Shuddering at the vivid image I took a step toward her,
and this seemed to snap her out of her examination. Nadia’s head snapped up and
the desire and yearning I saw in her eyes made my chest expand…but then she
blinked and took a step back.
“Well, come on slow poke. Everyone’s waiting for us.”
Smiling feverishly she grabbed the beach bag she’d brought down with her, and speed-walked
down to the beach.
I watched her hurry away, ass high and tight, in agony
and my hand gripped my aching dick instinctively. Damn, I was hurting. With a
dark humorous chuckle I jumped back in the pool for yet another cooling dip
before I made my way down to join the group.
The afternoon flew by as everyone enjoyed swimming,
volleyball, Jet Skiing, and boating. Nadia tried to hang back saying she needed
to watch Issy, but I made sure that I or someone else took a rotation at keeping
an eye on Issy so Nadia could take a turn on something. It became a mission for
me to make certain she had fun along with everyone else.
A lot of Issy’s shyness dissipated as she played in
the sun so she didn’t much care who kept on eye on her. And I got to see the
real Nadia in a social situation.
It was quite different from how she interacted with the
guys at the gaming table.
“Landon, I swear if you go over the net like that again
I’m going to accidently pop you in your garbage. That’s cheating.” Nadia yelled
as she missed another of Landon’s volleyball spikes. She’d been complaining
that his hand was going over the net in an illegal move.
Landon laughed uproariously. “My garbage? Did you mean
to say ‘my junk’?”
Nadia glared. “No, I mean garbage, it’s not even worthy
of being called ‘junk’.”
Everyone laughed, except for me. I knew it was all said
in fun, but I did not like her talking about Landon’s junk.
Landon smirked, not at all put out at her insult. “My
endowment is so legendary that even the women are jealous.” He retorted.
“Why would I be jealous of something I have myself?”
Nadia countered holding up her pinky.
Noah and Evan doubled over in laughter. “Oh, damn. That
is too funny.” Noah gasped out.
“Just because you can’t block a spike doesn’t mean you
need to get personal and spout erroneous misconceptions.” Landon gave her an
offended look.
“That’s not what she said.” Nadia quipped.
Landon rolled his eyes. “That’s entirely the wrong way
to utilize that.”
“That’s what she said.” Was her comeback.
“Please…stop…hurts.” Noah gasped laughing from his bent
over position.
I watched Nadia interact with Landon in irritation. I
was pleased she was getting along with Landon, and the rest of my friends, but she
was giving them too much of her attention and it was making me feel more than a
bit put out. I wanted her to hang and joke with me…which I admit she had been,
but I wanted more than the cool friendliness she was offering me.
“Nadia…I think Issy has fallen asleep.” Luka reported.
I glanced over to see that Issy was indeed falling
asleep under an umbrella next to a sandcastle she’d been working on. It was off
to the side from where we’d been playing volleyball after a dinner of hot dogs
and hamburgers. The little girl had to be tired after the day she had.
Nadia walked over and I followed unable to stay behind
as she moved forward. Kneeling down she gently gave the girl a shake and Issy
looked up at her half asleep. “You ready for bed,
devochka
.”
“
Da.”
Issy answered sleepily.
While it made me hot when Nadia spoke Russian, Issy
just made it adorable.
“Can she walk, or should I carry her.” I asked.
Nadia looked up at me. She was wearing sunglasses as
well as her hat so I couldn’t see much of her face. Both of them had been worn
most of the afternoon to keep as much sun off her face as possible she’d said.
She’d also slathered herself, and Issy, with sunscreen constantly for the same
reason, and pulled on a cover-up before dinner, but I could still see that Nadia
had gotten quite pink.
“No, but thanks. She needs to wake up some so I can
hose her down. You guys finish the game while I go do this.” She called out helping
Issy up.
“This will probably be my last game, Nadia.” Carrie
called. “I need a shower myself.” Nic walked up behind her and whispered
something in her ear which had Carrie blushing and looking around like she was
afraid someone might have heard before smiling and hitting him halfheartedly.
