           The revamp of the magazine was doing better than the fashion one. Our sales doubled the first year, showing kids all over the world doing karate and supporting their community. It was a great idea. Now we were complete. I softly said before I left my father’s office, “Thank you Dad, I love you too!”  I had happy tears in my eyes and Victor didn’t bother asking. It was like he knew.

            
 
         
About The Author

Ana Torres is 44 years old living with her husband in Northern California. She is married to her Pen-Pal Gilbert from California. They have been married 25 yrs, with three sons and have one granddaughter. She also has her two dachshunds, Mimi, and Joey. She has three sons, two of whom are in the US Army. She has enjoyed reading and writing from age 13. She had
made a goal list, because she has had Multiple Sclerosis from the age of 25, when
she was pregnant with her last son. She is from upstate New York from the small hometown of Newburgh.

  Now living in Manteca, California, in wine country, she was told the news she had MS when she woke up blind, the day after Christmas in 2001. Her life took a turn as she thought for the worse. She was legally blind in one eye (right) for two years and also her balance and walking became very uncontrollable. She was in a wheelchair for two years as well. MS may have dealt her a bad hand of cards in her life, but she hasn’t given in to the illness. She still manages to continue to reach her goals.

She has one eBook published  "Bedroom Eyes". She is working on it to make it a series. This is her second book she has written when she was in college. Reading is her passion along with writing when she can. If you enjoyed her books please leave a review it will help her reach her goal to be a better writer and come up with more stories. That has been locked away since she was told she has MS. Children stories is a project she has in mind. Testing the waters in what topic of books to write.
