“I have to ask. Are you saying that because he’s forced you like Ana was by that bastard?”

“No. Not at all. I didn’t want to like him at first, but I’m the one who followed him around until he kidnapped me.”

“Kidnapped?” Ana and I said in unison.

“He was trying to get me to leave the Santini’s disappearance alone. His friends had reason to rid the world of Santini. Trust me, other people like them would have killed me for not dropping it. I got fired from the police department for harassing the family. I was told by my superiors to quit, but I didn’t. It wasn’t smart on my part, but truthfully, I loved when Sergei would flirt with me every time I asked him to tell me what happened. Then he thought I was married to Santini and missing him.”

“Really? That’s insane.”

“Yes, but mine wasn’t the worse. Nikolai actually scooped Bianca up from the dining room table and took her.”

“What?!”

“They’d met before, but it’s complicated. That was when she was supposed to marry Santini, and he couldn’t let that happen.”

“Then he was a smart man.”

“Yes, and Bianca is so happy. I love her. She’s really sweet and didn’t want to marry Santini. She was actually in love with Niko before they met. It’s a long, sordid story that I could tell you about later, but it all has to do with Santini.”

I saw Sergei coming, and I didn’t know if I liked him. He kidnapped Lana, but obviously, she didn’t mind. And she’s right; anybody else would have killed her for snooping.

“Come, ladies, let’s get a move on.” We said goodbye to my parents and jumped into my truck. They had a nice rental sedan. Sergei walked his wife to the truck, and both girls sat in the back. As I walked around to get into my side, he stopped me.

“I wanted to say that I love that you took care of Ana like you did. My wife has been relentless in her pursuit of answers. The only reason I’m not as pissed as I should be about the months of pain she suffered is because that’s how we found each other. No matter what you think, I’m not the bad guy. I love her with everything I am, and I only did what I had to do to protect those I loved, including my nosy-ass wife.”

“Just don’t ever hurt her, or we’ll have a problem,” I replied. We came to an understanding for the time being, but I wouldn’t be letting my guard down any time soon.

“Are you ladies buckled up?” I asked, hopping into the truck.

“Yes we are, William,” Ana answered. “Although you know damn well this seatbelt is getting too tight for me.

“If you have it like the doctor said to, it will be alright.” I wanted her safe as could be. Snow and ice weren't something to take lightly.

“Is Sergei
this
overprotective?” Ana asked, giving me an arched brow.

“Yep, but I love it. He’s always worried about me. If he weren’t, then I would think something was wrong with our marriage. Granted we just got married.”

“Really?” Ana asked, surprised and probably full of questions.

“Yes. This was our honeymoon present. He knew how bad I wanted to know the truth, and he wanted to help all he could. I know you don’t remember much of our past, but I’ve missed you so much, Ana.”

“I’m sorry, my brain has been wacky from my dreams; I’m starting to think it was never right.”

“Well, you did drop out of college, and that’s how you met
him
,” Lana remarked with a biting tone when she mentioned Santini.

“Did I?” Ana’s curiosity building.

“Yes, it wasn’t for you but look at you now. You’ve got a handsome cowboy who loves you and is willing to do whatever it takes to protect you.” Lana smiled at me through the mirror, knowing it was probably not a conversation I wanted hear.

I tried to focus on the road, so I tuned out the rest of the conversation until we got to the ranch.

“Shit, this is where you live? Can you say rich bitch?!” Lana said in surprise.

“It’s William’s,” Ana replied, thinking I couldn’t hear her as I jumped out of the truck.

“Sugar, you know damn well it’s ours.” I helped them out of the truck and waved Sergei to park next to me.

“Wow, I dropped you off, and you bring back an extra for me,” Mateo said giving Lana a salacious grin.

I heard the footsteps and knew it could go really bad if Mateo didn’t drop the flirting.

“Not if you want to live,” Sergei growled, clutching onto Lana’s waist.

“Just kidding. So?” Mateo asked.

“This is Ana’s sister and her husband, Lana and Sergei. This my ranch manager, Mateo Rios.”

“Hello, Mateo,” Lana said. Sergei pulled her closer. I didn’t blame him. Mateo technically hit on her a second ago.

“Let’s go inside. Are you hungry?” I asked.

“I am. Are you, Lana?” Sergei responded.

“I could use a snack or something.”

“Well, you know me, William. I could eat a cow these days.” She rubbed her large belly. We all laughed, and I directed them to the kitchen.

