“Yeah, I can tell.  Nothing about this interested you.  Follow me. “

Trinket was in total disgusted shock as she walked behind him.  He lead her to the door, opened it, standing to the side for her to walk by.  She turned to ask him why he had done that, why he had not finished, what was it that he was trying to teach her?  But he was gone, the door was shut, she was left with unanswered questions and a swollen, severely throbbing clit.

“Master J, can I have a moment with you.”  Master R could see that Master J had better things on his mind, but it was his duty to let him know.

“Certainly.  Give me a minute please.  I promised Amber I would make sure Ron took it easy on her friend.  Wanna stick around?  First scene.”

“Yeah, I can do that.”  Master R watched as Ron strapped his new sub in.  Her long blonde hair trailed over her shoulders.  Her lips were full and swollen from a kiss.  She had a beautiful glow coming from her tanned skin.  But R could see the hesitation.

“She’s not too sure about this is she?”  R leaned over, speaking only loud enough for J to hear.

“No.  This is her first scene.  Apparently, Amber and her friends were sitting at the bar talking and Ron overheard this one mention she was interested in him.”

“Oh, I see.”  R watched as Ron began warming up her skin.  There was no doubt in his mind that because this was her first scene, it would be a long one.  It took time to prepare a sub for the unknown.  Especially the first time.  In order to get a sub to where her dom wanted her, it required the sub to let go of her fears and feel what her dom was allowing her to feel.

“J, I won’t be able to stay long, but I wanted to let you know, I found your Sub’s friend, or well one of them, in the back.  Apparently, she had gone in to get her coat to leave and hit the latch.  She looked pretty shaken up.  Not sure what she saw, but it was something that didn’t go over to good.  She left.  Just thought you might like to inform your sub.”

“Thanks.  I will let her know as soon as this scene is over.  She was pretty nervous when her friend consented to do this.”  J kept his attention on Lisa.  Watching for any signs of distress.

“Who was the friend that left?  We had a few words but I didn’t catch her name.”

“I believe her name was, Trinket.  Amber sponsored three friends tonight.  This is Lisa here.  Peggy is with Dustin, so that would leave, Trinket.”

“Thanks.”  R turned to walk away.  He had never been so affected by a sub before in his life.  When she looked at him, it took a lot to get her eyes to drop.  That had never been a problem for him in the past.  There was something about this one that made him want to see her again.  Almost like she had hurt his ego, but there was something more as well.

“R, she catch your attention?  I can have Amber bring her again sometime.”  J smiled at R.  It had been a long time since R had taken a sub.  Everyone in the club knew it.

“Nah, just wondering.”  R went back to monitoring the private rooms.  Which is what he had taken up to doing since he lost his sub.  Sure, he had done a few scenes.  But there was never any penetration done.  He was  handy with getting a sub to the right mental place they needed to be when their Dom wasn’t able to.  He was also the best Dom around when it came to using a single tail.

Chapter Two

(The Ranch)

It had been a week since her visit to the club.  Lisa and Peggy both had bragged about their experience.  Lisa had even explained that it was nothing like she had expected.  She also spoke of the back to back orgasms she had been given.  But what she kept going on about was the close connection she had felt with Master Dustin.

She was five years his senior, and even though the age hadn’t affected him, it had bothered Lisa.  But within the first hour, he had showed her age truly was just a number.  She spoke of how he had the ability to ease any concerns or nervousness.  That within a few moments it was as if he were reading her mind.  And by the end of the night, she had never felt as complete as she had with him.  Since then, she had been seeing him nightly.

Trinket took into consideration everything Lisa had said.  She thought about it really hard.  How her body had responded to the Dom who never told her his name.  The way she had come home that night, dug out a vibrator that had been lying dormant, and finished what he had started within seconds.  She had been that aroused.

After finding her own release, she imagined him on top of her, holding her hands above her head, just as he had before.  She had placed the vibrator back inside of her and it wasn’t long before her imagination of him fucking her hard while keeping her hands bound, brought her to another climax.

