Frowning in confusion, I wondered how that could possibly be just right. Sure, I was a newbie, but I still understood the concept. All my education had taught me that the penis needed to be hard to be in me. Still, I was eager for him to be in me. “Really? How’s that?” I questioned.
Without saying a word, he rolled slightly so he could reach the nightstand.
Then he opened the drawer and pulled out something I hadn’t seen him pick up. It was clear silicone, soft and pliable, shaped like a donut with a big nub protruding from it. I watched as he threaded his penis through the hole. “Cock ring,” he said simply. “Wanna see what it does?”
Before I had considered what I was doing, I had reached out and was playing with it...and thereby with him, too.
It only took me a moment to realize there was no way he would have been able to get that on if he still had the erection. Now, however, it seemed to be in place. As I touched it, played with it, I watched in fascination as he sprang to life once more.
“You like that?” He asked with a sly smile. “Then you’ll love this.” He pushed a button in on the cock ring and suddenly, it began to vibrate.
“Oh my God!” I moaned in anticipation of the pleasure I would soon be receiving. That porn had definitely given me some ideas. Leaning low, I took him into my mouth. My reward was hearing him inhale sharply. So far, so good.
All I knew to do was mimic what I had seen. Ever so carefully I ran my tongue up and down the length of the shaft. In the still dark room, I could barely see the look on his face, but hearing his reaction...the labored breathing, the occasional moan was all the encouragement that I needed. Soon I was drawing the hard length of him into my mouth, as deep as possible. It took a moment, but I found my rhythm, copying what I had seen on the screen and the pace of our passion earlier.
“Wait,” he groaned.
At first I was hurt that he pulled me off and away, then I realized the reason. In an instant, he ripped open a condom and rolled it on. Then he looked at me. It was different and I spent a bit of time trying to discern the root of it while he positioned himself above me and drove in.
Arching my back, I let out a purr of satisfaction. The cock ring was hitting me just right, vibrating against my clitoris. For so long, I had been so close that it didn’t take much effort on Wyatt’s part for me to achieve my orgasm. This time he knew. Obviously he had watched my signs, watched for my tells. This time, I wasn’t trying to hide anything. He was bringing me such pleasure, he deserved to know all about it. Soon I was gasping and moaning as that welcome feeling built within me. Oh, that glorious pressure followed by that incredibly blissful release. Judging by the way he was bucking against me, Wyatt felt it, too.
“Note to self,” he said with a smile.
“#8: Use a sex toy on someone else was rather effective.”
Still, he continued pressing against me, pushing deeply into my vagina. Seconds later, he was pulsing within. Feigning exhaustion, he dropped gently on top of me.
Silently, I rubbed his back, played with his hair while he laid there with his eyes closed, head on my chest. “Thank you,” I murmured, my own eyes shutting gradually. “I get it now.”
“What?”
He questioned without even lifting his head, his voice muffled against me.
“Sex.
What the big deal is. Thank you,” I mumbled before drifting off to sleep.
Opening my eyes, I realized that the day had officially begun some time ago. Even before I had opened my eyes, I also knew that yet again, Wyatt was not in bed with me. It was frustrating. What if I wanted to cuddle, to snuggle up beside him? That thought caught me completely by surprise. Sitting up abruptly in bed, it felt as though I had just suffered a bad dream. Worse, I had suffered a bad thought. Where did that come from?
This is business, Willow,
I reminded myself,
just business. Wyatt is a means to an end. He’s not someone to develop an attachment to, or feelings for. Remember?
With a sigh, I hauled myself out of the bed. Stretching, I opened my eyes and looked around. There had to be a cute note somewhere. He was so good about that kind of thing. This time, however, nothing. What would a normal girl do? She would probably get angry and upset, over this inconsiderate action. Me, however, I was going to go pee. Seconds later, I found myself more upset that my action had been interrupted. Gah. I hated answering a phone in the bathroom.
When I glanced at the screen, I realized it was him. Wyatt was calling me from who knows where. To find out, I’d have to answer.
“Yo,” I said, pulling my best blasé voice.
“Yo?” He asked with a chuckle. “I’m outside. Get changed into the clothes I laid out and we’ll be on our way.”
Looking at the clock, I realized it was close to noon. Holy hell! Since when did I sleep that late?
“Listen, Wyatt,” I began. “Tomorrow is a definite work day, plus exams. I can’t play all day…” My voice trailed off because I had no idea how to finish that thought without sounding like a complete self-centered bitch. Why didn’t I just tell him that my life was more important than his and be done with it? Man, I sucked.
Nothing fazed him. Chuckling, he responded, “I know, but that’s tomorrow. Today is a recovery day. You’re going to recover my way, a very memorable way. Now get dressed and come outside. I’m waiting.” At the end, his voice had taken on the direct and determined tone that I had come to love.
Fuck!
There was that word again, just dropping carelessly from my vocabulary.
“Okay,” I said warily. Now I was going to have to be super cautious.
Our call ended and I wandered around looking for whatever he had laid out for me wear. It was a bikini, shorts, and a top. Huh. Maybe he knew more about recovering than I had anticipated. Then I considered the time we had spent together. So much of it was about him taking care of me. Tears. More tears. Stupid drugs.
