Chapter 27

Mirta
crossed the corner of her home.

It was night, the place was deserted.

She accelerated her steps to get right at her home.

A figure appeared before her, it was a black cloak and face was covered.

She raised her hands to her lips, terrified.

“
Who are you?” she took two steps back.

The bizarre figure did not answer. Only it continued motionless, just watching
her trembling movements.

“
What do you want?” she insisted.

The stranger walked quickly toward her and wrapped in
to his black cape.

She had no time to run.

Mirta
was thrown to the ground, fainting.

The causative individual left the place before he could be taken by surprise.

I walked down the street at that moment and saw Mirta lying on the floor.

I ran to her.

“Mirta!” I looked at her pale face.

I turned down to see what had happened to her.

“Mirta! It is me... Valkyrie!” I put my hand into her cold face, she was dead. I turned her head to the side and saw blood on her neck.

I distinguished that.
  It was a vampire bite.

“
Mirta!” I yelled.

Despite everything that had happened between us, I did not want her death.

Mirta was used by Eros to affect me.

“
He did this to you!” I said aloud.

In my mind there was only one culprit.

Chapter 28

I took the body of
Mirta with me and flew over the city with the corpse in my arms. I could not leave her dead on the floor and people discover the origin of her death.

I stopped on top of a cliff, into a forest.

There was a large and deep hole.

No one would find her there.

Then I threw her inside it.

She disappeared into the depths.

I looked at a huge stone, I had made it move alone and cover the hole.

Then I disappeared consecutively.

Chapter 29

My mother went to the city to resolve some outstanding issues in the bank.

She was driving her car slowly.

She looked at all sides. Then she started the car radio to listen to a song.

She looked forward again and saw an unusual appearance. The same person, who murdered Mirta, also appeared to my mother.

Due to fear, my mother lost control of the wheel and hit against a tree off the road.

She was injured.

I rushed to the hospital so I knew what had happened.

I went into the bed and she was lying and her head was bandaged and her eyes closed.

I stood beside her.

I leaned my body to be closer to her.

”Mom”, I said softly.

She opened her eyes and looked at me.

I was relieved to see my mother alive.

“I will not leave you alone”, I said sadly.

“
I lost control of the car”, she said.

“It happens
.” I completed.

“I saw a black figure in front of me”, she said, perplexed.

“Black figure?” I asked as I found it was strange the story of my mother.

“A creature with a black cape, I have not seen
its face, supernatural something!” she explained.

“
Are you absolutely right about it?”

“I saw ... Valkyrie! It appeared in
to the air ...” she gave details.

I had no doubt who my mother was referring to; I just did not want to believe it.

He killed Mirta and tried to kill my mother.

That explained all, the killer wanted to affect me.

Chapter 30

I was transported to the home of Eros.

He was hanging upside down, sleeping.

“Awake up Eros!
” I cried impatiently.

He open
ed his gray eyes and fell standing in front of me.

“
What are you doing here?” he asked, suspected.

“
I came to destroy you!” I said, serious.

“
Why do you want to destroy me? Is it other fit of jealous?”

“
You tried to kill my mother!” I said, hateful.

“
I do not know what you're talking about!”

“
She said me she saw you!”

“
Your mother is crazy! I did not do it!”

“
You killed Mirta and wanted to kill my mother!”

“
I did not kill Mirta! And why would I do that?”

“
You want to affect me, to avenge me!”

“
I want nothing!”

“
I will finish you!” I said.

Energy came out
of me and struck against Eros, flinging him against the wall.

“
You are not kidding!” Eros realized I wanted to eliminate him.

He returned the fall with other energy further weak than mine.

I came down the ground and then I stood up, I was resolved to destroy him.

“
I am stronger than you!”

“
You can have more fields, but I know how to use them better”, he said as he dominated my body with his hands. I could not get out of his clutches.

“
Let me go away, Eros!” I screamed.

“See how you're weak!
” he said, sarcastic.

“I will finish you!
” I shouted again.

“
Do it!”

I made contradictory movements, trying to find an escape.

Eros was holding me with more force.