Trinket couldn’t shake the thoughts of
him.
  She thought of
him
constantly.  On her way into work, while showering, while eating, while working.  Everywhere she went, she had images of him doing something to her with his hands binding her wrist.

But the fact was, the club was to dark for her.  There was something about that place that just rubbed her the wrong way.  She couldn’t ever go back there.  She would never be able to get the image of the aftermath marking of the abuse on the woman she had seen.

But then, she also had her own issues that she had kept buried inside her.  There was no way she would ever take it any further than what it had.  There was nothing there that she wanted to explore further.  The ghosts of her past, kept her from moving anywhere into a new life.  Sure, she had moved, she had started using her degree in Public Relations, but she remained lost.

Trinket stepped onto the elevator with another long work day ahead of her.  Today consisted of doing damage control for a new client and his mischievous son, who had the habit of drinking, wrecking, and not giving a damn about his father.  US Senator, Mike Callins.  It wasn’t the first time she had to cover for his son, and she was sure it wouldn’t be the last.

The elevator beeped, and the doors opened.  In came a group of people.  She backed up to the corner of the elevator.  She caught a scent familiar to her, but quickly shook it off as she continued to review the file in her hand.

When the elevator stopped, everyone but Trinket got off.  She worked on the eighteenth floor and they were getting off on the eleventh.  Goosebumps broke over her skin.  She had a feeling like she was being watched.  She looked up as the door was closing and no one was there.  The familiar scent filled the air around her again.

It couldn’t be, she thought.  There was no way
he
could have been there.  The doors opened again and she stepped off.  Pausing, she turned around looking back into the elevator.  No one.

“Trinket, you better get in here.  He’s here and he’s pissed. He wants to know what you are going to do about it this time.”  Lisa called out, shuffling a stack of papers before handing them to Trinket.

              “Where is he?”

“He is waiting in your office.”

Trinket went to the door of her office taking a deep breath she strolled in.  “Senator, I assure we are on top of this.  I already have the line ready to go, just doing last minute touch ups.”

The silver haired man looked worried.  He rubbed the stress between his brow.  “I have always done what I thought was  best for my family.  What do I have to do to make him understand, he cannot behave this way.  This is not about my image.  This is about his safety.”

Trinket sat down at her desk.  “If I were in your shoes, I would suggest rehab.  I don’t know that my advice is really all that good, and I certainly don’t have the experience in this situation to be giving out advice.  But that is what I would do.”

“We have tried rehab before, it never works.  He does good for a few months and then he’s right back at it.”

Trinket felt sadness for this man.  He was no longer a US Senator, no longer a client, he was a father who feared for his son’s safety.

“Have you ever thought about taking a long extended vacation with
him.  Maybe a month or so somewhere.  Let him dry up.  Then talk to him about the fears and concerns you have.”

“No.  I don’t know if I could even get him to agree to something like that.  But I guess at this point it is worth a shot.  Show me the release.”

She handed him the paper she had instructed Lisa to draw up and watched as he read over it.

“I don’t know how you come up with this, but you should scatter you
r talent maybe into writing.  You could really tell a story.”

“Well, thank you, but I wouldn’t know where to begin.”  She stood as the Senator stood, holding his hand out, she shook it firmly.

“I owe you for this one.”  With that, she watched as the Senator turned, walking out the door.

She heard the elevator ding and then the pushing of her door open and Lisa running in didn’t allow her to process anything she had just done.

              “Well?”  Lisa quizzed.

“Well what?  Of course it worked, like always.”  Trinket never doubted her ability when it came to PR work.  And the senator was right.  She had thought about writing before.  But that was when she had stories of her own to write about.

“Hey, can I ask you something?”  Lisa lowered her lids.

“Yeah.  What is it?  You look so serious.”

“Do you think less of me because of the club?”  This time Lisa looked directly at Trinket.

              “No.  Why would I?”

“Well, you didn’t seem to like it.  You left and didn’t tell any of us.”

“That was because you guys were busy.  I didn’t wanna intrude.”

“Oh yeah, I guess I wouldn’t have wanted you to.  After all, I can only imagine what I would have looked like to you.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?”  Trinket didn’t understand at all.  She already knew they  had sex.  What was it that she wasn’t sharing?