Once dressed, I wandered outside only to find him sitting on the back patio looking all calm, cool and collected, while there was a definite undertone of excitement.
It made my radar go wild. “What are we doing today?” I asked while mentally plotting my escape.
“It’s a surprise!” He hopped to his feet beaming. Whatever he had in mind, he was pretty proud of it.
“Okay,” I managed calmly. “Let’s go. Let’s get this surprise over with.” It was a terrible attitude. I knew it; and Wyatt knew it.
Glancing at me sideways he asked, “Are you feeling okay?”
“Give me time. I’ll be fine,” I said with more conviction than I truly felt.
Taking my hand, he then led me down a path to the boat dock. We had nearly reached the boat he seemed to be steering us toward when a woman called to us from the top deck of the boathouse. “Darling,” she chirped. “Who is this and why aren’t you in class?”
With a sigh that morphed into a growl, he looked up, shielding his eyes from the sun with his hand. “It’s finals week, Mother,” he responded. “I don’t have to be on campus every day.” He started to turn away without answering that last part of the question, but I was dying to meet his mother.
“Hello, Ms. Evans,” I began politely, as I had been trained to do since I could talk. “I’m Willow. Willow Stone.” My broad smile was genuine. Wyatt’s discomfort was making it hard for me to contain a laugh.
Her eyes had brightened the moment I mentioned that I was a Stone. After twenty-two years, I was used to it. “Is your father Peter?” She asked pleasantly.
Nodding, I replied, “Why yes, ma’am, he is.”
Smiling warmly at me, she turned her attention to her son, who was now scowling a few feet away from me. “Why would you keep Willow a secret?” She asked. “Your father will be so pleased to know that you have finally started dating a nice young woman.”
Narrowing his eyes at me, he mumbled, “She’s not that nice.”
“What was that, dear?” She asked happily.
“Just wanted to keep her to myself a while longer,” he said seriously. The look in his eye had me believing him. He really didn’t want his family getting to know me.
“Well, you’ll have to share her over the weekend. It’s time for the annual summer kick off at Castaway Cay.” She smiled at me. “You must come, Willow. We have the prettiest little place there. The entire family will be there and some of Mr. Evans’ best clients.” She nodded knowingly at Wyatt. “You know how it will look if you aren’t there…”
“Could it look like I’m a busy twenty-two year old who can’t run off to the family’s private island for a weekend? Because I’m really leaning in that direction.” He crossed his arms over his chest.
“You are living over our garage. You have no bills, no debt, no job.” She looked at him sternly now. “The jet leaves at 5:30pm on Friday. If you want to ride with us to the airport, we’ll be departing the house at 4:30pm. You
will
be there.”
“Well, I don’t have to like it,” he growled as he stalked off down the dock to the speedboat tied at the end.
A chuckle started to escape my lips, but realizing it was wildly inappropriate to laugh at such a time, I clapped a hand over my mouth. Looking up at his mother,
I smiled. “It was nice meeting you.”
“You, too, Willow. Hope to get to know you better over the weekend,” she said warmly.
Nodding, I waved and walked to join Wyatt. “Where to, chief?” I asked as I stood beside him. His feathers were definitely ruffled and I wasn’t used to seeing the man upset. In all my experiences with him, he had been nothing but mellow and even tempered.
Taking a deep breath, he stopped playing with the rope and cleat and instead, slowly stood to smile at me. It didn’t quite reach his eyes and for some reason, I really wanted to change that. Leaning over the edge of the boat, my lips met his. He started to pull back, wide eyed. Ah, but I wasn’t done yet. Shaking my head, I grabbed the back of his head and pulled him close once more. This time, my kiss was more insistent, more determined. I was going to kiss him and keep kissing him until he forgot everything but us and this moment. Actually, it took less time than I expected.
“What did I do to deserve that?” He asked with a smile.
Shrugging, I said, “You looked like you could use it.
I get the same way when I have to deal with my family. Only, at least your mom is warm and fuzzy. My mother would make Mussolini quake in fear.”
“Willow Stone, you amaze me,” he said shaking his head appreciatively.
“One minute you are socially awkward, the next, you know just how to be what I need. I’m sorry I won’t be sticking around longer.”
For the first time, I thought about what he had said.
This wasn’t the first time he had mentioned that he was leaving. This time it was beginning to matter to me. “Where are you going?” I asked.
“Well,” he said, looking suddenly shy and self-conscious, “I’m traveling the world doing good.”
With that, he cleared his throat and turned his attention back to prepping the boat.
“I’m sorry, but in what world would you think that would be explanation enough for me, not that you have anything to explain.”
I sighed. This was coming out all wrong. “Not that you have to answer to me. I mean…gah. I’m just curious.” Throwing my bag in the boat, I suddenly turned my attention to helping him ready the boat. This conversation could be over any time now. Suddenly, I was acting like a crazy woman.
When I turned and looked at him, I realized he was smiling. “Oh, doll? You sure it’s just curiosity? You almost sounded possessive there.” He laughed.