“But make sure you come back down, okay. We have games planned.”
Nadia smiled in agreement as she led Issy back up to
the house. My gaze followed them and I had to physically restrain myself from
trailing after her. I’d never had that desire for a girl before, not even
Melissa. It was an almost compulsive need to be near her. I’d been experiencing
it all day.
Walking back over to the volleyball court I joined back
in the game with less enthusiasm. When it was finished we all trudged back up
to the house. All of us were feeling the activity of the day. It most likely wouldn’t
stop us from having a late night though.
“So, what are we doing tonight; hitting the bars or
hanging out here?” Evan asked.
“Nadia’s only twenty so she can’t drink at the bars,
and neither can Carrie. And then we have Samantha and Luka. Samantha’s at least
eighteen but still in high school, while Luka’s underage. I don’t think either Carrie
or Nadia will take off to the bars with relatives here that can’t go. If Carrie
doesn’t go than neither will Nic. Blake probably won’t care either way.” I
stated just for factual purposes.
“Thanks for the down load without giving me any
intimation of what were doing?” Evan grunted.
“Need to know the facts first before you make a
decision.” I grumbled.
“I have a feeling Seth’s waiting to find out what one
tall blonde Russian is going to do.” Landon said from behind me.
I didn’t bother to acknowledge him since it was true.
“I’m staying here, Seth.” Luka stated blandly walking
in front of us without turning around.
I chuckled at his comeback. Landon snorted.
“Well, Seth was right about me. I’m staying here with
Samantha.” Carrie reported.
“He’s also right about me.” Nic responded, his arm
around Carrie.
“Blake, what do you want to do?” Evan asked.
“Seth’s right again, I’m good with whatever. Maybe we
could hang out for a few and then hit the bar.”
“Smart man.” Landon said. “We got two and a half
whipped guys here and I don’t want to sit around all night watching them drool
over each other.”
Noah gave Landon a light slap on the head. “I don’t
drool, I slaver numbnuts, and Amanda and I might want to hit the bars with you.”
“Let’s hit the showers and we’ll figure it out after.”
I grumbled sliding through the French doors behind Luka, and then followed him
up the stairs. He gave me an unreadable eyebrow lift and curled lip before entering
the bedroom he was staying in.
He knew I was interested in his sister and from that
inscrutable look I assumed he was okay with it, but still keeping his eye on
me.
I couldn’t hear anything from Nadia’s room as I stepped
into mine, and I wondered if she was in the shower…naked…soaping herself up. It
was a random guy thought I couldn’t control which elicited the typical guy
reaction…a prominent hard-on. A hard-on I’d been sporting for weeks whenever
Nadia popped into my head.
My mind may have only decided to pursue Nadia this last
week, but my body had been craving her since the first time I’d seen her. That
had been my problem while still with Melissa, I’d been thinking about Nadia
while having sex with her.
Climbing in the shower I wondered if this was what Nic
went through while dating Carrie. He’d had to learn patience with her when he
wasn’t accustomed to waiting, and I’d ragged on him about having to masturbate.
Now here I was in the same state, ready to take my meat
in hand after a long day of watching Nadia in her bikini. Torture didn’t come
close to how it had felt watching her bounce around in that thing all damn day,
or having to deal with the rest of the guys admiring her in it as well. When
Blake had jumped in the water this afternoon to help her out with her ski’s all
I’d wanted to do was drag the asshole away from her.
He’d seemed a little too eager to lend a hand.
Forgoing brief satisfactory relief, at least until
later, I hastily washed the sand from my body and hair. Afterwards I donned a
simple pair of shorts and a t-shirt and slipped out of the bedroom just in time
to catch Nadia leaving her room, gently shutting the door behind her.
She gave a slight start when she spotted me and what I
thought might be apprehension flashed in her eyes before she quickly recovered.
It was nice to be able to see and observed her features again without the
sunglasses and hat.
“Issy sleeping?” I asked.
Nadia nodded. “Dead to the world.”
