Ross finished securing the bow tie at his neck and stepped back from his mirror. They’d retired to their rooms an hour ago, making sure that Becca had plenty of time to prepare herself for this evening. He briefly wondered what she thought of the dress they’d provided her, but his immediate thoughts went to his brother. Ross hadn’t let on in any way, but he definitely felt the underlying tension in Lane throughout the day. He wanted it gone before they started their evening.

Shutting off the light in his dressing room, Ross made his way through his bedchamber and across the hallway to Lane’s suite. Not bothering to knock, Ross twisted the knob and opened his door. Stepping inside, he closed it behind him. Lane was just coming out of his adjoining lavatory, headed for his dressing room.

“Ready?”

“Not quite,” Ross replied, leaning up against the door. He crossed his arms so that Lane knew he meant business. “What was up with you today?”

“Nothing.”

“Bullshit. You and I both know that Becca has a streak of insecurity a mile wide. It’s our job, as her Dominants, to ensure that she feels safe with us. She needs to trust us—that’s paramount.”

“I’m well aware of that, Ross. I don’t need you to remind me.”

“Then what the hell is your problem? This week couldn’t have gone better if, well, we did plan it, but that’s beside the point. Becca’s exactly what we want, in a woman and a sub. Are you getting cold feet in regards to sharing her?”

“No,” Lane said, shaking his head. He, too, was going to wear a tuxedo. His brother sat down on the edge of his bed, leaning his elbows against his knees. Ross noticed Lane’s right hand was flexing as if he had his favorite stress ball from the office. “I know this is going to sound crazy, but it’s going too well.”

“Too well?”

“Yes, too well.” Lane contracted and expanded his hand some more. “Either Kennedy is that damn good at her job, or we fucking suck at finding women. Think about it, Ross. We decided two years ago that we were done playing around with subs from the clubs and started looking for someone that we can share. There was something wrong with every one of them, whether it was a physical, emotional, or mental disconnection. And then Kennedy gets wind that we still haven’t found
the one
and within two weeks, she brings us Becca.”

“For once in your life, Lane, could you just get with the program?” Ross pushed away from the door and took the few steps toward the middle of the room. “I really don’t want to lose her because you feel something’s too easy for a change.”

“Has there ever been a time in our lives where something
was
easy?” Lane finally stopped flexing his hand and looked up at Ross. “I’m having trouble adjusting to our business finally running smoothly, the Order about to ask us to serve on the executive committee, and us finding a woman who is our perfect submissive.”

“Not to burst your bubble, bro, but we still have an important meeting regarding additional assets under management next week, the Order hasn’t asked us anything as of yet, because they are waiting to see how our two-month trial goes with Becca, and as for her being ours—you better get your head out of your ass and help me make sure she remains ours.”

“Trust you to put everything in perspective,” Lane said, giving a light laugh. He finally stood and headed to his dressing room, calling back over his shoulder, “I’m still the older brother.”

“Whatever,” Ross replied, turning on his heels. He couldn’t wait to see what Becca looked like in the dress they picked out. Better yet, he couldn’t wait to see her face when they inserted her new toy. They had two more days before they could fuck her. There was no better time than the present to get her ready for the two of them. “I still think Mom got us mixed up. You keep acting the way you are, and I’ll start diving into our old birth records to prove it. Now get your ass moving. I can guarantee our little sub is getting impatient.”

Chapter Eleven

Becca walked into the foyer of a very elegant and extremely wealthy residence located thirty miles outside of the city in Lake Forest. A circular staircase, located to the left of the foyer and traveling the entire circumference of the reception hall, was something Becca had only ever seen in pictures. The marble floor was an immaculate white travertine and all Becca kept thinking was how the tranquil stone contrasted with the anxiety she felt. She gave a nervous laugh. Becca was positive this place required a massive staff, which would have more in common with her than any of the guests here tonight. What made Lane and Ross think that she’d blend in at a function like this? She was more than likely going to embarrass them. She would use the wrong fork or some other horrible social misstep. Who was she going to fool? Ross and Lane were in for a rude awakening.

