyes round and crazy.

“Oh my god.” She screws up her face with a revolted expression and says, “Whose come is it?”

“That’s a really good question.” I don’t know why I feel the need to tell her this. Maybe it’s that whole female solidarity thing. Or maybe I’m just a way nicer person than she is, because I’m one hundred per cent certain that she wouldn’t be telling me if she were in the same situation, but I say, “You may want to avoid the cups in the kitchen from now on.”

“Ew, they jacked off into cups? What the hell is wrong with them? Can you imagine how fucking weird it would be if we just went out there and started rubbing our vaginas all over everything and seeing who could come first?”

“No, I really, really can’t.”

What the hell did I just walk into? What is wrong with these men? Why did I have to open the fucking curtain?
All of these questions run through my mind as I step beneath the spray of the tiny shower. I lather myself head to toe and relish the hot water through my hair until it runs cold. My shame is so great that I don’t want to ever leave this bathroom, but eventually I walk out with my head held high and I slip into my bunk before any of them can notice I’ve left the bathroom at all. I close my curtain and face the wall and allow the rocking of the bus to gently coax me into sleep.

T
he bus wasn’t nearly as bad as I’d expected it to be. Travelling in cars had never bothered me, but planes, trains and elevators all made me feel as if the walls were closing in on me. It hadn’t been that way with the bus. In fact, I’d found enough distraction to keep me well and truly occupied for the first three hours.

We stopped at a roadhouse for dinner, and I tentatively woke Ali once the others had disappeared off the bus. She was a lot more agreeable this time; I even got a sleepy smile that did stupid things to my stomach, things that I’d rather pass off as pangs of hunger. “What time is it?

“Nine o clock. We stopped to refuel.”

“Okay. I’m coming.” She runs a hand over her face, covertly trying to wipe the sleep from her eyes without being obvious about it. It’s cute.

“About this afternoon … I’m really sorry,” I say, trying to get my cock to behave and sit the fuck down. It doesn’t help that her shirt riding up exposes her taut stomach, and her nipples form hard little peaks beneath the fabric.

“The circle jerk?” She yawns and pulls her shirt back down and I meet her knowing gaze. “Yeah, that was enlightening.”

“We don’t normally do that shit; there were extenuating circumstances at play.”

She tilts her head to the side. “And what were they exactly?”

“Zed wanted to see whether Levi produced more come than the rest of us.”

“You’re serious?”

“Yeah,” I say, because I thought that much was obvious.
Do women never think about these things
? I’m kind of surprised it took us this long to do it. And it’s weird that Ash didn’t join in.

“What is wrong with you guys? You didn’t find that the slightest bit gay? Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I mean, if I hadn’t wound up wearing it, it might have been kinda hot to see you three get yourselves off, but last time I checked you were supposedly all completely hetero.”

“We are. Jesus, there are a lot of things I’ll consider doing, but that’s not for me. I don’t know—we don’t see it that way. We’ve known one another since we were kids. Zed and I grew up together, Levi found us in high school, and Ash joined the band when we were eighteen and just out of high school. We’ve been on the road before; seeing each other’s cocks isn’t anything new to us.”

“And neither is jerking your cocks in front of one another, apparently.”

“No, that is kind of new. Normally there’s a groupie or two in front of us.”

“Please, stop talking.”

Jesus. Really, Ryan? Groupies?
I can’t remember the last time I fucked a groupie. It was definitely after Holly left—I know that much because in the weeks after she left me, when I knew she was never coming back, I fucked my way through an entire concert hall worth of groupies. And I’m not proud of it, but I cried like a fucking baby every time I came. I was a fucking mess.

Ali stretches in her bunk. She has a hell of a lot more room than me or the other guys on account of her being so little. I watch the way her back bows, her body stretching, T-shirt riding up her stomach and her tits jutting out. I have this fucking animalistic desire to press her back on the mattress, my hand splayed across her stomach and her eyes on me as I paint her body with my come. Again.

Her eyes are on me, but I’m not sure it’s because she wants me to pin her to the bed and—

“Stop looking at me like that.”

“Why?” I question quietly. She doesn’t answer, and I know why. It’s because she can’t without telling me that she wants me to do all of the things my eyes are promising. So instead she just glares at me. I hold her gaze a moment longer before my mouth tips up in a smirk.

“And stop smirking at me. What is it with you guys and your fucking smirking?”

“I didn’t know I was smirking.”

“Well you are, and it’s unnerving, so stop it.”

I hold my arms up in surrender and back away from the bed. “Well, I’d hate to unnerve you.”

She slides out of the bunk and walks toward the front of the bus. I walk behind her, sweeping my gaze from her pert little arse to her back, her neck, and finally that mess of hair crowning her head. I snicker. “Your hair is a thing of beauty in the morning.”

“It’s not morning.” She throws her hair into a messy bun on top of her head, securing it with an elastic she has wrapped around her wrist.

“Well, it’s still a thing of beauty.”

“And I suppose you wake with it all sexy and tousled? You just roll out of bed and run your long-fingered hands through it, and be on your way?”

“Sounds like you’ve given a lot of thought to how I look when I wake, Ali-Cat.”

“Oh, I have,” she admits, and she turns back to grin at me. “I wouldn’t read too much into it, though. I’ve also thought of fifty ways I could murder you in your sleep.”

I stop walking. “Still, that’s fifty ways you were thinking about me.”

We walk across the lot to a shoddy rundown old diner. When we enter, the bell above the door dings and several eyes turn to us. No one but the band seems remotely interested though. I breathe out a sigh of relief.

The band and crew take up several booths around the diner. Levi watches us enter the room and I throw my arm around Ali’s shoulder as I guide her over to a booth that Ash is occupying. She flings my hand off and sits down beside Ash, so I can’t sit beside her without it being really awkward. I glance over at Levi, hoping he missed it, but he just smiles and sips his coffee.
Arsehole
.

“Hey man,” I say to Ash. He looks up from his plate. Apparently he’s been chowing down on a fucking vegetable garden. His plate is filled with fruit salad, whole-wheat toast and what looks to be an egg-white omelette. There’s a glass of juice in place of his usual caffeine drip stuck into his arm. “What the fuck are you eating?”
