As to my own
conclusions
and belief

,
these probably
aren’t
hard
to
glean
,
so
I’ll
only
offer
this
in closing: If I had a son
in the 17 to 30
-year
age bracket
,
who lived
anywhere
in the
Interstate 90 and 94
corridor
, I’d urge him to
be
extremely
vigilan
t
when
ever
he was out and about, especially if with his friends and drinking
in the months of
September through April
.

Because one thing
is
for
sure
in all this
, if
a young man
fails to exercise caution
these days
and he’s
bright, popular
and
athletic,
there’s an ever growing possibility he
could
simply
disappear
one night
,
and
end
up
later
in a nearby body of water,
drowned
.
