I went out into the kitchen and got the box of chocolate-covered cherries and took one out.

When I got back in the bedroom, Gavin was sitting up on the bed.

"Whatchya doing?" he flirted.

"Lay back down and I'll show you."

He smiled that heart-melting half smile he does, and laid back down. I unwrapped the chocolate-covered cherry and bit off the flat bottom, careful not to break the round shell or spill the syrup inside. I broke the bottom in half, and placed a half on each of his nipples. Then I took out the cherry and put it in my mouth, careful not to bite it, as I poured the syrup down his chest and stomach. I put the round, empty chocolate shell on the tip of his penis, and then I kissed him and used my tongue to guide the cherry into his mouth.

I kissed his neck as he chewed and swallowed the cherry, then moved down to the top of his pelvis and began licking the syrup off of him while I ran my fingernails up and down his sides. He quivered, and his growing excitement aroused me even more. It was getting pretty hot, and the chocolate on his nipples began to melt. He gripped tightly on his pillow when I started sucking the chocolate off his nipples, gently biting each of them when I had finished the chocolate.

I moved up to his face, brushed his cheek with my hand, and kissed him fiercely.

Intentionally, I had saved the chocolate shell for last. I moved down his body, slowly again, and again kissing his skin as I moved. When I got to his penis, I gripped the base tightly in my hand and put my mouth around the chocolate tip. I sucked hard on the chocolate, and the heat from my mouth and from him melted it enough that it had conformed to the shape of the head of his penis. I ran my tongue around, playing with the tip until the chocolate had completely dissolved. I flicked the edge of his helmet with my tongue, then let him go as deep in my mouth as I could. He moaned, and reached down and took my hands in his, entwining our fingers.

I took one last large mouthful of his penis, and then I got up on top of him and straddled over him. Moving aside the crotch of my panties, I slid down his shaft. He put his hands on my waist and gripped my teddy tightly. I moved up and down, threw back my head, and moaned. I looked back at him and flashed him a sexy smile, and placed my hands on his upper arms. We moved together, and I loved the feel of him rubbing against every inch inside of me. I quivered at this blissful feeling, and he squeezed my waist with his hands. I put my hands on his pecks and gripped them. His face scrunched in pleasure, and I knew he was close. So was I.

I leaned down and sucked lightly on the softer skin of his neck, and he wrapped his arms around me and held me tight against him. Then with another thrust in sync, we both came. I sighed his name, and he whispered mine back to me. I lay down on top of him and we kissed passionately, slightly tugging playfully at each other’s lips. We lay there for a while in one another's arms, resting in deep satisfaction, caressing each other softly and kissing happily.

Getting back on set after such wonderful days off was easier than I thought it would be. Everything seemed to fall into place, and the cast and crew were more comfortable with each other than I had remembered. Gavin and I tried to keep our flirting under control, but the desire we had for each other seemed rather apparent to me. I didn’t know if anyone else could tell we had been seeing each other, but no one let on they knew if they did.

Gavin had told his manager about us, and his manager recommended keeping our romance a secret until after the theatrical run of
Bittersweet Memories
. His manager said that if Gavin’s fans knew he was off the market, they would not attend, which would mean a lower box office return, which would then mean making it harder for Gavin to land his next role. Gavin seemed hesitant about this when he told me, but I could see the manager’s reasoning. Still, keeping our newfound love a secret seemed a little shady to me. Between scenes, we sat in his trailer and cuddled.

“I don’t really like the idea, Megan,” said Gavin. “But that’s what he’s telling me to do. I’m not sure if I should listen or ignore it.”

“Well,” I said, trying to be supportive. “I can understand. I mean, your career is just taking off, Gavin. We shouldn’t do anything to jeopardize that.”

“I appreciate that, but what does it matter if people know? I am pretty sure my manager overestimates my fans’ dedication to me. And even though it’s been a year, it’s still kind of strange to say ‘my fans.’”