“If I tell you, you have to promise not to freak out on me.”

              “Okay.”

“I let him chain me up and flog the shit out of me.”

The minute Lisa told her, Trinket thought back to the woman.  Looking back now, the woman, that was Lisa.  Trinket felt nauseous.  It pained her to think that her friend would allow a man to do that to her.

“I know that look, Trinket.  I didn’t believe it at first either.  But it took me to a place where… I was free.  Floating.  No worries.  It was the most wonderful place I have ever been.”

Trinket didn’t say anything.  She couldn’t.  There was nothing to say.

“You know what you need?  You need a vacation.  There is this ranch, I think I have a brochure for it in my desk.  Do you like horses?”  Lisa thought a change of subject was in order.  She could tell Trinket wasn’t too keen on that lifestyle.

              “Yeah, but I’m to….”

“No, you’re not too busy.  How long have you worked here?  Like forever.  You have never taken a vacation or sick day.  You need to get away.  Relax and then regroup.”

“What does that have to do with what you just told me?”  Trinket raised a brow.  Curious as to where her friend was going with it.

“You look exhausted.  You have for a while now.  Get away.  One week.  It’s worth it.  I have never gone, but they say this ranch has healing powers.”

The kind of healing that Trinket needed, she wouldn’t get from horses.  “I don’t think so.  I can’t just take off.  And what exactly would I do there?”

“Learn how to ride a horse, find a cowboy and get laid.”  Lisa wiggled her eyebrows at Trinket playfully.

              “I don’t think so.”

“Just think about it.  Imagine.  You’re taking this long walk, picking wild flowers, soaking in the sun.  Tall, dark and handsome comes’ riding up on a horse.  He says, in a deep sexy voice, “Hop on and go for a ride.”  Just think, you know how you bounce up and down when you ride real fast, imagine what would happen if you rode without any clothes on.  Hot isn’t it.”

              “I don’t know that
that
kind of riding on top of an animal would be hot.”

“You’ll never know unless you try it.  I’m gonna go find that brochure.”

“How did I let myself get talked into this?”

Look
ing around the bedroom, she had been shown to when she got to the ranch.  She had a full size bed set up in the corner, a small table beside it along with one little dresser across from it.  There was a mirror hanging on the wall above the dresser.

Not much to look at
.”
She mumbled as she wondered how she was going to be able to fit her clothes in it.

“Knock, Knock.” Came a voice along with a light tap on the door that she had left open.  “Can I come in?”

Turning, she was surprised to see a young petite girl standing there.  “Uh, sure.” Motioning with her hand for the girl to come on in.

“Hi, I’m Melissa. My friends call me Mel.  I hope you will to.”

Trinket
already liked this girl.  Her smile seemed to be genuine. She was beautiful with long wavy midnight hair pulled back into a ponytail, lightly tanned complexion with bright blue eyes lined with long dark lashes.

What is this girl doing here?  She does
n’t belong on a ranch, she belongs on a magazine cover.

“I’m Trinket.” She stretched out her hand and was surprised when it was met with a firm handshake.  “So are you a guest here also?”

“No, I work here.  I wouldn’t dream of doing anything else.”  She walked over and ran her hand lovingly across the dresser.  Turning sharply on the heel of her cowboy boots, “I’m here to show you around and help you get settled in.”

“Well, I was just trying to figure out what to do with my clothes, I obviously over-packed.” Motioning to her bags strewn on the bed.

“Really all you’re gonna need is jeans, flannel, and of course boots. We don’t dress formally here so there’s really no reason to unpack a lot of this. We do have a barn dance on Saturday night so if you don’t have anything for that, I’m sure we could rustle up something.”

“That is gonna make this go a lot faster. I think I do have something for the dance.  I think I can probably do this later if you would like to show me around. I’m sure you have better things to do then babysit me.”

“Really I don’t mind, but if you would rather we can just go ahead and have a look around.”

Grabbing her light jacket, the two of them headed out this time making sure the door was closed tightly.
