Chapter One

“All acts of negativity

Will now return threefold to thee

All bad you try to send my way

Upon your own self will hold sway.

All actions, thoughts and words of hate

Become your own decided fate

By all up high, the worlds and wise

By oceans wide and deep blue skies

By day and night, and powers three

This is my will, so mote it be.”

The magic words spilled out of Luna’s mouth and danced into her tiny apartment. The ancient spell would create a protective shield around her place. The enchantment would not only protect her shop, but her home too.

She looked up at the clock and cussed. Time had flown by. They would come for her tonight, as they had for the past six years. Every full moon, the members of the B.M.C. tried and failed to abduct her.

For some reason, these cult members believed that Luna’s blood was the only thing they needed to perform their black magic ritual, to make them immortal.

“Stupid!” Black Moon Convent followers couldn’t enter here or harm her anyway. Her magic was too strong for them to confront her on her own turf, but that didn’t stop them from trying.

As far as she knew, she was alone in this world, Luna stared at her mother’s picture on the mantle and the lone birthday cupcake. The candle flickered from the gentle wind which came from the open window.

“Well Mom, I’m 25 now and you’ve been gone for seven years.” A lump formed in her throat. She stepped up to the mantle and blew out the candle, making a wish. Every year Luna made the same wish. “Will that someone special come this year, Mom? I’m so tired of fighting and being alone. Maybe if I had someone in my life, it wouldn’t be so lonely.” A single tear slipped down her cheek and she brushed it away.

One of the reasons she had sought out New Orleans was that it was once of the last known place she’s heard where some  distant relatives might be. Luna knew nothing of her father’s heritage, but she did know her mother’s family had originated from New Orleans.

Somehow, though, the High Priest of the B.M.C. also knew she was going. Ever since she was a small child, her mother had taught her to keep herself hidden, but what had that gained her? Nothing! They’d still found them every time they moved. Well, no more. Luna didn’t care if her blood carried enough power to wield many harmful spells. She was tired of hiding and she wanted a family. In her life there were no promises kept, except the monthly visit of her enemies.

Luna settled in a city where magic flowed in the air. However, so did her enemies. New Orleans, where evil and magic roamed freely, was where she made her stand. She stared out at the full moon and wished her parents could celebrate the holiday of Spring Equinox. This year it was on March 20 and on her birthday. It had been her mother’s favorite time of the year. Now, she celebrated alone.

Her mother, Tessa, had been gone for seven long years now, sacrificing her life, so her daughter would live. Tessa had allowed the B.M.C to trap her, taking her blood. But little did they know that her blood hadn’t been powerful enough for their evil. Only Luna’s blood carried the magic they needed.

At one time her mom, one of the most powerful witches, and her father, a powerful wizard on Earth, had passed their powers to her. When she’d turned 18, her mother had performed a private ceremony transferring most of her gift to her daughter.

Knowing they would come for her again that year, when her powers would be at their weakest point, Luna had been sent away to the next town, seeking the materials her mother and she would need for the upcoming celebration. She would have given her last breath to save her Mom, from the fate she suffered at the hands of their enemy, but she had been too late.

Luna shook her head, to rid it of painful images. Her long, black, beaded hair rattled in the quiet apartment. Tears rolled down her face. Gazing across the darkened street, she watched figures emerge from the shadows and head for her home. It was time.

“Why can’t you just leave me alone?” she yelled. Her magic swirled around her. The balcony doors flew open, banging against the side of her townhouse. Luna stepped out into the warm night air, as the smell of Cajun cooking, salt water, and flowers greeted her.

Every year she warned them but to no avail, but Luna would continue to warn them hoping that one day they would listen. “Do you really believe I’ll let you take me? This year, I won’t hesitate to fight! Come on you fools, give me all that you have.” Luna’s hands burned, the magic simmered just beneath the surface of her skin.

Never had she been as furious as tonight. Seven years of her life wasted, on the run, and always hidden. She was done. If they wanted her, the members would have to fight her, on her turf.

Followers of B.M.C. surrounded her home and stared up at her. Luna waited, her ceremonial gown clinging to her body. On this day, she only wore the gown her mother had worn. Dyed to match her skin, black, thin and transparent to allow the wind to caress her body, and sentimental, as it was one of the only things she had left of her mothers.

The earth’s power energy poured into her as it lent her the magic she needed. The power was so strong it radiated around her with a bright glow, and her body hummed. Her attention was grabbed by something shiny and she looked across the alley at the building next to hers. A giant  man stood on his balcony. He stared at the ground and then at her, but she didn’t have time to care if he witnessed what she was about to do.

“Go inside now before you are hurt,” she yelled, and threw a portion of her magic at one of the followers below, while also tossing the man back into his apartment and out of harm’s way. “This is my battle and I won’t have anyone hurt.” Her voice rang strong and her braids moved with the flow of her movements, while she prepared for another attack.