I tried every way to escape; I threw my power to all sides. The wall and ceiling cracked and fell pieces of concrete.

“Destroy everything!” Eros said laughing at the stupid things I did. “You'll spend all your powers and will not get anything with it!” he warned.

Bizak appeared into our presence e screamed:

“Eros, leave Valkyrie free!”

Eros looked at Bizak with hatefulness.

He threw me to the side and attacked Bizak.

The two vampires rolled on the ground, punching each other; both wished an opportunity like this, facing one another.

Eros has more skill than Bizak to strike.

Bizak left to fight using his hands and began to use his vampire powers.

He flung Eros against wall several times.

Eros did the same to him.

The two had a difficult dispute.

The two vampires were exhausted and very wounded.

I watched everything, same I being fallen on the floor, next to the wall.

Eros and Bizak were up, standing, each other at a distance, recovering their energies to a new confrontation.

I stood up to intervene in the dispute.

“
Valkyrie, finish with Eros!” Bizak shouted. “He tried to kill your mother!” he insisted.

I was positioned to react against Eros.

Strong visions came to my mind, I saw the moment when the killer took Mirta and took her life. Then I saw the moment when my mother suffered a car accident. The way as the figure appeared into her way.

At that moment I was sure of who really was the real killer.

“Valkyrie, finish him! You have the power to do it!” Bizak persisted.

A long power wrapped my hands, a force I had not felt before.

I was prepared to destroy my enemy.

I looked at Eros, intending to finish him.

At that moment I flung powers over Bizak who was standing looking at me.

The impact of energy destroyed him.

He became ash.

Eros was innocent.

Bizak intended everything and I could believe that Eros was the culprit.

Chapter 31

After the destruction of Bizak, I stayed in the house.

Eros was wounded.

He would need my help to recover faster.

I held his arm, intending to help him.

“Are you wounded?” I asked.

“
Stay away from me!” he pulled his arm violently.

“I want to take care of you.”

“You wanted to destroy me ...Now do you want to take care of me?”

“
I thought ...”

He did not let me finish talking.

“You thought wrong! I do not need you!” he said hardly.

“
Forgive me, Eros!” I said.

“Do I forgive you? You wanted to destroy me!
” he looked into my eyes. “You acted worse than your father ...He banished me out of Neptune, but he wanted never to destroy me.”

“I just thought of my mother.
” I lowered my head. “I had no choice.”

“
Get out!” he ordered. ” You never try cross my path.”

Tears of blood appeared on my pale face.

Eros was expelling me out of his life. He had a different face; he carried a hatred for me.

“
What are you waiting for? Go away!” he said loud.

Courage involved my attitudes.

I didn't what Eros ordered me. Although that I should respect his wishes.

I stopped in front of him, proud, sure of myself.

What I was about to do it could change my life forever.

I deposited all my hopes in that single moment.

The full moon was a scene for us, pointing through the window.

I held the face of Eros.

He had no way to escape out of my hand. My strength had neutralized him.

This was the most exciting moment of my life.

I looked at his gray eyes and he looked into my supernatural eyes.

The moon recorded the occasion when my lips absorbed the lips of Eros.

We were covered by a pleasant murmur.

Everything revolved around me.

I was dreaming ...A dream from which I would never wake up because it was reality.

I came off from his lips moments later.

He was dazed and stunned. Put his hands to his lips to make sure that all was well with him, and his mouth was full.

Eros felt no desire for beings of our species, but that kiss had stirred in his emotions.

I saw it in him.

“I love you!” I said with tenderness of a passionate vampire.

He said nothing, just recovered from his dizziness and disappeared...

I looked at the sky through the window and saw an owl flying away.

Chapter 32

Since that kiss, I never saw Eros.

Our paths have not crossed over.

I had no news of him.

I did not know where he walked.

It took my rest.

That kiss represented everything to me, but he walked away from me...

The love I felt for him would never be matched.

I would have to live with it my whole eternity.

Eros even far away, he was present in me. I thought about him twenty-four hours ... I desired him twenty-four hours...

Wishing him it was possible.

My love for him had
survived in my unreal world.

It is where we have been happy forever.
