All I know is I like these feelings and I let her know I want her. I show her by kissing her. It starts out sweet and gentle, but Peppa surprises me by turning it into more, but I don't stop it. It's only when we need air that we pull apart from each other. I see the look on her face and I know she is going to run. She proves me right, but I can't let her go like that, so I follow her out the door. I try and stop her by grabbing her hand. She turns on me then by letting me know exactly what she thinks of me. I don't blame her because what she says is true; I use women for my own satisfaction. It's different this time, with her. I don't want her for one night, one month, or even one year, I want her to be the one.

I see Jacob first, before Peppa does. I can see he is not happy that I have my hands on Peppa but I don't care. He had her and lost her. I let go of her hand slightly and she pulls it away from me and can't get out of here quick enough. I found myself shouting out her name but she doesn't stop, she keeps going.

I turn around to make my way back into my office determined to ignore Jacob but he shouts at me, “Are you fucking her?”

I turn back to look at him, “What?”

I can see he has his hands balled into fists, he is red in the face and I have a feeling he is going to attack me. “You heard me. You know how I feel about her, answer me asshole. Are you fucking her?”

I try and stay calm but I shout back, “You lost the right to her when you put your job first and I told you then and I will tell you now, you’re an idiot. I'm not fucking her, but I will tell you this, I will be and it will be soon.”

I notice he moves closer and then it comes. He punches me and my hand instantly goes to my face. I look over at him, “You better walk away Jacob, and this is your only warning.”

He glares at me, “Stay away from her.” He turns and heads back to his office. I notice my PA standing there looking at me with shock on her face and I ask her nicely if she can find me some ice for my face.

Chapter 8  (JUAN)

“Juan, wake up, wake up.” I open my eyes to see Saul standing over me.

“What’s wrong?” I look my brother over to make sure he isn’t hurt and I pull back the covers to get up.

Saul looks down at me. “It’s all good and I'm guessing Peppa is hot from the size of that thing.”

“What?” I lower my head to where Saul is looking and come face to face with a very hard little Juan. I guess I've been dreaming about Peppa again. That’s all I have been doing since I met her. That and fantasizing about taking her every way sexually you can think of. What disturbs me the most about these dreams is Noah keeps making an appearance and I find I like it.

“You keep shouting her name out in your sleep. Is she the reason you have been unsettled for the last few days?”

I scrub a hand down my face and grab my jeans and put them on and sit back down on my bed. Cruz knocks on the door and invites himself into the room. He walks over to the curtains and opens them and looks out the window. “I love this time of day, are you both ready to feed?”

I look over at him, “I'm OK, I will grab someone later.”

Saul stalks over to me and sits down, he throws an arm around my shoulder. “You have been saying that for days Juan, when was the last time you fed?”

I can't look at him as I know he will be angry at me, but I don't lie to him either, “Saturday.” I don’t tell him the whole truth as I only managed a mouthful before I gagged on the woman’s blood.

I watch as Cruz makes his way over and sits on the other side of me, he raises his voice with the next words that leave his mouth. “Saturday? What the fuck Juan, what is going on with you? You get up, you pace the house, you’re in a world of your own. Something has changed within you, and it's not wise to starve yourself of blood. You know what can happen.”

I lower my head into my hands and I know I need to tell them what happened Friday night. I blurt out, “I crave only her blood, no that’s a lie I crave his blood too. I'm repulsed by the thought of taking another humans blood when all I want is theirs.”

Cruz stands up and looks down at me shouting, “Fuck! I'm confused, and whose blood do you crave?”

Saul nudges me, “Peppa?”

I nod my head yes and then go on to say, “And Noah.”

Cruz looks at me stunned. “Noah, as in our boss Noah? And who the fuck is Peppa?”

Saul hardly ever loses it but he does at this point and raises his voice, “Cruz sit the fuck down. Juan I think you better start from the beginning and explain what's been going on with you.”

Cruz huffs but comes back over and takes his seat back next to me and I take a deep breath and proceeded to tell them both what happened between Peppa, Noah and myself. After I finish my story, they both sit there in stunned silence, I can't handle it so I walk over to the window and look out. That doesn't last long before I turn back around to them both, “Well say something, anything help me out here.”

