“Yes,” she whispered. Maddie bent forward and hugged them both. Her heart was so full of love and joy. “I’ve had pieces of me missing for so long, but you both make me feel whole and I want nothing more than to be your wife…forever.”

Cole produced a black velvet box from his pocket, opening it to reveal a beautiful, princess cut diamond ring with diamonds all around the stone and band. It was the most exquisite piece of jewelry she had ever seen. Charlie carefully removed the ring from the box and slipped it on her ring finger.

“Forever,” Charlie and Cole said in unison.

They would work out all the legalities later. It didn’t matter to Maddie who she married on paper. She would bind herself equally to both her men in every way that mattered. They had briefly talked about the subject of living wills, which would include all of them equally when it came to any finances or health decisions.

“What’s got you thinking so hard, love?” Charlie said, snapping Maddie out of her reverie. She opened her eyes to find both Charlie and Cole staring at her.

“Just thinking about the night the two of you proposed.”

“Mmm, that was a great night. Even better when we got you home later.”

Maddie giggled and playfully slapped Charlie’s arm.

“I second that,” Cole said. “You were a little firecracker that night, sweetheart. And that thing you did with your tongue…”

Maddie blushed at the memory. The erotic romance novels Angela recommended were certainly paying off. She loved surprising them with new techniques.

“I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of the two of you.”

“Ditto, baby.”

“I will never be able to get enough of you either, sweetheart. Just think how much fun we are going to have not getting enough of each other for the rest of our lives.” Cole bent forward and kissed her sweetly on the lips, and then Charlie took his turn.

“Mmm…that’s sounds like heaven.”

“The three of us were made in heaven.”