I grinned. “She played hard today.”
A commiserating smile touched her lips. “I know what
she feels like. I’m a bit worn out myself.”
She looked breathtaking refreshed to me. Her face had
definitely gotten some sun even with all the coverage she’d tried to
implement…probably from those times she’d been in the water without the hat or
glasses…but it only added an extra brilliance to her skin. Another pair of
shorts showcased those long legs of her, white ones this time, and a wispy
peach tank top fell loose down to around her hips. Her hair was mostly up in
some clasp thingy apart from a chunky long section in the front that fell and
curled alongside her cheek.
Damn, she was gorgeous!
“The guys mentioned going out later, but I assume you
probably want to stay in?” I inquired just to make sure.
She nodded firmly a humorous glint in her eye.
“Definitely. I’d end up being a lump in a seat where ever we went anyway.”
“A very stunning lump though.” I countered.
Aquamarine eyes shifted away indicating she was
discomfited which was incongruent with how she normally took a compliment. The
guys at the gaming tables showered her with flattery and suggestive remarks all
the time and she seemed to take them all in stride…almost as her due. Now she
seemed almost embarrassed.
Just another addition to her anomalous character.
“Uh, thanks.” She moved down the hall. “So, is everyone
going out then?”
I walked alongside her. “No, Nic and Carrie are
definitely staying in because Samantha can’t go to the bars.”
“Oh.”
I couldn’t be sure, but I think there might have a sigh
of relief in that ‘oh.’ “I’ll be staying as well.” I added.
Pause. “Ohh.”
My lip twitched at the extra ‘h’ on that sound. I
probably should feel affronted that she seemed a bit put out that I was
staying, but I didn’t get the impression that it was because she disliked me. I
think Nadia was wary of me.
I’d take that. It was something to work with.
We arrived in the living area to see that Luka,
Samantha, Blake, Landon, and Evan had made it back down and were lounging on
the veranda. Nic and Carrie were most likely taking longer because they were
canoodling. Noah and Amanda could be doing that as well but if they’d planned
to go out than Amanda was probably using the extra time to make herself up.
As Nadia and I stepped out doors Noah came out seconds
later, alone, confirming my second theory.
Landon, Blake and Evan were getting a fire started in
the fire place while Samantha and Luka sat and talked on the sidelines. Those
two seemed to have bonded quickly, doubtless because they were the only high
schooler’s in the group. And while Luka may only be a sophomore and Samantha a senior,
Luka seemed older than his age. Not just his physical body, but his mentality
as well.
Both Nadia and Luka seemed older than their years. It
was a testament to the life they’d lived.
“This reminds me of a joke.” Nadia said slumping down
in a patio seat like her legs couldn’t hold her up any longer. “How many
lacrosse players does it take to start a fire?”
Luka waved his hand in the air frenetically.” Oh, pick
me. I know this.”
Samantha giggled behind her hand while the guys all
looked at Nadia.
Nadia grinned at Luka. “Yes you do, but can you say it
without ruining the concept of the joke”
Luka lowered his hand with a frown. “I see your point.”
“How many?” Samantha asked eagerly. Anything that made
fun of her brother she probably was keen to hear.
“None, they get too distracted playing with their
sticks they forget about the fire.”
Samantha’s mouth gaped in comical surprise while Luka
laughed with gusto.
I was slightly glad I passed up on jacking myself off
earlier. Her joke seemed a little too close for comfort.
“It’s called a shaft, honey, there’s nothing stick like
about it.” Landon retorted.
“That’s not what she said.” Nadia quipped.
Landon rolled his eyes while everyone else laughed.
“Landon, she can go on forever like that. She does work
with a crew of male plumber’s.” Luka laughingly informed him.
Nadia was shaking her head in lamentation. “Ahh, men
and their pipes. They think they know everything but its just hollow
philosophy.”
I grinned at her subtle insinuation that men had
nothing packing in their so called ‘pipes’.
“My ‘philosophy’ is not hollow, thank you.” Blake
contested grinning at Nadia appreciatively.
