707 PAINT A FENCE.
Okay, you put up a fence. (Or someone else did.) But it's going to need a coat of paint to protect it from the elements and make it (and the house it goes with) look good. You're there to leap into a pair of coveralls, pick up a paintbrush or sprayer, and get to work.

708 TAKE DOWN A FENCE.
Maybe it's falling down. Maybe it's blocking a great view. Maybe your customers just plain don't like fences. Whatever the case, they'll pay to have you pull it out of the ground and haul it away. A long, thin spade and a pickup truck are the tools you'll need here.

710 DETAIL A CAR.
It's true that this takes a bit of specialized knowledge. If you've never detailed a car before, you probably don't want to experiment on your neighbor's Porsche. But if you know how to properly detail a car and have an artistic feeling that you want to express, this could be the job for you. And if you want to learn, sign up for a class at your local community college.

711 LAY A PATIO.
Lots of homeowners want a nice, quiet place with a barbecue grill where they can relax at the end of the day. Offer your services. You'll need a shovel, a level, and a strong back for carrying bricks and stones. It doesn't hurt to have an artistic eye so you can create attractive patterns on the patio. Customers will pay extra for that.

712 BUILD A DECK.
Those people who don't want a patio probably want a deck. There are a ton of books about how to build anything from a simple platform to an elaborate three-story masterpiece. A miter saw is a helpful piece of equipment for this line of work, as well as a nail gun.

713 CLEAN GUTTERS.
When winter's ending and spring's just around the corner, people start to clean out the leaves and dead branches from their roof gutters. Well, actually, they hire someone to do it. And that someone could be you. It's simple and just involves standing on a ladder or climbing on a roof for a while.