Chapter 16

I woke up with cramps. They were getting stronger as the morning progressed, and I knew what it meant. The babies were more than likely coming. The room got hot fast, and it was winter cold outside. “Ana, what’s going on?”

“Lana, I’m fine, tell me about you. What have you been up to?”

“Ana, something’s wrong.”

“Yeah, I have memories that I’m not sure are real.”

“It’s more than that.”

I cried out in pain, immediately buckling over.

“Ana,” Lana shouted. “Sergei, Will! Hurry!” The guys were watching the Broncos and the Chiefs play.

The sound of rushed footsteps could be heard getting nearer. “What’s going on?”

“The babies,” I cried out just as my water broke and spilled from under the floor length cotton stretchy dress I decided to put on.

“Oh shit,” William said, running to me and swinging me into his arms.

“I’ll drive.” Sergei chimed in, holding the door as Will rushed me out of the house.

“Be careful with the ice,” Sergei warned, but Will was in a hurry and didn’t pay attention. We slipped backward, but thankfully, Sergei caught us from hitting the ground hard.

“Oh God. Thanks, man,” Will said, standing up with me and taking his time to get to the truck.

“Don’t worry about it,” Sergei grumbled, getting up from the ground with an aching groan.

“Come, love. Be careful as well.”

We all got into the truck, and Sergei drove us while William held onto me. “It’s coming too fast. I can feel the head.”

“That’s what she said,” Sergei teased.

I laughed, but the pain won out. It seemed to take forever to get to the hospital, but it wasn’t that far away. He dropped us off at the ER entrance and moved the truck to park it. William and Lana went inside with me; my sister getting help while William held me close. They took me into the labor room, and I was examined. To their surprise, the first baby was already saying hello.

“No wonder the pain is intense. Mrs. Cline. Your baby is already coming out.”

“I told you,” I grunted out.

“I’m sorry, love. At least that means it’ll be over soon.”

“That’s what we hope for,” the doctor said. “Let’s get this one out, shall we?”

“You’re not our regular doctor, but we didn’t have time to call ahead.”

“No, you didn’t, but is there anything I need to know?”

“Everything has been normal except we’re having twins.”

“That explains the rush. One of them is definitely ready to come out.” They changed me into a hospital gown in a mad dash. I was moved about easily by my husband while Lana went to meet Sergei. I had just put my head back against the bed when a contraction ripped through me.

I screamed loudly and gripped William’s hand hard. “We got this, Ana. You can do it, sugar.”

“William,” I moaned. It hurt so much, but he was there for me, and I needed it.

“I love you, Ana.”

“I looove…ah!” I screeched, my pussy felt like it had been shredded apart, but with one more push, the first of the Cline boys was born. A small, deep cry came from my leg area. I opened my eyes to see my son in the doctor’s clutches.

“Can I?” I was about to ask when another pain shot through me.

“That must be number two. Nurse, please clean this little cowboy up.” He handed the baby to her. I wanted to hold my son, but it wasn’t time. It wasn’t like I could when all I wanted to do was vomit and push all at once.

“One down, sugar.”

I pushed for another ten minutes, then our second baby boy was born. William, Jr. and Jackson were here to join the Cline family. They cleaned me and them up, letting us cuddle with our babies for a minute before the room became crowded with all our friends and his family.

Epilogue

“So do you think we should start using birth control now?” Ana said as I pulled out of my wife. I knew it was already too late. She was showing all the signs that we had another set on the way. It may only be about a month in, but I saw the way she’d changed.

“Nope, but if you want, I can go get fixed,” I offered. I’d wait until that six-week period because fuck if I was going to waste nights of good loving for no reason.

“Would you really do that?”

“I’ll consider it.”

“I doubt it. You know what they’re going to do, right?” She laughed and rolled off the bed onto her feet. I looked down at my seed dripping along her thighs, my eyes smiling. “Are you listening?”

“Yeah, I can look and listen at the same time. They’re going to snip my nuts. It’s okay, baby. We’re racking them up double time. Shit, I’ll need to clear some of the fields for another damn house for all these kids we got.”

“Tell me about it.”

“I’ll call the doc tomorrow and see what he says,” I offered. “But first, I think you need to take one of those tests.

“You can’t have gone and done it again,” she said in shock. Like somehow having unprotected sex for six weeks straight couldn’t get her knocked up again. She huffed into the bathroom and stepped into the shower stall. I didn’t know whether to laugh or panic. She didn’t seem happy. With six kids, I knew we should have started using protection, but I didn’t want to. We’d been married for almost six years, and I wasn’t going to start using condoms, so if I had to get snipped, then that’s what would have to happen. I walked into the bathroom to check on her when I heard the shower turn on.

