Day 7
 

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt with Fresh Fruit

Directions:

1. Scoop the Greek yogurt into a bowl.

2. Stir in the flaxseeds and top with blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, and almonds.

Lunch: Hummus Chicken Wrap

Directions:

1. Grill the chicken breast and slice it.

2. Take the tortilla and spread the hummus evenly over it.

3. Add the sliced chicken and sliced peppers and fold it into a wrap.

Dinner: Grilled Chicken and Fresh Salsa

Directions:

1. Mix the corn, diced onion, diced tomatoes, cilantro, black beans, and diced jalapeño in a bowl (for extra spice, leave the seeds in; for less heat, remove the seeds).

2. Squeeze the fresh lime over the mixture and stir.

3. Grill the chicken and top with the fresh salsa.

Snack: Cucumber with Hummus

Day 8
 

Breakfast: Open-Face Banana-Almond-Butter Sandwich

Directions:

1. Toast the bread and spread almond butter evenly over it.

2. Slice the banana and place the slices on top of the almond butter.

Lunch: Salad with Grilled Tuna

Directions:

1. Grill the tuna to your liking.

2. Combine the lettuce, snap peas, tomato, and carrots in a bowl and top with the grilled tuna.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and the olive oil.

4. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.

Dinner: Chicken Stew

Directions:

1. Cook the chicken until done.

2. Add cooked chicken, mushrooms, carrots, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chopped green peppers in a medium saucepan.

3. Add two cups of chicken broth, black pepper, and white wine and let it simmer for 15 to 25 minutes.

Snack: Almonds

Day 9
 

Breakfast: Super Oatmeal with Fresh Fruit

Directions:

1. Cook oats until done.

2. Place the oats in a bowl and stir in the protein powder until dissolved.

3. Add a little water if needed to make it easy to stir in.

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad

Directions:

1. Grill the chicken and slice.

2. Place arugula, chopped onions, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, and sliced avocado in a bowl.

3. Top with grilled chicken and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Dinner: Chicken with Sautéed Vegetables