Aeolus frowned as he brushed off his ass when he jumped up. No human had ever been able to use magic on him before. Yet, here was this small woman who ordered him inside, and even placed him inside.

He headed back to the balcony, as the wind shrieked and blew around him. He still had no idea why he was on Earth. Sure, he’d played here once in a while, but why did his father stick him with helping this female? Aeolus didn’t need this! She even had the audacity to tell him to go inside, but the sight of her had surprised him. Her imagined her long legs around him. The gown she wore hid nothing. Her nipples were pierced with red rubies, which glittered through the black material.

The task should have been assigned to one of his younger brothers. After all, he was the oldest. Aeolus had to admit she was striking and her spitfire attitude stirred something in his blood. Her power was stronger than any human he’d come across before.

That fireball she threw had hit its target. The man now lay on the ground dead, while the others drew closer, getting ready to attack her.

Aeolus snarled and spoke in a tone that dripped with venom, “I will only say this once, so listen, and listen well, you puny human excuse for witches and wizards. You’ll leave this woman alone and never attempt to contact or harm her again. She has the protection of the gods, so be gone, before I lose my patience.” Out of the corner of his eye, she turned her big brown eyes on him and glared.

“I told you to stay out of it. Are you insane to mention the gods? They might hear you?” She waved her hand and he would have flown backwards into his temporary living quarters again if he hadn’t been prepared for her this time. Now all her magic simmered on his skin and grew warm.

The woman stared at him, shocked. He winked and laughed as she grunted. It had been some time since a woman ignited his blood.
This might not be so bad after all. It’s been a while since I’ve played with a human.

Movement from below drew their attention. “You stupid fools! You doubt me?” he hissed. The wind spun around the men and women who’d come to harm his new playmate. A miniature tornado cut them off from the others.

“Now you’ll witness my wrath.” The tornado picked up four of them in the middle of the road below and took them down the street. Their screams of pain as objects battered their bodies, and whipped them around the street, made the others to turn and watch in horror. Their life-less bodies all of a sudden were flung against a concert wall.

“I won’t warn you again. Get your dead and leave this area now.” His voice carried down to the street and around the remaining followers.

Chapter Two

Luna watched as the scene unfolded before her eyes. Stunned, she almost missed another follower that had stepped out into the open and glared up at the man with a death wish.

“You really should have minded your own business, old man. Anyone with enough magic can command the winds,” he sneered as words of black magic now formed a spell and another miniature tornado formed in front of her balcony.

The porch started to shake and creak. Luna moved back into the apartment, afraid the balcony would give anytime. The man across the street glared while he shouted something she couldn’t hear. His hands clenched into fists at his side. For a white man, he was built like pictures of ancient warriors she had studied. The muscles were tight against his naked chest, his arms rippled when he moved and his ass was perfect in the black leather pants he wore.

“You push my patience too far.” Luna heard his say before the tornado disappeared and the large man jumped off his fifth story balcony as if it was nothing.

She watched as invisible steps seemed to form before the man as he rushed towards the follower and grabbed him by the neck once he stood  on the ground. Luna heard the crunch of bones and the man fell to the ground when the giant warrior released him.

“Who the hell is he?”

She stared in awe. His gaze turned to hers, his eyes burned with lust and anger. Luna lost herself in his shimmering golden eyes and sardonic smile, both of which were now turned on her. The wind lifted him back up to his room. She felt his hot gaze scan her from head to toe resting on her breasts.

“Oh shit!” Luna muttered. A soft ruffling inside her head had her cheeks burning. The man seemed to be reading her heated description of him.

She turned and went back into her home. Sure enough, one of the men had scaled the outside wall and was now entering through the kitchen window. Her spell had stopped their magic while in her home, but it didn’t protect her from them entering and doing physical harm. “Will you ever learn?”

“Blessed be that I may borrow your bright flame to save your humble servant.” The last words were spoken out loud, as the candle next to the window grew bright and large. The flame twisted into the shape of a hand, grabbed onto the man’s leg, and burned his skin and clothes on contact. His scream echoed in throughout her home and she knew that those outside would hear it too, but she didn’t care.

The burning man turned and tried to use his black magic, but her protective spells held in her home. His spells backfired and attacked him. The knives that he sent out, now stuck in his chest, as he flew back out the window to his death.

“Such a waste of life.” She shook her head and turned to see the god-like man in her home next to her. He was bigger than she had thought. The muscles in his chest expanded, as he scanned the room. “It seems they aren’t going to stop till I have to kill every one of them.”

He stepped into her personal space. “There is one good thing about being sent here. You’re beautiful.” His hand cupped her neck and he pulled her into his body.

