"Of course you are," gasped Pavel, moving his ass in the air like it were a prize for putting on a condom. "But you know how to put it on, right?"

"Do I look twelve or something?" Aiden pouted, rolling on the rubber and then squeezing out the lube onto his fingers from a small packet.

Pavel muttered something Aiden couldn't understand, but the way he went down to his elbows, presenting his delicious ass, spoke volumes. All Aiden wanted was to push in already but he considered himself a gentleman, so he used his fingers first, rubbing them on the puckered skin. That called for a sigh. Two sighs, to be precise.

Pavel leaned into the touch, slowly pulling on his own cock. "Yeah."

"I love a big guy on the bottom," Aiden murmured, trailing kisses up Pavel's back and pushing in two fingers. They were slim, so most guys didn't mind. Pavel certainly didn't. He pushed back, taking them in up to the knuckles. His hole tightened around the digits just right, not like it hurt him. It was an invitation if Aiden ever saw one.

"Just... come on!"

"Oh, yeah!" Aiden crooked his fingers in the hot tightness, touching its soft walls past the sphincter. Pavel writhed, rolling his hips back to take more.

"Jesus, it's a quickie. Your cock!"

Pavel didn't have to repeat that. Aiden pulled out his fingers and slid his throbbing dick against the slicked up hole. He couldn't wait to be swallowed by that tight ring of muscle. He sank in right to the root, and it was so good that, for a moment, he could hardly breathe. His only regrets were that he couldn't feel that heat on his bare skin and his sperm would be wasted in the rubber. Maybe he could shoot all over Pavel's back? That would work for him.

"Oh, fuck!" Pavel grunted, arching his back and running his fingers through the short hair on his head, as if he didn't know what to do with his hands.

"Tell me how much you like it!" Aiden rolled his hips against the meaty flesh of Pavel's buttocks, but didn't pull out. He bowed down to kiss his partner's nape and hugged his back. It felt as if the muscles were squeezing on the root of his cock, keeping him in place, powerless to escape. Not that he wanted to escape.

Pavel raised his head and rubbed his cheek against Aiden's hair. His body kept gently rocking back and forth, covered by a light sheen of sweat and trembling. "I
fucking
love it!"

That was enough to pull Aiden into a steady rhythm. He slid his hands to Pavel's chest to rub his firm pecs and tried to listen to his new lover's body, the way he moved, the way he moaned, the way he trembled. Soon, they connected in harmony, and Aiden did his best to stroke him inside just right. Pavel kept brushing his face against Aiden's dreadlocks, leaning his head back for breathless kisses and hungry glances. In the throes of passion, Aiden forgot about the rubber as he drove them both deeper into the pleasure.

Aiden slid his hands down Pavel's tight stomach and smiled into his lips, rushing for release, pistoning in and out of that tight ass. Pavel slouched, breaking the kiss and dropping to his elbows where he muffled his moans with his forearm. His body spasmed and then clamped down hard on Aiden's cock, as if it wanted to bite it off.

"Ohfucksogood!" Aiden shoved in a few last times, barely breathing and covered in sweat. He shut his eyes tight as he came and only seconds later realized he didn't get to shoot on Pavel's ass and back.
Oh, well, you can't have everything.

They collapsed into the cardboard, a tangled mass of sweaty, trembling limbs. For once, Pavel's body felt soft and boneless.

"You," Pavel gasped, struggling to even his breath, "are a great fuck."

Aiden's smile widened and he kissed Pavel's salty arm. "The pleasure's all mine, I assure you."

Pavel answered with a groan, leaning back for a lazy kiss. "So, give me your mobile?"

"What? You're mugging me now?" Aiden laughed and patted his hip, but pulled away to get rid of the condom. He tied it but couldn't bring himself to leave it in the 'Paper only' bin, so he got to his knees and pushed the lid open.

Pavel let out a tired breath, but eventually sat back on his heels to get himself in order. "No, I want to give you my number."

"Sure." Aiden put the condom on one of the closed lids and ducked back into the bin to find his phone. Now this was one satisfying scavenging outing.

A few minutes later, after gathering all the essentials, they were back on solid ground—
ehem
, asphalt. Aiden grabbed the condom and looked around for the proper bin with Pavel's torch in hand.

"Just drop it." Pavel leaned against their orange love nest, putting his number into Aiden's phone before handing it back.

"Do you know how long it takes for these things to decompose?" He finally threw it into the right container.

Pavel lifted his eyebrows. "Not really."

"Thousands of years." Aiden couldn't stop smiling, though. "So, I try to keep the rubber usage to a minimum." He went over to the food bins and started picking out the nicest vegetables and fruit. He heard Pavel's footsteps approaching.

"Are you one of those eco people?"

"'Eco people'? You mean healthy, happy, good to the planet, and lasting long in the sack?"

Pavel gave him an incredulous look. "How can you be healthy if you eat out-of-date food?" He indicated Aiden's prizes with a broad gesture.

"Seriously? Look at it all. It's thrown out today, but it's all good to eat. Even the pastries and breads, they're from this morning. And it's
free
. How can you argue with that?" Aiden picked out a particularly gorgeous apple for emphasis.

Pavel walked over and frowned at the fruit. "It looks well."

"And if it looks well and tastes good, it's a no brainer." Aiden smiled and leaned in for a kiss.

Pavel sighed. "Just like you." He drew back, letting Aiden gather his things, and then strolled over to the nearest container.

Aiden bit on his lip, and his heart skipped a beat. He didn't know what to say to something that sweet, especially when, judging from Pavel's tone, it wasn't meant to be sweet. He heard Pavel rummage through the leftover food. "You might be right. It's been baked today."

Aiden gave him a self-assured smirk. "Of course I'm right."

As he gathered all the remaining fruit, he heard a sound of paper being ripped behind his back, followed by a groan. "That's good. Prefer it heated, though. Bacon's best fresh from the pan."

Aiden's eyelid twitched as he turned back in horror to look at Pavel devouring a sausage and bacon roll.

Fuck.

He'd just slept with a carnivore.

K.A. Merikan is a joint project of Kat and Agnes Merikan who jokingly claim to share one mind. They finish each other's sentences and simultaneously come up with the same ideas.

In 2006, a mutual friend invited them over to a party and, after a whole night of chatting and watching movies, the idea of writing a novel together came up. It marked the beginning of both a professional collaboration and lasting friendship for Kat and Agnes.

The beginning was a serialized online novel (in Polish), but after that, more and more ideas kept coming, and in a few years of writing, the project was taken to a new level—to writing in English and self-publishing.

In May 2012, they decided to share their work and have since then self-published two novellas,
Scavengers: July
and
Scavengers: August
.

Kat Merikan is a freelance illustrator and fashion enthusiast whose favorite things include chili chips, stiletto shoes, and cats.

Agnes Merikan aspires to become a sexologist. She loves chocolate, dogs, and all things kitch.

It is easiest to find them in galleries, good restaurants, and historical sites, always with a computer or notebook, because for Kat and Agnes, every day is writing day. Future plans include lots of travel and a villa on the coast of Italy or a flat in Paris where they could retire after yet another crazy venture, only to write more hot M/M romance.

Kat and Agnes enjoy writing various kinds of stories, from light-hearted romances to thrillers. They love creating characters that are not easy to classify as good or evil and firmly believe that even villains deserve their happy endings.