“Remember, you are not to speak or look any other Dominant in the eye, unless directed to do so by your Masters,” Lane murmured, his voice stern but low in her ear. “Follow our lead during dinner and you will be fine. This is a gathering of the Order, friends and acquaintances of ours, so there will be many subs in attendance. Before the evening concludes, you will be permitted to mingle with the other submissives. Your one and only focus right now will be to perform as you have been trained.”

Lane’s hand on her lower back reminded Becca of what she was wearing, pulling her thoughts back to before when they were driven here by a driver that Lane and Ross used from a town car service when needed. They had greeted the driver by name, but Becca couldn’t remember what it was, because she’d been too busy trying to climb into the vehicle without anyone noticing that something was wrong. Becca was wearing a medium-size butt plug with a remote controlled vibrator that they thought would match perfect with the dress she was wearing. She knew the size, because they had shared that piece of information with her. They didn’t want a smaller one to slide out at an inappropriate time. Lane had mentioned another reason to Ross, which he had said too low for her to hear. Becca wasn’t sure she agreed or disagreed with their reasoning, as her emotions were waging a war with each other. It felt a lot bigger than medium-size and it had created a burning sensation back there.

“Here come our hosts,” Ross said, as he flanked her other side.

As Becca waited to be introduced to the two men who were walking their way, her mind couldn’t help but drift back to when she had entered the living room to the sight of two gorgeous men standing in tuxedos. Becca had been well aware of their eyes taking in every inch of her skin as she turned around as directed. They’d ordered her a sophisticated black dress that appeared conservative in the front with a scoop neck, stopping short at midthigh. It was adorned with long sleeves that hugged her arms, only to flair with black lace around her wrists. The striking focal point turned out to be the back of—or lack of—the dress. The material at her back draped down below her spine, showing the first three inches of her ass crack. Her crevice could feel the air travel down her ass as she walked. She was surprised to feel sexy, beautiful, and worthy.

As if Becca wasn’t already self-conscious about how low the material settled against her butt cheeks, though, Ross had ordered her to bend over at the waist. She didn’t hesitate and immediately placed her hands on her calves and pulled. Thinking he wanted to ensure she wasn’t wearing any panties, Becca was startled when he and Lane started to describe what they’d bought for her.

Becca hadn’t lied when she told Ms. Van Camp that she’d never had anal sex. She had never played in that area, so having Lane’s hands on her cheeks to assist Ross in inserting a butt plug was beyond anything she could wrap her mind around. She felt vulnerable, yet yearned to know what she’d been missing. That was, until Ross started to guide a stainless steel plug into her anus. The shocking feel of the cool metal tip had Becca biting her lip to keep from screaming out the word
yellow
.

“Harrison, Grant—thank you for hosting this evening,” Lane said, bringing Becca’s attention to the present. He was shaking hands with them, hopefully in order so that Becca knew who was who. She kept her eyes downcast as directed, but was surprised when Ross greeted them as well with no introduction to her whatsoever. Was she to be invisible? Becca wasn’t sure how she felt about that. “These quarterly social functions are working out rather well, a distinct disparity from our regular activities.”

“Yes, they are,” Harrison replied.

Becca could feel their eyes on her. Was Harrison aware that she had a shiny metal butt plug inserted in her anus? A small contraction clenched the hard toy at the first vibration, spurring her body into an aroused state. It was very hard to concentrate on anything else as her whole body felt flush. The feeling of Ross sliding the plug into her had been unlike anything she’d ever experienced. At first, it felt like a cold metal ball was parting her sphincter. But within seconds, a stinging sensation had taken over and it felt as if it were splitting her in two as her muscle snapped around the initial girth. Lane had released one cheek in order to brush his fingers over her clit, causing her to tilt her hips back. It was an involuntary reaction, but one that worked in their favor, because Ross drove the plug into her at that moment. The burn never did go away, although it was tolerable. It definitely caused Becca to realize how empty her pussy felt. Trying her best to push aside the stimulating feelings being produced, Becca focused on her peripheral vision.

