This drink really packs a punch. Sweet, tart, and crammed with nutrients, Popeye Punch flexes heavy

fiber, protein, and iron. Spinach, the most nutrient dense green, is essential to any growing kid or kid

at heart’s diet.

Better than powdered drinks, sodas, or cans of concentrated juice, Popeye Punch is the ideal drink for

any kid of any age. Be strong to the finish and drink up your spinach.

True Collards

Ingredients

4 leaves collards

2–3 cups watermelon

1 pear

1 cup blueberries

1 lime (peeled)

Juice.

You’ll see your true colors shining through after introducing collards into your diet. More than likely,

those colors will be varying shades of green. Pear and watermelon, high in vitamins K and C, add a

sweet-sugary goodness to an often spicy-flavored green while blueberries and lime add antioxidants,

tang, and dimension.

With a combination as sweet as this, we can certainly say, “It’s easy being green.”

Greens Lover

Ingredients

3 leaves kale

1 bunch cilantro

1 cup spinach

1 cucumber

1–2 carrots

1 green apple

Juice.

The “good-for-you” factor in salads are oftentimes ruined by introducing dressings and oils, and you

end up sacrificing health benefits for taste.

Not in the case of this drink. The fiber-rich kale and veritable powerhouse of vitamins that is spinach

are paired with sweet carrots and a tart green apple juiced to a harmonious balance of taste and

nutrition.

Who says you can’t have it all?