“Soon, my little pet, I will want my payment for helping you.” He disappeared from the room, but not before invisible hands traced down the side of her body, brushing the sides of her breasts.

Heat radiated throughout her body, anger and something else she didn’t want to focus on now. “His pet, my ass! Payment! Of all the fucking nerve. I’m no whore.” Luna moved through the glass doors and out onto her balcony. Her gaze focused on the angry faces beneath her. Swift gales of wind assaulted the men and slammed their bodies against the concrete buildings.

“I am Aeolus, as is my father, King of the Winds. No longer will he or I tolerate your insolence and maltreatment of his follower. You have killed her mother, and you should all be dead, but my father was in a generous mood when I was sent here to warn you. I issued one warning, but you didn’t listen. Now, I will have the joy of the hunt,” Aeolus stated.

The wind gently brushed her face like that of invisible fingers. She was lifted off the floor of her apartment and it cradled her in its gentle caress. It carried her to the man across the way and into the circle of his arms.

“What the hell?” Luna squirmed as Aeolus cradled her smaller body against his.

He dipped his head down, and pulled her nipple and gown into his mouth. “Hush, don’t you think I deserve a little fun since I rescued the lady in distress?” he mumbled around her breast, his teeth closed around her nipple and gently bit down.

“Ouch! Why you jerk! For your information, I was doing just fine.” Luna wiggled her feet free and stomped her foot down on his. “And if you think for one minute I am going to sleep with you for this help, then think again!” Luna raised her knee and made contact with his family jewels, which gave her the opportunity to escape out of his arms.

Aeolus cupped his privates in agony. His heated gaze burned into hers, but she was furious. Luna was not a tramp.

The Black Moon Convent scum had fled the street below, adding some relief to her hot nerves. She had never done this, but she tried anyway. Her feet lifted off the ground as she floated towards her home. Luna concentrated her powers and levitated back to her apartment.

“I don’t know why you or your father have helped, but I thank you both for it. This will only delay them. They’ll be back again and again. I have been alone so long it doesn’t matter anymore,” Luna stated, setting her feet on the ground of her balcony, her black silk gown now sticking to her sweaty body. She closed the doors to her apartment behind her. Luna could feel the heat of the warrior god staring at her retreating form, but right now all she wanted was a hot bath.

He’s a god and I just kicked him in his jewels. Boy am I going to hell and back.
She smiled.
But maybe if he sticks around I can have a little fun
. Luna waved her hand and all the candles went out.

She crossed the room to stare at the picture of her mom. “Oh Mom, if you could see this man, you’d be ogling him to. He’s everything in a man we used to say was a perfect specimen. Tall, built and just maybe the one, but he’s a God, mama.” Luna grinned and sighed. “There is no way I have a chance with a man like that.”

* * * *

Aeolus watched her move into her home, as her ass swayed back and forth, round and full. Oh, and her butt, was perfect for sinking his shaft into, all that cushion.
What was it human males said? ‘Cushion better for the pushing?’
He would have her all right. She wasn’t skinny as so many humans preferred.

Little did she know she now had a new neighbor? Aeolus wasn’t going anywhere until he had tasted every inch of her curvy body. Hell, he couldn’t even remember ever craving a female like this. Aeolus wanted all of her and he always got what he wanted.

He scanned the street. The flow of the wind told him where each of the stragglers was hiding. Furious that these stupid humans wouldn’t listen to him, something else ate at his gut, vengeance. No one hurt what he wanted.
Peons! If they even dare attempt to harm her, it will be the last thing they ever do.

Aeolus jumped off the balcony to the street below again. Slowly, he made his way to one of the followers, stalking him as a predator would his prey. A change in the air, told him he wasn’t alone. Stopping, he waited.

“I know you’re there, little brother. You might as well come on out and show yourself.” Aeolus waited for Boreas to appear.

“I just heard you were sent here. I couldn’t believe my ears when Dad told me you were going to stay for a while,” the wind whispered in return.

“That’s because Dad thinks he knows all and sees all!” Aeolus grunted.

“You hate this planet! What’s got you so riled up?” Boreas asked as he appeared next to his brother. Boreas stood a few inches shorter, sharing the golden glistening eyes of the demigods. Many times others had thought they were twins.

Before he could answer, a scream ripped through the air, bringing Aeolus’ attention back to Luna’s apartment. Using his superior hearing, he listened and tried to discern the cause of her scream.

“You foul mouthed pig. Let me go! I swear I will turn you into toad soup when I get my hands free!” she shrieked.

Outrage welled up in his chest. He balled his hands into fists as he made ready to fight. He didn’t know what was going on, but he was finished playing games with these foolish humans. Aeolus focused his anger and sent a gust of air to her.

