Feeling happier that the worst evidence had been dealt with he closed the computer down and could faintly make out that the beat in the club had decreased. It was already one in the morning and as he headed back into the bar the crowds had lessened into the final party goers determined to make it to the end.

I saw Zack heading in our direction as we waited to get our coats.

“Stephanie, I’m so sorry about letting Felicity and Daniel in. I hope it didn’t ruin your evening too much” he apologised.

“It’s ok, you weren’t to know that your friend was with Felicity” I replied. Zack took my hand and held it tight for a moment, his eyes trying to convey what he really wanted to say.

“I’ll give you a call next week and we can start to organise your adverts and club nights for our DJ’s to host” I responded.

“I’ll look forward to it”

“Goodnight and thanks again for a great party” James said, reaching to shake his hand.

Our taxi was waiting which was a good job as the weather had turned for the worse and sheets of rain pounded the dark pavements.

“What a great night” Sarah said “I feel young again”

“Oh yeah, young enough for a dip in the hot tub” Chris asked.

“Hot tub, what are you talking about?”

“James showed me whilst you girls were shopping”

“I’ll leave you two to use it tonight, I’m knackered” I said.

With our friends happily ignoring the rain under the awning I climbed the stairs to bed. James followed me and once under the duvet held me close.

“I’m sorry about Felicity”

“It’s not your fault; she’s nothing to do with you so no need to apologise”

I leant over and touched his lips with mine.

“I did it all without one of my pills too”

“I love you, honey” James said, pulling me atop of him.

“I love you too” I replied, as I let his hands travel down my body.

Chapter 59

could hardly believe that her first week i

had already ended. They had spent a day a

and at Universal Studio’s. They had laughed until they cried, eaten too much and took countless photos that they shared on each other’s Facebook pages.

“So shall we go to the beach today” Mitch asked, turning to her and running a caress casually across the curve of her shoulder.

“That sounds great” she said, dragging the bedcovers off her body. That was as far as she got as Mitchell reached for her and pulled her back against him.

“First things first” he smirked, planting kisses on the nape of her neck.

Eventually they reached the shower and gathered all their things together into a rucksack. The scooter made good time to the beach and they soon found a semi secluded spot along the sand. Laid out in the heat she turned to Mitchell who was lying there with his eyes shut.

“Mitch can I tell you something” she started, her heart thumping in her mouth.

“Of course” he said, opening his eyes to look at her.

“I sort of did some dancing at the club while you’ve been away. I wanted the money to buy you something nice for your birthday”

“Oh” he said, watching her blush brightly.

“I did it with Shelley and I’ve been so worried about telling you, because I didn’t tell you about it straight away” she stammered.

Reaching out she ran her finger softly over his forearm, feeling him shiver slightly beneath her touch.

“All I want from you is the truth and you know I’ll support you” Mitch said, seriousness tinged his voice. His eyes still twinkled as his hand caught hers and he pulled her atop of him.

“Really” Charlie asked, surprise in her voice.

“Yeah, as long as that Zack bloke paid you both and didn’t take advantage of you girls then its fine by me” he paused to kiss her on the lips.

“What did you dance too” he enquired.

“I kissed a girl by Katy Perry and I choreographed the whole routine” Charlie said proudly, pushing the burlesque side of it out of her mind.

She felt partly relieved that she had told him some of it. Since the text Shelley had sent last night reassuring her that Zack had promised there was no footage from the changing room of that night, Charlie had decided it was a one off and she was not going to repeat it now that Mitchell would be back with her.

“I think I might need a swim to cool off” she said, feeling the heat radiating between their two slick bodies.

“Mmmh yes that’s a good idea” he said “If you’ll let me up”

Charlie giggled and pulled away from his embrace and then waited for Mitch to get up.

“Race you” she said, turning in the sand and heading for the shoreline.