Saul looks up at me with sad eyes, “It's the Entwining.”

Cruz shakes his head, “Don't be fucking stupid Saul, it can't be the Entwining there's three of them.”

A flash of anger crosses Saul's face, “Why not Cruz? Because you haven't felt it?” He then turns to me. “Juan you said you felt the energy flow between you. Did it feel like it connected you all together?” I open my mouth to answer but I can't get a word in as he continues with, “I know you have been dreaming about Peppa and I'm guessing about Noah too? And with the way you have been the past couple of days, they are all you think about and you want them near? Shit, of course why didn't I see it then, the way you reacted the other night when you didn't drink from that woman should have clued me in.”

Cruz does a double take, “What?! You refused blood! Are you mad?!”

I choose to ignore Cruz and I look at my brother confused, “The answer is yes to all your questions Saul. I stand here and all I see is her, it's not so much Noah but he's there. My mind and body want to go to her, tell her she is mine. I’m apprehensive, I’m confused and I’m fucking sexually frustrated.”

Cruz frowns, “Your right Saul, I haven't felt the Entwining but think about this, we are about to hit it big time, you will have your fill of pussy or dick if that’s your thing. You need to fight it Juan, as Noah is our boss and this situation could fuck everything up.”

Saul stands and gives Cruz a look that could kill and walks over to me, “Don't ignore this Juan, you know what happened between me and Julia and the misery I have suffered because of my choices. Don't make the same mistake I did. I don't understand where Noah fits into this maybe it's your destiny to have two lovers but take my advice please.” He heads for the door but turns back to me before he leaves. “You really need to get some blood in you, if you can't face human blood try animal blood for a while.”

Before Saul leaves Cruz shouts out, “You are forgetting one thing in all this, we are fucking Vampires. How do you think Peppa and Noah will react to that news? They will need to know at some point.”

Saul walks right up to Cruz and gets in his face, “If they are his Entwined, they will accept him for what he is.” And he turns opens the door and slams it behind him. Which leaves Cruz and I to face off with each other.

Cruz runs his hand through his hair, “You are going to have to talk to him about Julia or he's going to be a nightmare for weeks. Juan please, you really need to concentrate on Viper. Do you think you can hold out on your feelings for them both for a while?”

“No Cruz, you are going to have to talk to him about Julia. She was your sister and out of respect for you, he held his feelings back and she was killed before he had his chance. And you are basically asking me to do the same. I don't know if I can do that.”

I grab my T-shirt, pull it over my head and look back at Cruz and say, “Now, if you will excuse me I need to find a pig to bring my iron levels back up.” And I leave Cruz standing alone in my room.

Pig's blood is putrid. It really doesn't have any taste to it but I would prefer the warmth and taste of human blood and decide to try and feed from a human again next time. As the blood of the pig fills my needs I start wondering,
could these feelings I’ve been having for Peppa and Noah be the Entwining? Is Saul right when he said they will accept me? I hope so.

As I make my way back to the house I notice a tent pitched on the grass outside and think to myself,
that’s weird.

When I open the door I hear raised voices and I stand there and listen. “Saul I'm sorry OK, I made a bad mistake asking you to stay away from Julia.”

“I loved her Cruz.”

“I know and I have to live with what I did, she loved you too and I will never forgive myself for her death, I live with it every day.”

I make my way into the lounge and Saul is inches from Cruz's face, “No, I live with it every day. Do you even realize that I have nightmares about that night? That I sometimes still cry for her? No, because you are a selfish bastard. And if you think I’m going to let you do the same to my brother you can think again.”

That’s when I decide to walk into the room, “Saul back away from Cruz. Look, I know you have your demons Saul and I know you loved Julia more than anything, but blaming each other isn't going to get you anywhere. We set out on this journey as Viper together. We all wanted the big time and to be famous and love the benefits that come with that. Now things have changed. I still want to commit myself to Viper, but Cruz, when things happen and they will between Peppa, Noah and myself, I'm not going to hold back and I will at some point have to tell them what we are. I'm off to play my drums for a bit. I hope I can trust you not to kill each other?”