There was a container of pre-natal vitamins on the vanity. I picked them up and read the note stuck to the bottle.

I love you and all of our babies. I went to the doctor yesterday. We have another set on the way! Just messing with you!

I stared at her from the mirror. She was smiling at me through the glass. Damn, I loved her so much. I opened the shower and climbed in to scrub her down. It wasn’t long before I was deep inside her heat, fucking her hard against the wall. I was glad my parents had the kids, or I wouldn’t have gotten a second round in. I was greedy as fuck. I would take lunch breaks in our bedroom when the kids went down for a nap. Eating a sandwich at my desk while working or riding out to tend to the animals.

We laid back in bed, forgetting everything else but the feeling of our bare skin caressing each other. I planted little kisses on her lips, working my way down her jawline. Damn, we just fucked hard in the shower, and I wanted her again. There was nothing like having her in my arms and being buried deep within her. Letting out a moan, she tilted her head so I could taste more of her neck.

I sucked on her tender spot that always sent chills down her spine. Her body bounced, making me smile. She was beautifully perfect to me. “You’re mine, and I need you again. Do you want it, sugar?”

“Umm…Yes, William,” she moaned. I crawled down her body kissing her everywhere. Her pussy was bright pink and swollen from our last rounds. With a slow and steady pace, I ate her delicious center. The taste was sweeter than before, justifying the fact that she was pregnant again.

“William, oh my God. Don’t stop. Fuck me, I’m coming,” she screamed as she lifted her pussy to my face and her hand shoved my head down. I loved when she lost her fucking mind and fucking took what she wanted. Ana wasn’t done either. Grasping onto my hair, she pulled me up and kissed me hard. I loved when she tasted her own sweetness.

“Mine,” I growled, claiming my wife again. Her core pulled my cock deep into her. Her squeezing pulse sent me into a full-blown need to come, but I had to take my time and calm down. Our bodies moved against each other in slow motion. I wanted to feel every inch of her walls massaging my cock.

“Will, it feels so good.”

“Tell me about it,” I moaned, my hand slipping to her waist. Gripping it hard, I started to move faster. I could feel her tell-tale sign that she was close. We’d be coming together this time. Reaching around, I teased her clit, setting her off. My lids closed as I savored the feel of coming deep into her.

~~~~~
The next morning, I wanted to finish our conversation that we had gotten too distracted to revisit last night. So I made some coffee and started the breakfast while Ana showered. Since it was like a quiet getaway for the next two days, the men ate early in the morning then headed off. They were warned to only call if it was an emergency. Even Laura made herself scarce when she wasn’t cooking for the men, so Ana and I could have some privacy. She walked into the kitchen with a glow on her face. Something about the look turned me on. It wasn’t anything sexual, but when you love someone, even the smallest innocent gestures can set you into a frenzied need.
“Good morning, William,” she said shyly biting her lip. I loved when she acted like that. It happened whenever she had too many orgasms and was embarrassed by it. She still hadn’t learned by now that I’d made it my mission to have her scream my name as often as possible.
"Ana, I love you. Stop looking like you’re embarrassed before I toss you onto the counter and eat my breakfast between your thighs,” I demanded.
“Sorry.”
“You’re not sorry, but I don’t want to fuck you in here when I know that Laura or any one of the men could walk in. And fuck if I wouldn’t fire the person who saw you naked.”
“I love when you get all territorial. It’s sexy.”
“Fuck, sugar. You’re asking for it, but we need to eat and talk.”
“Talk about what? Is something wrong?”
“No, Ana, but I just wanted you to know that last night, I meant what I said. So whatever you want to do about having more babies that's what we'll do."
"What did I do to deserve you?" I knew she was being serious because she really didn't see her worth. After gaining her full memory back, she remembered the person she'd been. A vapid loser with no ambition for more.
"Without you, I wouldn't have any of this," I remarked, waving my hand at all the baby toys sprawled about.
"So, I made you messy. Somehow I doubt it."
"No, Ana. You gave me a family. So if you just want these last two, I'll get fixed. If you want ten more, I try and give them to you."
"I love you, William. I only asked to gauge your reaction to more babies."
"Don't worry about telling me anything. I'm not going to lose it. We're married, and I put those babies in ya...and I love doin' it."
"Okay, but just so you know, I love having your babies. I didn’t know the world until you brought me back to life."
“And that sugar, I’ll be forever grateful for.”