The doors flew open. Aeolus’ power removed Luna out of her attacker’s arms and cradled her as if she were held by a lover. His body tensed, streaks of lightning flashed in his eyes, and he opened his arms, waiting. Her body gently lowered once again into his embrace.
Where it will always be!

He looked down at the beautiful creature under his protection. Her large green eyes stared up at him, and she frowned. Her long black braided hair flowed over his forearms and caressed him.

“Well, it looks like I’m back here again!” A small smile formed on her lips. “I could have handled it, you know?” Her playful words ripped through the gale wind that raced around them.

He smiled at her and whispered, “However, this time I won’t let you go again, little black minx. Why would I let you handle it? I warned these peons. Now hold still, I have some unfinished business to attend to.”

Aeolus held on tight to his beautiful bundle, ignoring her luscious body. He sent his powers toward the man who had dared to touch her. The wind spun in a tight vortex, contorting her attacker’s body as it pulled him out of her apartment, holding him in mid-air. It bent his body in unnatural ways, until it splintered and cracked like wood. Screams could be heard all around them, but he didn’t care.

Two other men ran away, but not soon enough. The storm caught them and threw them against the building, breaking both of their necks.

“Boreas, would you do me a favor? There is a convent called Black Moon at the edge of town. Would you be kind enough to destroy it for me, while I take care of some personal business? Maybe tomorrow you can meet me at the coffee shop down the street, about 11:00 in the morning, their time.”

Aeolus turned and headed in the direction of his temporary home, but not before he had seen his brother’s reaction to the woman in his arms. Yes, maybe she would be the one to share with him, not taking his eyes off the prize in his arms. He rubbed his fingers on the back of her neck, and flew up to the balcony. The doors opened on their own. Carrying her into his apartment, the doors shut behind him. They were alone.

“Now, my little black minx of the night. Maybe, we can get better acquainted. Don’t you think I deserve a small reward? After all, I saved you twice tonight,” he purred and gently lowered her feet to the ground. Her body slid down his as he still held her captive in his embrace.

“Why do you want me so bad, Aeolus? You are a god. You don’t need me. You could have anyone?” Luna looked into his gaze and frowned.

“My body and soul cry out for yours. I make no promises, Luna. All I know is that I need to have you.” Aeolus pulled her gown up and over her head. He stood back to admire her naked body.

“You are beautiful. The moon shines down on you as if a lover would caress you.” He reached over and lifted her breasts. Her breasts were large enough to fill his hands and her nipples just as big and hard, ready for him. Aeolus bent his head down and sucked one nipple into his mouth.

Her moan urged him forward. Candles lit around the room. He had read her mind and knew she was a virgin. For some reason he wanted this night to be special for her. I was as if she’d waited for him. Using his powers to enhance her pleasure, feeding it, Luna squirmed in his arms. Aeolus raised his head and her nipple popped out of his mouth.

He circled her, placing light touches on her black skin, watching her body hum, waiting for him. He stopped behind her to admire her round rump. He loved a good ass and tonight his cock would sample it, right along with her pussy.

The smell of her arousal reached him, only to increase his desire to have her. He gently led her to the dresser and placed her hands on it.

“Stay there, baby. Don’t move your hands. Just hold on, I need to taste that honey coming from you. Spread your legs for me.” He purred and knelt behind her. Aeolus could see every inch of her as he knelt and rubbed his cheek against her butt.

She was tense and nervous, but soon he and only he would claim Luna. He separated her pussy lips with his fingers and licked. He slid his tongue in and out of her pussy, quick short stabs until he sucked her small button into his mouth.

Luna jumped at first and he slapped her ass drawing a moan out of her. His moonflower like to be spanked, how interesting. Another couple of slaps landed on her ass as he played and ate.

“What…” She moaned. The slapping made her hot and her juices flowed freely from her onto his tongue.

“I see my moonflower likes to be punished. Oh, that is so good, because I want your ass to be on fire when I sink my shaft into it, but not until I thoroughly inspect my pussy.” A small growl formed and Aeolus knew he wouldn’t release Luna anytime soon. She would be his and only his. He slipped a finger into her pussy.

“This is mine, Luna,” he snarled and his voice vibrated her clit. Aeolus pulled back for a moment and spanked her butt, again and again.

Luna dropped her head down and whimpered. That wasn’t enough for him, she would obey him. He sat back on his heels and waited.

“No, don’t stop! I need…,” she cried.

“Whose body does this,” he palmed her mound. “Who does it belong to, my black minx?” he demanded.

“Yours, only you please!” she begged. He smiled and lowered his head once more between her legs. He slid his tongue back into her and continued his worship, making love to her. Aeolus reached her clit and with a pinch he wrenched a scream, from her shuddering body.
