Pierce
the
unpeeled
bananas
with
a
fork
an
d
plac
e
the

a
bakin
g
shee
t
and
bake
them
in
the
oven
for
1

1
5
minute
s
o
r
until
the
y
ar
e
soft
,
then
leave
them
to
cool.
Once
cooled,
peel
the
skins.

cassava
and
grate

flesh
then
squeez

pulp

side.
Cream
the
butter
and
sugar
together,

egg

well.

Mix
the
flour
and
baking
powder
together
and
sift
onto
a
sheet
of
greas
e
-
proof
paper.
Turn
out
the
creamed
mixture

knead
.
