“Yes! Tommy!” I shouted, clenching around him.

It’s a damn good thing these rooms are underground and the walls are concrete because everyone and our mama’s would have heard me elsewise.

Thundering faster and harder than before, Tommy worked his way to his own orgasm. I reached up between us and gave an ever so slight tug on his ball sac, massaging it and making him shiver with pleasure. Tommy stopped long enough to flip me onto my back, making me squeal, and he lifted my legs over his shoulders. The pace was still quick, but not as hard and rough.

“Come inside of me, Tommy.”

“Tell me, Taylor.”

“I’m yours. Forever.”

His eyes skittered close as I spoke the words and shot open as he began to shoot his jets of hot come inside me. His release triggered my third, completely unexpected, orgasm.

Tommy collapsed on top of me and rolled us to the side so he wouldn’t hurt me.

I made a move to get up and clean up, his grip tightened around me. “Stay.”

I nodded and wrapped my arms back around him. At some point, the blanket had been pulled up.

Chapter 18

Watching Taylor sleep, Tommy felt at peace for the first time in so long; too long.

A man could only take so much; the rubbing, the touching, the flirting with the others… it was surely enough driving him to either drink, murder and or claim. Claiming seemed the least destructive considering everything. His world turned into a massive black spot after Dillon came in and wrecked everything. There wouldn’t be a moment he didn’t think about Taylor’s safety or his families. Taylor stirred next to him and he reached over to turn the bedside lamp off. She had been sleeping for hours; far into the night.

Tommy figured his brothers could manage without him for a day.

Getting so sucked into finding Dillon, Tommy had not made any time for Taylor – he had pushed her away like he swore he wouldn’t ever do again.

His dick went rock hard at the mere thought of her slipping her hand into her pants and moaning out his name. At first, he thought she was consciously doing it on camera, but it was quickly apparent that she was innocently putting on a private show. It had taken all of half a second for Tommy to recognize her breathy sounds and kicked every single person out of the war room. Six times it had happened, though after the first time, he kept one eye trained on her through the cameras, at all times. The little minx she was knew that flirting shamelessly with Noah and Matt would elicit a reaction. He took care of them when she wasn’t around, but they weren’t exactly fighting her off either; a man couldn’t rely on anyone in these hard times.

A grin spread across his face. It had been six months since he smiled. Not that anyone else knew, aside from Taylor (and he wasn’t exactly bringing it up to her over tea) but the day was approaching – 6 years since they got married. He would have to do something; he had every year since, even if she didn’t really know it. This was going to take serious thought and planning what with having everyone confined to the compound. The best gift he could think of would be to find Jamie, clear her name for good and kill Dillon. But that was just his opinion.

Tommy shook his head and barked a terrifying sort of laugh the day Taylor had suggested they simply get him evaluated and admitted for mental help. Bless her heart for being so damn…caring, but she was going to be evaluated for mental help if she thought that dirty snake was going to get a pass. That was his wife he was pining over their whole lives, and his father (in-law) that he tried to kill. Lucky for Nic, he was a feisty mother fucker who didn’t take shit. A Marine veteran, farmer his whole life, Dillon should have known it was going to take the equivalent of a horse tranquilizer to get Nic down for good.

And Leif… don’t even get him started. Tommy wanted to put his nuts in a vice and squeeze til they cracked, but Taylor insisted he was “Crazy, yes, baby, but he isn’t dangerous. He’s been looking out for me in his own twisted sort of way.” She wouldn’t get out of the damn way and threatened certain things that, truthfully, made him a bit squeamish – and afraid to close his eyes near her.

Leif had been checked in at The Ward, but not until they all had their go rounds with him, “discussing” the past few years. The word interrogating was thrown around, mostly by the women – minus Candace – but it was all in good fun. He only had a few scratches after they were done. Unfortunately for them, the bastard wanted to sing. Still, Tommy couldn’t understand how no one saw that one of their own was so far off there was no coming back.

Jamie was innocent, she was a victim and used as a pawn in this game, unwillingly, unknowingly. He had never met the elusive roommate but he had read about her; who hadn’t? Despite their not knowing one another from Adam, Tommy wanted to save her and bring her home where her best friend could mend her back to health- and it was inevitable that she would need Taylor, and maybe even Matt, to fix her like Humpty Dumpty. Taylor was always wanting to fix other people, but she never worried about her own damn self and that broke Tommy. Even more than he already was. Next to him, she made the cutest little huffing noise and wiggled her butt into his dick.

“Mhmm TJ.” She mumbled.

He was already hard so her wiggling was almost painful. No way was he going to take it when she was sleeping. Only one way to fix that.

Tommy landed a firm smack on her ass as he slipped his hand between her bare legs.

Taylor didn’t yelp or come up swinging, but bucked into his hand and reached back to palm his cock. With just the right amount of pressure, she squeezed him just right making him fuck her hand faster than she was moving. His control was shot and where he would like to think he had pretty good stamina, she made him fucking crazy.

Tommy rolled her over, changing the direction they were headed in. He needed to be buried in her, but he also needed to love her right.

“Tommy.” She cried out when he moved them.

“Shh.”

“What are you doing?” Her sleepy voice was adorable yet sensual.

“Shut up. I’m trying to make love to you.”

He could feel her melt right then, in his arms.

Slow and steady, with every ounce of control Tommy had, he rubbed her clit, sucked her nipples and pushed her to the end with short, steady strokes. Sweet kisses. Devouring one another with a delicate touch that spoke of love but was laced with total control of the other. The need to possess, to dominate, to own.