Mitch soon caught up with her and grabbing her waist he lifted her over his shoulder in a swift move. She squealed with enjoyment as he carried her into the waves of the ocean. The coolness of the water caught her breath as he lowered her in and let her go. They swam out into the turquoise blue and then he caught her into his embrace once more. His lips tasted salty as he held her tightly, his one hand roaming down to the swell of her ass. Looking back the beach was a long way off and she whispered to Mitch.

“Do you think we should do it in the sea?”

“You read my mind” Mitch replied, slowly easing her bikini briefs low enough for his finger to find her wetness.

She moaned against his mouth, as his finger circled with just the right amount of intensity. She ran her hands down his firm abs and then hooked her fingers into the waist band of his shorts. He was already hard to her touch and in a few seconds he held her closer and entered her, leaving her breathless. The ocean around them crashed against their skin as inside the waves broke and they came together, salty lips pressed against salty lips. Back on the beach they dozed as the sun when from high noon to its slow descent into the ocean.

snuggled up in Mitchell’s arms as the sky turned from blue to indigo and purple. The sun cast its golden path across the waves.

“I wish we could dance along it to the horizon” she breathed.

“As long as we’re together then the sky really is the limit” his arms wrapped around her shoulders. The moon lit their deserted path across the sand to the scooter, leaving their footprints to linger. Tomorrow it was Mitchell’s birthday an

could hardly wait for him to see what she had bought him.

When the sun shone through the curtains Charlie crept out of bed and found her suitcase. Hidden at the base was the parcel she had wrapped for Mitchell and also a birthday card for him. Crawling back in beside him she spotted a grin on his face, even though his eyes were shut.

“Are you pretending to be asleep Mitchell Cooke?”

“Perhaps”

“Well if you are awake I have a Birthday present just for you”

Kissing him gently she was rewarded by the view of his green eyes staring back at her.

“You’re all the present that I need?” he said, holding her close.

Sitting up she reached for his present and card

“Happy Birthday Mitch” she said, as he took the card from her hand. She watched as he opened it and read her comment inside.

“Dear Mitchell

You’ve taken my heart

Happy Birthday

Love your Lucky Star”

Cautiously she handed him the present, she had spent almost all the money from the dancing on it, and she hoped he would like it. Mitchell un-wrapped the box and then lifted the lid to find a new watch staring back at him.

“Wow, Charlie, you shouldn’t have spent this much”

“Well, you bought me my bike leathers and they must have cost about the same” she said “Go on take it out and try it on”

He pulled it from the case and looked at it closely, it was his favourite brand and he was even more surprised to find an inscription on the back of the face.

“MC I have the time of my life with you CE”

Tears brimmed in his eyes and glimmered in hers too.

“Thank you so much, I love it” he said, fastening it round his wrist.

“Just don’t ever take it off” Charlie said, leaping on top of him.

Heading downstairs afterwards Charlie turned to Mitch

“So what do you want to do today?”

“Spend it with you and I know this is going to sound mad but I think we should find a salsa club”

She grinned up at him before they jumped on the scooter and headed into down tow

Miami. After brunch in a café and some directions for a club from the helpful waitress they soon found it and entered the darkened atmosphere of pumping beats.

“This is fabulous” Charlie shouted above the music.

“Can’t think of a better way to spend my birthday” he replied, grabbing her hand and spinning her onto the dance floor.

Emerging into the dusk, hot and tired Mitchell pulled Charlie into his arms and leant her back across the scooter. His lips ran up her throat to capture her lips once more.

“I love you so much Charlotte and I can’t believe you’re in my life” Charlie just sighed and kissed him back, deliriously happy to be sharing his twenty first birthday with him. Back at the hotel he plugged in his laptop and sent a message to his Dad, who soon appeared online along with Charlie’s Mum. After a conversation and promises of more presents on his return the screen went black and they were alone once more.

“I’ve got to go and visit Mum when I get back, apparently she has an offer for me” Mitch said.

Charlott

cuddled up close to him

“Let’s not talk about her now; I want to spend the rest of your birthday happy”

“Ok, let’s talk about the future instead”

“As in what we do when we get back home” Charlie enquired, feeling safe in his strong arms.

