The Black Tongue
The Black Tongue is the second-oldest language after Elvish. It was originally spoken by the dark creatures of Ralvaniar. Now it is the tongue of Saviadro and his minions, but only he, the Forsworn, trolls, ogres, and goblins speak it fluently.
Darkling Men learn it only as a third language, after their own tribal dialect and the Common Tongue. As a result, many of the dark creatures are forced to speak a bastardized version of the Black Tongue, combined with Common, in order to make themselves understood by their Darkling Men peers.