“I love you.” He whispered, his mouth at her ear.

Taylor put her hands on either side of his face and pulled his head back so they could look into each other’s eyes.

“I love you.”

Simple, absolute. It was how they were. She owned his soul and he, hers.

Tommy couldn’t help thinking that all good things come to an end, but then he forced himself to alter the widely believed idiocy – She was his, and that would never change; she would never leave him again. Ever.

He laced their fingers together and held their hands above her head; delicately consuming her mouth, taking them both ever higher until they fell, and triggered their coinciding release.

They lay cuddled for who knows how long before Taylor looked around for a clock.

“What time is it?” Her voice sounding hoarse.

Tommy grabbed his watch and answered, “0247.”

“Holy shit. How did I sleep for over 12 hours?”

“Well, not all of that was spent sleeping.” He pointed out.

“I suppose you’re right.” The blush flooded her cheeks again and he reached out to touch her face.

“Tommy…” She started.

“Hmm.” He closed his eyes and listened to the smooth glide of her soft, southern voice.

“About what Mike said.” She hedged forward, waiting for him to shut her up.

He only nodded. It would eat away at her if she didn’t get it out so now was better than later. Eventually, the healing would need to begin.

“He was right, and I can never make up for that. I cannot fix those months, but I can fix where we are right now.” He could tell something had clicked inside her when Mike berated her. Tommy could also tell that something was about to happen.

Now he was definitely interested in listening.

“What do you propose…my wife?” Might as well make sure she remembers. Just in case.

“That. That’s what I propose.”

“Um… I’m sorry. Did I miss something?” He peeked one eye open and peered down at her.

She lifted her head, and rested her chin on a hand over his chest.

“I want to move back home. I want to be your wife.”

Now he opened both eyes and frowned.

“You are my wife, Taylor.”

“Not to everyone else. Let’s do the wedding and the honeymoon and the whole nine.”

Giving pause for all of ten seconds, Tommy pretended to be weighing her words. On the outside he was calm and collected; on the inside, he was practically a twelve year old girl at a boy band concert. It was that serious.

“And your job?”

She waved a free hand. “I can work from anywhere. Literally, anywhere. I’ve been working here since we got here in November and haven’t had any problems yet. Well…”

She cleared her throat and gave a sheepish look.

Tommy chose to ignore it; this was their moment and he wasn’t going to ruin everything.

“I’ll tell you what – we can do it all. But you have to make me a promise. It has to be in the vows, too.” He grinned, feeling like a genius.

She smirked at him and raised a brow.

“You cannot leave me. Ever again. Even if I’m the biggest dickface on the planet.”

Who gave a shit if he sounded desperate – he was. Taylor was the air that he breathed and the water he needed to sustain life. Their bond was physical, spiritual, emotional, cosmic and everything beyond that.

“Done. No question. Not even a hardship.”

“That’s what you say now.”

“I have one, too.”

“Shoot.”

“Later. Right now, I want you to promise me this – Three orgasms a day. Minimum.”

“I can promise you that. I mean, I think you’re lowballing, but it’s your negotiation baby.” She grinned at him and leaned up to smack a noisy kiss on his lips.

“Seriously though… no more running. I want to be here with you. I want to do this right. When things get tough or you get scared, you cannot shut me out. We are a team and we have to act like a team.”

Tommy listened, very carefully, to her words. It was a fair demand. Non-negotiable. It was what you practically said anyways when you get married.

“I do.”

She giggled and he winked.

“Now get some sleep. You’re gonna need your energy.”

“Oh, really?” Her smile grew impossibly larger and Tommy chuckled at her.

“Look at you, you little horn dog. I’m proud, but I meant we have a lot to do the next few days so we can find this … him, and then we can get on with our wedding.”

It was almost romantic.

“We’re already married, though.” She pointed out.

“Yes, but they don’t know that. Which means I get to paw you and share my love for you in front of everyone who really counts.”

They both laughed and she smacked his chest lightly.

“Paw me, huh? I can live with that. Your mama might hurt you, but I’m totally down.”

“Oh no, I’ll be the one going down. Under your wedding dress. I can’t wait.”

His features grew mischievous as he imagined it; she squeezed her thighs together to dull the ache of her sex, just hearing him talk about it.

“Check please.” She held up a finger.

“Time for dessert already?”

“You bet your ass it is.”

Promptly, Taylor was between his legs licking the head of his cock, making a face of delight as she tasted him.

It was going to be a long night – torturous if she kept teasing him like this.

“Jesus, there you are – where have you been?” Noah scoffed in greeting when Tommy graced their presence in the war room.

“Busy. Any updates worth repeating?”

“Maybe you should have been here and you’d know.” Noah was in a testy mood which usually meant there was some development. He was getting his game face on. His game was to be a giant cocksucker. It suited him.

“Just fuckin’ say it.”

Noah rounded on him and got into his face.

“If you fucking hurt her, I swear to God and all things Holy. This is your chance, don’t fuck it up again. If she runs, you chase her. If she stays, you keep her smiling.”

“I will. She’s not going anywhere this time.” Tommy was tired of Noah’s shit but his brother loved him and he loved Taylor and he cared.

Noah looked back to the main board in the war room and pointed.

“New intel on a possible. Thinking it is Dillon. He’s smart; playing fucking whack-a-mole with us but moves again before we can even pick up the mallet.”