“I think you may underestimate how desirable you are, Gavin. When I first heard that I was going to be working with you, I nearly fainted! You’re huge now, whether you know it or not.”

“Well, I’m not sure I want to be. I mean, I just like acting. I never really thought I’d get fame out of it; it’s just something I wanted to do because I love doing it.”

I smiled, and touched his face.

“Like it or not, you’re too good at it to go unnoticed. You should’ve stuck to stage,” I teased him.

He laughed with me and kissed my forehead.

We sat in each other’s arms for a while, until a production assistant knocked on the door. Startled, we jumped up and grabbed our scripts that had been sitting on the table, and pretended we had been rehearsing the whole time. The knocking came again.

“Come in,” Gavin yelled.

The P.A. opened the door and poked his head in.

“Sorry to bother you, but you’re both due back on set in five.”

“Thank you- five,” Gavin said, smiling warmly at the young man. “And you’re no bother, Ben.”

The young P.A. beamed knowing that Gavin knew his name. I felt a little guilty that I had not been paying attention to some of the crewmembers- after all, we wouldn’t even have a production without them. I had just been so excited about working on a big-budget film that I had forgotten the little details. I made mental note of the P.A.’s name- Ben, I repeated in my head- and told myself I would start being more social with all the crew, even though there was only a few weeks left of filming.

“I better run over to hair and make-up real quick,” I said, standing. “Should make sure that Stacy is happy with my hair and fixes anything that you may have gotten out of place.”

“Oh, so it’s my fault?” Gavin said playfully.

“Well, if I hadn’t fallen for you, then who would be messing up my hair every day?”

Gavin grabbed my arm and pulled me into his lap, wrapping his arms around my waist.

“Yea, I guess that’s about all I’m good for, isn’t it?” he teased.

I kissed him, tasting his lips and welcoming his delicious breath into my mouth. He held me tight, and I played with the nape of his neck. I loved the outfit wardrobe had put me in- a light summer dress with a pretty floral pattern- and Gavin liked it, too. It made it easy for him to slip his hands underneath and touch me. Although I wanted to just stay and be with him, I lightheartedly grabbed his hand and pushed it away.

“If you start that, we’ll both be late!” I said, smiling at him.

“They can do the movie without us,” he joked. “We’re only the leads.”

I stood up, bent over, and planted a sexy little kiss on his lips. Then I turned and walked out of the trailer, feeling him watch me as I left.

The scene we were filming today was one that I had been looking forward to since first reading the script. My character, Lizzy, and Gavin’s character, Dante, were finally realizing their passion for each other. It started out with Lizzy yelling and Dante about what an idiot he was and how mad she was at him that he never made a move or realized how great they’d be together. Dante starts fighting back, saying that he only held himself because he knew he would never have a chance with someone so perfect, telling Lizzy that she was his dream girl and that he had been in love with her since they first met seven years ago.

In the scene, Lizzy starts to realize all the things that Dante has done for her over the course of their friendship- he had been there for everything: he picked her up during her darkest hours but also helped her celebrate on her best days. He had always given her gifts with such personal meaning, and always made sure she got home safe each night. Lizzy realized Dante was the one who had helped her nurse a broken heart when her ex left her, and never left her side while her dad was dying. She realized how much she truly loved Dante, and finally saw that he had always loved her.

The scene was set outside on a boat dock. Dante is about to get in this little motorboat and head out to sea, not sure where he’s heading but wanting to find a new start. Lizzy comes to get him and tell him how mad she is. The scene ends with a zealous first kiss between Dante and Lizzy.

Gavin and I had rehearsed the scene countless times. We knew it would have to be the gem of the whole film. It’s set during the middle of a hot summer, but it was a rather chilly day. As we went through the scene, I held in my shivers and we both tried our best to give the performance of a lifetime.

“Cut!” yelled the director, Sal, after Lizzy and Dante had embraced. Gavin and I lingered longer in the kiss, and Sal had to yell “cut” again to get our attention.

