Ingredients
2 large cap mushrooms
¼ cup of tomato puree
½ Goat’s cheese, torn or crumbled
Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
On a baking tray bake mushrooms for 5 minutes, underside up
Remove from oven and cut or scoop out the underside. Add to a bowl.
Add the tomato puree to the bowl and mix well. Generously add pepper.
Stuff this mixture back into the mushroom caps and return to oven for 7 minutes.
Add the goat’s cheese on top of the mixture and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Ingredients
Bag of kale
Sea Salt
Ground black pepper
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Lay kale chips on baking tray. Season with olive, salt and pepper.
Bake until crispy.