Before I leave Cruz says, “Noah has called and I have set up a meeting at his office for 6:00 pm tomorrow, we will head out not long after we wake. I hope you can control yourself in a professional manner around him?”

I laugh, “You really have no idea do you? There are three of us involved in this Cruz, and yes, I will be on my best behaviour. Goodnight.”

I awake with a jolt and another hard on, as the image of Peppa riding me hard still plays in my head. A knock comes on the door and a voice shouts, “You have thirty minutes before we leave for Devil Records.” I look down at my dick and mentally say sorry to it and stroll for the shower but I manage to get in a few quick strokes and find my release.

Noah has sent a car over to pick us up and as we get into it. I notice there are four tents now pitched outside our house and as we pull away girls run after the car screaming but no one else pays attention or cares. As we make our way there, Cruz tells us, “Let me do the talking, and be prepared to travel, I think he might have a few venues for us to play at.”

I can't keep my mouth shut and say, “You mean shitty pubs don't you?” he shrugs his shoulders.

We pull up outside Devil Records and as soon as I step out of the car my body jerks with the energy I felt the other night and take a look around for Peppa. I think to myself,
surely she can’t be at the meeting.

We make our way up to the fifth floor and I notice the energy has weakened so I know she isn't here. Cruz knocks on the door and I hear Noah say, “Come in.”

His back is turned to us as he is stood looking out the window. “Take a seat lads.”

We make our way over to the three chairs that are set out in front of his desk, Cruz sits in the middle I'm on his left and Saul is on his right. Noah turns and walks over to his desk and takes his seat and looks out over us.

Cruz is the first one to speak, “Wow, nice black eye Noah.”

He lifts his hand and touches his face and looks at me when he says, “Yes, a misunderstanding that could have been avoided, it hurts like a bugger.”

Cruz laughs, “Some misunderstanding.”

Noah takes a file from a pile he has on his desk, he opens it looks down and then back up at us. “Well, it looks like Viper has become an overnight success. The phones haven't stopped ringing with bookings. You could be off on your first tour in about a month if you sign with us. The tour will take you around the whole of the UK and will last for two months and get this, Bruno Mars wants you to be his opening act at the O2 which will end the tour. So what do you think?”

Cruz doesn't waste any time with his answer, “Where do we sign?”

A knock comes to the door and Jacob walks in, “Sorry I'm late, what are we up to?”

I notice the tension between Jacob and Noah which is weird as they were really friendly the other night.

Noah places papers across his desk and holds up a pen. “They are about to sign.”

Jacob walks past me and lays a hand on my shoulder, “That’s great news. Viper will be playing on every radio station by the end of the tour. I hope you guys are ready for the fun to begin.”

Cruz laughs, “I hope by fun you mean all the women I can fuck.” And he looks over at me and winks. “Or men if that’s your thing.”

And with that comment my eyes land on Noah who is looking right back at me and I see a flash of something there. I watch his Adam apple bob as he swallows before he says, “Come on lads, sign your life away and we can go and have a few drinks to celebrate.”

And that’s what we do, all three of us sign the papers. Jacob makes a phone call and it’s not long before we are being ushered into the lift to the waiting car downstairs.

Once I step out into the fresh air I feel the energy once again and it's stronger this time. I notice Noah has stopped walking. Suddenly he looks at me and then he looks across the road and I follow his lead. Peppa is standing outside a shop called Café Net and it looks like she is locking it up. I watch her body stiffen and she slowly turns around and looks our way. I watch her arm move and she puts her hand on the wall as if to steady herself. I start to move towards her and from the corner of my eye I see Noah lift his arm and he waves at her. Every part of me wants to go over to her and I take another step towards her but Jacob comes up behind me, “Come on Juan get in the car, you're keeping everyone waiting.” 

He walks past me and gets in the back. I look over at Noah who is ducking his head to get in the front. I take one more look at Peppa who is still leaning up against the building and I wave at her but I don't see if she waves back as a honk comes from the car. I get in and we drive away and the feelings weaken yet again.