Becca could see that Harrison and Grant were handsome men, although they couldn’t compare to Lane and Ross. Harrison was tall with blond hair, whereas Grant’s brown hair contained a natural wave that seemed to have a mind of its own. He was also a bit shorter, although he still towered over her height. “Grant was just saying that the bi-yearly executive committee meetings weren’t nearly enough to conduct the business matters needed in order to ensure that new applicants were considered.”

“So this is your permanent sub,” Grant said, taking a step closer. “May I?”

“We are still in our two-month trial period,” Lane responded, his fingers caressing the skin of her lower back. Was it in warning or his way of reassuring her? Becca still didn’t like that she couldn’t get a firm reading on him. “Harrison and Grant Muskoff, please meet Rebecca Schuler.”

Grant’s hand slipped underneath her chin, catching Becca off guard. He tilted her head until their eyes caught, and she was surprised by the tenderness in his hazel eyes. He then ran a hand down her shoulder until he clasped her hand, tugging lightly until she was spun between Ross and Lane. Once again she was facing Harrison and Grant. Grant stepped back and she lowered her gaze. Becca breathed a little bit better. That was easy, she thought.

“It seems Kennedy has outdone herself again.” Grant snapped his fingers and a waitress appeared with a tray filled with champagne. While Lane and Ross each took a glass, it was apparent she was not to be given any. It was a good thing, because Becca wasn’t sure she would have been able to hold the delicate flute anyway. Her hands were now clenched onto the tiny black clutch that had been given with her dress to keep her hands from shaking. Had the waitress really been wearing nothing but a white lacy waist apron tied at the small of her back and heavy silver dangling jewelry adoring her nipples and shaved pussy? “We’ll be seating for dinner momentarily.”

Lane and Ross each put their hand on her back and escorted her off toward the side, where a grand arch opened up into a large dining area. French doors were located at the other end of the room, while the dining room table reminded her something out of Buckingham Palace. Each place setting contained fine bone china, and located in the center, spaced about a foot apart from each other, were fresh cut orchids organized into what appeared to be almost erotic arrangements. Becca had kept her word and hadn’t looked anyone in the eye except when directed, but she did permit herself a discreet glance around.

“Becca, would you care for a drink?” Ross asked.

“Yes, Sir.” Becca was thirsty, but wasn’t sure exactly what was allowed, so she hadn’t said anything earlier.

Becca wished that Lane and Ross had prepared her a little better in regards to what to expect tonight, but realized that keeping her off guard helped them in her training and made the evening more enticing. Lane had mentioned midweek how the mental aspect of a submissive was just as important as their physical reactions. This was obviously a part of it.

“You may sip from mine,” Ross said, tilting her chin much like Grant had done earlier. Their eyes met as Ross brought his flute up to her lips and angled the glass so that the bubbly liquid burst onto her tongue. “You are doing amazingly well, Becca. Any surprises or concerns?”

“The waitresses are naked and pierced,” Becca blurted out. “Sir.”

Ross laughed and gave her another sip of champagne. “You mean our hostesses, and yes, they are to serve us in the nude. The submissives serving tonight are from the clubs that we all frequent. Obviously, they are attracted to the Order for our wealth and nothing more. The weighty silver piercings represent their thirty pieces of silver, marking those that have failed selection while allowing them further opportunities to serve in other capacities. That is part of the reason why it is so hard to find a submissive with a true heart.”

“I’m not exactly sure I understand, Sir,” Becca asked, still not looking away from him. She wasn’t sure what the consequences were for looking at the other Masters and she didn’t want to. “What is the Order?”