We had given it our all, but there’s always that knot in the pit of an actor’s stomach that wonders whether the director is pleased or pissed. Sal walked over to Gavin and me, and just stared for a moment.

“I don’t know what’s going on,” Sal said. “But that was brilliant! I haven’t seen such chemistry on set since Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey! Amazing! Do it again, kids- we’re going to change angles.”

Gavin and I took our places from the top of the scene, and prepared ourselves to get ready to start the scene again. I tried to block out Megan’s feelings of wanting to kiss Gavin and let in all of Lizzy’s anger at Dante. A couple of deep breaths got my focus back. Sal and the crew took several minutes to reset to the new angle, and I tried to keep my gaze off of Gavin. I wanted- no,
needed
- his kiss again.

When the cameras and lights were almost done being rearranged, the young P.A. who had come to the trailer earlier walked up to me.

“Miss Manning,” he said. “Would you like some water?”

He held out a bottle of water toward me. I smiled at him and took it.

“Please, call me Megan,” I said. “Thank you very much, Ben.”

Ben smiled at me with friendly eyes. He couldn’t have been more than seventeen or so. He walked over and offered a bottle to Gavin as well.

“QUIET ON THE SET!” the assistant director yelled.

Sal took his seat, and said “Action” to the A.D. The A.D. yelled it out for everyone to hear.

Gavin and I began the scene. I could still feel the moisture from his lips on mine from the last take, and I had to pull all my focus to just be able to give another good performance. When it came to the moment of the kiss, I had to remind myself again that I was still Lizzy and this was a first kiss.

“Cut!” Sal yelled just before Gavin’s lips met mine. I felt so cheated.

“Let’s go back and do the first few lines again, up until the middle of the scene.”

We went through the scene again and again until twilight came, but I never got to kiss Gavin again. Perhaps it was a good thing, though- not having him so close kept my libido in check and allowed me to easily give myself completely over to being Lizzy.

After a couple more shots, Sal told Gavin he was wrapped, so Gavin headed back to wardrobe. They wanted to get a couple of reaction shots from me in the twilight. Make-up came in and retouched me, preparing my face for the close-ups. Ben, the P.A., was kind enough to read Gavin’s lines to me. It felt so surreal, being the center of attention with so many crewmembers watching, but I pushed them all out of my head to be sure they didn’t interrupt Lizzy’s frame of mind.

When Sal said we were all wrapped for the night, I thanked him and headed back to wardrobe to change. I didn’t really want to change out of the dress- it was so pretty and comfortable, and I felt very sexy in it. I put on the tank top and jeans that I had come in with that morning and headed back to my trailer to get my purse. I wished I had remembered a jacket, but I could deal with the slight chill in the air.

When I got to the trailer, Gavin was waiting outside leaning against to the door. He had already changed back into his own clothes and was waiting for me. I slipped my hand around his, looked around to see that we were alone, and pecked him on the lips. He moved out of the way of the door and I opened it.

“It won’t give the wrong impression if someone sees you come in here, will it?” I asked.

“What do you mean?” he asked.

“I mean, about what your manager said.”

He waved his hand and smiled, dismissing the comment.

“First of all, I doubt anyone here is going to run and tell the tabloids.”

He paused.

“…and second of all?” I inquired.

“Second of all, I’m crazy about you, and I want to be with you.”

I bit my lip, holding in my giddiness as best I could. I stepped up into the trailer, pulling him in after me. Gavin closed the door behind him, and I stood in the main area of the trailer. He came up to me and put his arms around my waist and pulled me in as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

“I can’t tell you how badly I’ve wanted to do this all day,” he said.

Then he kissed me. It was deep and smooth. His hands pulled me even closer until I was pressed completely against him. My heart pounded, and even though we had spent the entire day working together, it felt like I hadn’t seen him at all. He pulled his lips apart from mine, and I giggled a little. He pressed his forehead against mine, and the entire world faded away.