“Yes, I think I’ve got enough money saved to get the studio set up if I can find the right location and I’ll need to keep getting dancing jobs so that I can get a website organised” Mitch said.

“Well I’ll help with whatever I can” Charlie said “And once I’ve finished my exams I can help teach too, although I’d like to do a course in teaching ballet if I have time” she turned to look at him. His eyes shone with ambition as he nodded at her suggestions.

“I think I have the perfect name for the dance school”

“Go on”

“Lucky Star Dance studio” he responded, catching her chin in his palm and turning her so that their lips could touch.

She never had time to tell him what a cool name it was as Mitch manoeuvred her into position pressed into the soft duvet. His hands stripped her bare as he began to trail kisses down her body. Her nipples responded immediately to the pressure of his lips and teeth as she held his head in place. Upon release she swapped position so that she could lift his t-shirt over his head.

“I think I should be pleasing you birthday boy” Charlie murmured, her hand reached for the waistband of his shorts so she could slip them down and reveal his full glory.

Charlott
e
loved the feeling of power she had with Mitchell prone beneath her and responding to her tongue and mouth. She felt the tremors start to move within his body as he quickly pulled her head away.

“Not yet, I want this to last”

Mitch took charge again and peeled her shorts and panties away so that he could stare at her.

“I’ve got an idea” he declared. He left her on the bed as he headed through to the bathroom and started to fill the bath with warm water. Then lifting her up he carried her though and gathered some things onto the shelf beside the tub.

They stepped into the bath water and kissed some more until Charlie looked at Mitch.

“So what now?” she enquired.

“Sit up on the edge of the bath” Mitch said, as he reached for the shaving foam and his razor “I’m going to make you smooth all over”

He rubbed the foam up her leg and delicately held her foot in his hand while he swept the razor up and down. Every time he got close to her inner thigh she closed her eyes and started to feel the tingles inside her increasing. He made quick work of her other leg and she was about to slip back into the water towards him but he stopped her. Reaching for the sponge he swept it over her smooth skin, the water trickled temptingly down her inner thighs.

“If you rest your one foot up on the side so that I can get a little closer” Mitch said, pouring more foam into his palm.

Then feeling completely exposed in front of him Charlie watched as he rubbed it carefully over her strip of hair and smiled up at her.

“Are you ready for this” he asked. She nodded and stared as his fingers held her skin taught and he made the first sweep. Charlie realised that she was holding her breath with every touch of the razor as she started to seep with desire. With all the hair removed he gently rubbed her mound with a sponge before his finger delved inside her and started to release the tension that had built.

“Fucking hell” she moaned, as his lips and tongue replaced his finger and with a few well planned licks she was coming into his mouth, helpless to fight the feelings.

Blown away by the experience she climbed from the tub on shaking legs. Mitch followed and after a quick dry off with the towels they hit the bed once more. Charlie still felt tender as he laid her out and returned to the same spot.

“You’re adorable like this” he sighed, languidly licking her up and down. Then as she rose quickly to her next crescendo he plunged inside of her and experienced the whole of her orgasm, throbbing around him until he was helpless to resist and joined her. Hardly moving afterwards he pulled the covers over them.

“Happy Birthday Mitchell, I love you” Charlie said, opening her arms to him.

“That was the best birthday ever” he replied, planting a final kiss on her upturned lips.

They woke later and in the country that never slept headed out to the nearest twenty four hour diner where they ordered blueberry pancakes and maple syrup. Feeling completely adored Charlie looked across the table at Mitchell, she still felt guilty about the time she had spent with Shelley but she tucked her thoughts away, it had just been a friendly experiment.

“We’ve only got four days left before we head back to reality” Mitch said.

“Yes, let’s enjoy them together; make happy memories for our future”

“Our future” Charlie repeated, she loved that thought. In her head she saw the white wedding, a place of their own, a life of dancing and perhaps some babies too.
